We fell in love with this hotel when we first visited in 2022, and we returned with my aunt and uncle for now our third stay. As usual, everything was outstanding. Spectacular views, incredibly friendly and warm staff, over the top breakfasts, lovely evening wine and cheese service…. And we were happy to be reunited with our peacock friends! The only problem is that this hotel is too beautiful, too perfect… and no other hotel can compare (my aunt complained bitterly for the rest of our Portugal trip that our subsequent hotels just did not live up to the standard set by Sintra Marmoris Palace!) Thank you to Mariana and João and the entire team for another wonderful stay! -Kristina & Barry

PPengguna TetamuHotel ini sangat dekat dengan stesen kereta api, dan mudah untuk mencarinya mengikut navigasi. Halaman luarnya cantik, dan lobi serta kawasan awam juga cantik. Namun, kerana ia adalah rumah lama, tiada lif, dan jika anda tinggal di tingkat yang tinggi, anda perlu membawa beg pakaian anda untuk naik. Ini pada asasnya masalah di hotel di mana anda tinggal di rumah lama di Portugal. Kami menempah suite dengan loteng kecil dan balkoni kecil di luar loteng dengan pemandangan indah. Sarapan pagi adalah kedai kopi mereka sendiri, bukan dengan tempat tinggal mereka, ia sangat dekat, tidak sampai 5 minit. Sarapan pagi adalah gaya Barat, dengan roti, keju, pencuci mulut, buah-buahan, secawan jus dan kopi setiap orang, yang cukup menyelerakan.

Sangat Baik
Myself and my 4 year old son stayed here for a weekend, and it was fantastic! We received excellent communication from the front desk via email as we arrived after check in, which meant we could get straight up to our room upon arrival. It's in a great location, and has modern, clean, fresh décor and super friendly staff. The bed was comfortable, bathroom spacious and A/C. There was plenty of extra bedding in the cupboards too which meant you could change the sheet for a duvet if the weather suddenly changed. The breakfast was a good price, and great continental selection; my son ate everything in sight, and they even went above and beyond to make him pancakes as a treat! There was an honesty bar available throughout the day too for any quick snacks or drinks which was reasonably priced. There's a local grocery shop, pharmacy, café and restaurants all 5mins walk away too which is so useful when travelling with children. Sintra itself was beautiful, my son loved the views, visiting Quinta da Regaleira and spotting the 'castles!' on top of the hills. Do be aware Sintra has a micro climate so the weather can be breezy and cooler than expected! Thank you to all the staff and friendly guests for making us feel so at home, and 100% recommend this lovely hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay at Casa Holstein. The hotel is set in large, expansive grounds, with little hidden paths one can explore. There's even a beautiful peacock who wanders around. The hotel is contained in an old estate and has a bygone sense of charm. Our room was very large and comfortable. The bathrooms (we had two) were very spacious and well appointed. The shower was excellent. The host was very pleasant and available to help and answer questions. They served breakfast at the hotel. Highly recommend!

KKevin-TanMemorable stay. Hotel is well and tastefully renovated. Parking available is a big plus. Hotel is high in the hill and near to the moorish castle. A memorable stay. Lots of birds and very very nice. The service is fantastic and very friendly host.
