Asrama di Rostock

Intercity Hotel Rostock was located at the main railway station on the outskirts of Rostock city. The hotel room was simply furnished but contained the essentials. However, the air quality was poor and the air conditioner worked poorly so it got very hot in the room. The cleanliness was as expected. The bathroom was small and simply decorated. The breakfast at the hotel was very good and varied, with a good selection of both hot and cold dishes. The staff seemed uninterested and were passive in meeting me as a guest. It lacked both smile and service attitude. Based on this, I can not recommend this hotel to others and will not visit it again myself.

Riesiges Zimmer, sehr modern und freundlich eingerichtet. Es gibt überall Sitzecken mit Sofas und man kann sogar zocken. Die Lage ist ideal zum Entdecken der Stadt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Für Fahrräder gibt es im Parkhaus extra Stellplätze.

Das Hotel hat eine SUPER Lage im Zentrum bzw Hafen. Der Service war KLASSE. Sehr freundliches Personal, da wir 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) waren, hatte eine Aufbettung gefehlt, die sofort nach Info von uns erledigt wurde. Auf dem Zimmer war viel Platz und alles sauber. Das Bad war groß und eine schöne Dusche. Es gab einen Wasserkocher mit Tee, Kaffee zum selber machen. In der Lobby gibt es Wasser, Äpfle und Süßes zum mitnehmen. Die Dachterrasse im 10 Stock oder höher war für Jeden offen und man hat Liegestühle zum Sonnen und einen SUPER Blick auf Hafen und Stadt. Wir waren alle sehr zu frieden.

We visited Rostock for the first time my wife and I. We stayed at Vienna House Sonne for 11 days. On our arrival, we met with Sonja who made us feel at home.. She met us every morning to see if all was perfect.. Indeed, everything was perfect.. the staff was always smiling and ready to help. The hotel is wonderful and very well situated in the heart of Neuw Markt..! All shops and city life at a walking distance. Trams to different part of Rostock were available and the station is at 30secs walk from the hotel. Thank you Sonja H and your staff for making our stay in Rostock memorable…! ❤️❤️ Vielen Dank 🙏

During a recent stay I had a health issue and called the front desk and spoke to one of the staff. She (sadly, I forget her name but it had an eastern European ring to it) was absolutely superb; she called an ambulance and the paramedics knocked on my room door only 20 minutes later. They let themselves in (as I was immobile) and took me to hospital. While I was in the A&E department I called again and the same lady made sure that room service would collect my belongings from the room and take them down to the front desk, where I later, after being released from hospital, was able to pick them up. The MotelOne staff deserve full marks for making sure a very difficult day did not turn out to be a really horrible one. My sincere thanks!

Wirklich faszinierend, was man aus einem Plattenbau so alles machen kann ! Hervorzuheben ist wirklich das absolut traumhafte Frühstück !!! Qualitativ hervorragend, abwechslungsreich und in einem wirklich schönen & liebevollem Ambiente !

Ja, die ”Kleine Sonne” ist tatsächlich in die Jahre gekommen. Allerdings gaben sich alle Mitarbeiter große Mühe unseren Wünschen Rechnung zu tragen. Manche ist halt nicht so einfach, wenn das Hotel im Renovierungsprozess steht. Wir durften in ein sehr hübsches Zimmer in das Nachbarhotel ”Vienna House Sonne” umziehen, weil es doch zum Teil gravierende Mängel im Zimmer der ” Kleinen Sonne” gab. In diesem Hotel waren die Betten wunderbar, alles sehr sauber und freundlich eingerichtet! Eben ein Hotel der gehobeneren Klasse...hier haben wir uns sehr gut gefühlt. Das Frühstück war ein hervorragender Start für den Tag. AUSGEZEICHNET! Aber das Beste war wirklich das wunderbare freundliche Personal. Sie werden es schaffen der ”Kleinen Sonne” neuen Glanz zu geben.
