As always such a brilliant hotel, the staff at this hotel are honestly so nice, also we overslept but they didn’t mind and let us leave after 12. Would always recommend to others for this hotel.

The staff were extremely friendly and efficient and we would like to thank Pheobe (GM) Julia the duty manager, Merton the night porter the receptionist (whose name I didn’t get) and Paul the chef all of which helped us immensely. The food at breakfast was really good, hot and fresh - thank you Paul. We stay in a number of Premier Inns throughout the UK either for my work or our daughters swimming competitions and this in Luton is by far one of the best. The room was comfortable, there was no noise, it was clean and the bed as expected was really comfy. We’ll done team and we’ll see you again. The only small point was that the two lifts one was constantly out of service and the second one was not in use partially on day two of our stay but was fixed by the evening. (It didn’t effect us as we were only on level two).

The hotel is fairly new. The bedroom is clean and well furnished. The bed is comfortable and towels are clean good quality. The restaurant is a disappointment as staff seem to be indifferent and/or poorly trained. Breakfast is limited as well as their lunch menus. Staff need to be more friendly and smile (they were either too serious or just indifferent to customers). Nevertheless, the hotel appearance is clean and inviting.

I stayed here for two nights. On arrival the reception staff were very welcoming and check in was quick and efficient. I had a room on the 4th floor with a view of the dart Station and aircrafts ascending from the airport. There was no noise coming from these which was good. The room was spotless and had a good number of plugs, USB points, iron, safe etc. My colleagues and I had dinner at the hotel. Again the staff there were friendly but there was nothing special about the food. Tbh, that (and lack of proper black out blinds) was the reason I didn't give the full five stars. I'll bring my sleep eye mask next time. Early starts meant that we missed breakfast but you can request a breakfast bag. Getting to the airport was so easy using the new Dart service literally next door. Apart from a small retail park, there isn't much nearby. But that can be said for the other airport hotels in the vicinity. However, this hotel has great links to the town and airport via the train/dart stations. The hotel has it's own car park but is also near the Parkway public car park. I will definitely stay here again.

Right from a very late check-in, the person who helped me was delightful (Megan) she helped me to arrange a late checkout as my flight to Lisbon was late the following day. Room was excellent, very quiet and comfortable. I slept late. I came downstairs the day manager apologies that breakfast was finished, I was late, no big deal, she gave me 2 crossiants left from breakfast and a coffee free of charge and spent 10 minutes talking about travels family etc, I think she was the day manager(Andrea), she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I left my room around 2pm as per the agreement and again, complimentary coffee. These two ladies are excellent at their job and I will look to doing a google review for them. Sinead , Sam, Debbie and last but NOT least Vibha who won the day by making me Frenchtoast as we make them in Pakistan and India , not to mention Chris and finally not to forget Hucksby who outdoes us being 4 legged and an adorable puppy make this place a special, friendly , loyalty rewarding home away from home. I asked for tap water and Debbie brought me nice bottled water with a glass and brought it to me upstairs . I believe the lovely lady who took my booking on the phone the first time was Chloe but I could be totally wrong about the name was also very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel situated in the High town 7 minute walk from the station. Looking forward to Vibha s French toast again tomorrow. It's not on the menu but if you ask nicely she ll oblige! They taste nicer the Pakistani way with sugar beaten into it and as Vibha is from Mumbai she knew exactly how to make them! Thanks everyone at Leaside whom I am yet to meet!
