Location is perfect! Near airport. It will be the first choice for anyone who looking for morning flight stay. The hotel was new! Great service! The room was clean and comfortable. They have swimming pool and mini gym. Breakfast was great! Very a lot of choice from indonesian food to western food. The staffs were great service! Even the security help me a lot to packing my boxes.

Been here for couple times, and meet their front desk agent named tias was so helpful and informative. This hotel is strategically in heart of Sidoarjo city, you can easily find famous local food and culinary around this hotel. Would love to come back when for our next trip in sidoarjo.

Untuk lokasinya sih deket sama pasar wisata dan tempat makan, lumayan deket bandara. Tapi minusnya gk ada sabun mini/pasta gigi, gk disediain tissu, gak ada air minum juga. Alasan di tulisan kamarnya sih katanya menghemat plastik. Lah wong nyediain sabun cair yg refill di dinding kan bisa, juga kalo untuk air minum kan bisa disediakan di dispenser galon di depan kamar², nanti pengunjung tinggal pencet sendiri. Kan udah mengurangi plastik karna gk pakek minuman botol perkamar. Emang mungkin hotelnya aja yg ngirit banget sama fasilitas, padahal balik sendiri ke kenyaman dan rating hotelnya

Just a short stay. The standard room type was nice and simple but no electric kettle or hair dryer. Was told that this things should have one as only deluxe type and above are available. Bad ideas 🤢🤢🤢🤢

I recently stayed at the Premier Place for a business trip and was extremely satisfied with my experience. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped for work, with comfortable beds and reliable Wi-Fi. The staff were professional, polite and very friendly. So many variance for breakfast. Don't worry if you have an early morning flight, they will wake you up and drop to airport. Will be back to this hotel again. Thank you so much Premier place for having me. See you another time
