Wow, wow, wow. I want everybody reading this to ignore all the negative reviews for this hotel. my wife and I have very high standards and found this hotel amazing. We were so impressed that we not only stayed for the original four nights but added an additional two nights. The rooms are of perfect size and very clean. The staff are all friendly and professional. The breakfast was amazing, you can only eat so much LOL. Walking distance from Canal Walk and believe me, you don't hear any trucks reversing or any other noise. I had major back surgery and very particular about the mattress I sleep on, I slept like a baby with no discomfort. Most people that complain and give negative reviews are mostly people who have personal issues. 10 out of 10 for you guys, I'll be back.

Not even close to a 5 star hotel. The first impression is the most important one and it wasnt good at all. The hotel doesnt have an executive Lounge as it should have according to Marriott standard. There is alternative given for Bonvoy Platinum or higher members which is not acceptable at all. The room ”upgrade” was a room in a higher floor overwieing a parking slot, amazing !. Breakfast was really poor, no bread rolls, just toasted bread and limites assortment of cheese and cold cuts. The internet connection is a mess, youll be not able to work from that place even if the property is offering High Speed Wifi (the Download speed was around 1 Mbps). I mentioned all points more than one time at the Front desk but the staff was just not willing to help. The worst hotel in the Bonvoy group I ever stayed in.

First time staying at this property. Great experience. From the friendly and welcoming check in staff to the helpful and ever willing to go the extra mile breakfast staff. The location of the Hotel and views make it look like you are in another country. Very safe location of the Hotel. Walking distance to Canal walk. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return to this property in future.

An amazing experience. Love the hotel itself, the welcome by the staff, the rooms are spacious and luxurious. The restaurant has amazing food and the buffer breakfast also great.
