When I hear Marriott I instantly think luxury, all though the lobby and entrance present that when you walk in, the room atleast the one I stayed in was definitely dated. The room a standard king was on the small side, but even with the dated older apeal the room was the cleanest one I've stayed at in a while. The windows were drafty and there was even a visible gap letting in open ice cold air which cold thw room down on the one side significantly. Thankfully I dislike sleeping hot and I even ended up running the cooling fans not heat. Those in their self ran pretty loud so any ligjt sleeper would have a bit of trouble sleeping. Bed was soft semi comfortable and ran on the small for being a king, ive slept on queens that have felt bigger. Overall if you can get it on the lower priced side its ok but more of a day or two type not a week stay sort of stay.

Cutest dinosaur themed hotel. Awesome pool!! Great visit. Perfect for kids! The only thing that was NOT cool was the large shamrock food truck that was delivering stuff at 6 am being loud as hell. Maybe consider having delivery’s like that not so close to the rooms and that early. Otherwise amazing hotel!! Highly recommend

Facilities are newer and well kept. I have zero complaints admit my stay here. Honestly, it exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, I woke up to late for the breakfast or I'd comment on that as well.

Where do I begin? First, I want to thank, Andrew, Nabil, and Chris. These guys, are working their tail off. They are trying to fill too many positions. I don't know how they are doing what they're doing. They are chasing their tail. This hotel needs help in so many ways. Maintenance, upkeep, shower and plumbing repairs, washer and dryers not working, water leaks, no linens for bed changes, no towels in the pool or rooms, floors are being cleaned with granite polish, banging noises all hours of the night, breakfast is horrible quality, girls at the desk on their phone and acting like it hurts then to stand up and talk to customers. The list goes on. Check in was botched by Booking.com. Rooms not clean couldn't check in. Only one room was scheduled, had to make special arrangements. Elevators don't always work. Water leaked for two days before plumber came. Plumber called in early a.m. I told him we were not up yet (traveling with my aunt kids and grand kids). Made appointment with him and waited on him for hour and a half. Dishwasher knob broken, shower stall cracked floor, blinds bent and missing vallance. Made one bed out of four left the others unmade and rooms not tended to. Called the office the laundry equipment was not working NO SHEETS! One of the beds had someone's black hair in it. My daughter is blonde. The pull outs in both rooms were without sheets and one had a blood stain on it. Nabil was awesome about this. He did everything possible to save this situation. But, there's no going back and erasing that issue. Garbage cans for staff left in the hallways. Breakfast was terrible. Out of items that should be simple. The people working were trying their best, but trying to do way too much. We were there 5 days. I noticed the same things everyday. Desk people are running to rooms, answering phone calls, checking people in, cleaning...etc. Every day these things consistently were problematic. I feel upper management needs to help their employees out. These kind of problems start at the top. Kudos to the outstanding employees who bent over backwards during our stay. They tried to shine the surface of a very broken hotel system. Nabil, was very positive and worked with us in every way possible to improve our stay. They did comp some of our stay. I felt like I should have been paid to stay here. I cleaned our rooms, changed the sheets, would get our own supplies and limit asking questions or bothering staff. Just to help them out. I even attempted to hand tighten the leaky faucet after two days of waiting on the plumber. Solution Don't FILL ALL THE ROOMS UNTIL adequate staffing is available and trained. Solution REPAIR OR REPLACE EQUIPMENT. Staff can't do their jobs without the proper equipment and supplies. Thank you again, Andrew, Nabil, and Chris. You guys made me want to stay and not flee to another hotel. I hope I was able to make your hard work and efforts seem worth it.

My arrival and check in was apparently a sign of things to come for my week long stay at this hotel. I arrived at the hotel at 4:15 pm and was told my room wasn’t ready. I asked if there was another king room available and was told no. Since it was a king room I said I would wait, but was then told it’s not available. What do you mean it’s not available? She said it’s”just not”. Ok. then can I get a room away from the interstate and elevator. No problem she said since the hotel doesn’t have an elevator you don’t have to worry about the noise. I get assigned a room on the second floor at the north end of the hotel right next to the interstate- so I turn on the AC to drown out the noise. It’s old, dirty and squeaky. Also with bad knees and luggage. Seriously second floor? No other rooms are available but I can checked back the next day and move rooms. That’s a huge inconvenience. No thank you. This hotel seems like no one’s really cares about it or managing it. The customer service is disappointing, the hallways were never vacuumed during my week long stay, there was no service to the rooms so you have to hunt down a housekeeper for towels and toilet paper or walk down the hallway, flights of steps, down another hallway to the front desk. And good luck trying to find someone there. The front desk staff are seldom attending the front desk, and if a guest needs something they have to yell to the back room to get someone’s attention. The one gal was extremely rude on two different occasions as tho we were a bother to her. I spoke to Sean about this and he said he would add 20,000 points to my Marriott BonVoy account and apologized on her behalf. No points have yet been added. There’s no working elevator, there’s no shuttle or restaurants within walking distance and their bistro has very limited hours so there are no options for meals unless you pay for an Uber or Lyft - which are expensive in the Lakewood area. The hotel is undergoing a renovation, basically they’ve installed new carpet and drapes. I had to switch rooms because of the old, noisy AC unit in my first room, the rooms remain dark with minimal lighting, no upgrade to the bathroom or fixtures except the tile floor. Not the quality or service a guest excepts of a Marriott hotel.

Harganya sangat tinggi, iaitu, saya tinggal di tingkat satu dan mendengar daripada rakan-rakan bahawa saya bising di tingkat atas dan tidak tidur lena sepanjang malam. Tempat letak kereta adalah percuma, internet disediakan, persekitaran agak tenang, dan persekitarannya baik.
