Stacey at the front desk made us feel extremely welcomed. She greeted us with a smile and was very polite. She explained all the details of the hotel. If I could give her 10 stars ⭐️ I would 😎. Leo assisted us with our car and Rey helped us with the luggage. Both were extremely helpful and helped out with a smile. The property has a beautiful view and nice beach area. Property feels more mom and pop as opposed to a hotel chain.

Stayed here for our 20th anniversary. The service is excellent. The room is great and has everything you need. Great view from room, very comfortable bed, fridge/freezer packed with soft drinks but plenty of room for more stuff, Wolf microwave, snacks, Toto toilet, Charmin toilet tissue, nice shower, huge tub, and large couch. Food and drinks at the bar are delicious. Beach valet service was great, and nice that we were ble to get a ride to a restaurant for dinner. Cons: Need more food options after pool bar closes. Open-air gym gets very hot and humid after sunrise, and forget about trying to use hotel wi-if in the gym - it doesn’t work there. Overall, a great stay, and we would return.

Aston Maui Hill went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect vacation! The attention to cleanliness each day was awesome, after returning from a day at the beach. Our condo was upgraded to a 3 bedroom on arrival, which was perfect for our family of 5. It was stocked full of every kind of beach item we needed, from chairs to surfboards! The coffee in the lobby was so good, my husband and I ordered it to be delivered to our home upon our return. It was the perfect vacation, great AC, a wonderful lanai to listen to the birds, clean, comfy beds, spacious - we literally couldn’t have asked for a more perfect vacation. We will on stay here when in Maui from now on!

The following is a list of problems we encountered while we were staying at the Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas North. Obviously, they don't check the room before new guests arrive. ROOM 6630 * Broken TV in bedroom upon arrival. * We had no Kleenex or lotions in our room when we arrived. * Some of the dishes and utensils were dirty when we arrived. * Dishwasher would only let us wash dishes with cold water. It seemed like the settings were locked and we could not change them. * The water was shut off for 8 hours one day and we had no hot water the ENTIRE next day. * Maid service did not show up one of the days we were there. * Had to call the front desk for coffee and condiments because the maid did not leave us any on a couple of days. * The timer on the coffee pot did not work. * The phone GFI outlet in the kitchen kept tripping the entire time we were there shutting off the room phone. * The balcony furniture was covered with bird droppings and the windows were dirty and dusty.

The location of the stay was perfect. It's close to a lot of shopping centers and the beach is 3 minutes away. It was a good stay overall.
