Tempat strategis tengah kota, cukup bersih, stafnya ramah. Cuma sayang kamarnya beda dari yg di foto di iklan, dapet kamar kosan standar kamar mandi luar, gadapet selimut tapi dikasih seprei gantinha.

im stay here with my family. i stay for 3 night. beautiful hotel, big swimming pool. but this hotel management should to pay more attantion with this point : - u have to training ur staff, how to to work on Front Office. more careful, smile and friendly! - when we enter the room, the room is very dirty. the staff give us the weong room. - when check in i already ask for extra bed.. they said will prepare the extra bed. i make 3 call only for this extra bed. first call, the man said “make sure the room” second ” on the way” and third “8-9 ago the extra bed already send to the room” bit we havent receivevthe extra bed. that time, we realy tired and we have flight in the early morning. hotel side is really bad for the service. - the room floor is leaking..

A nice hotel away from the centre of town. Amidst farm lands. So very quiet. Hotel is three storeys, very clean with friendly staff. There is a restaurant with buffet style Indonesian breakfast. We had a deluxe room with king bed, large bathroom, work desk and chairs.

Some good things: wifi that works very well in the room and on the veranda, drinking water left daily in the rooms in big jugs and then available at the reception anytime (so no plastic bottles), hot water always running, nice staff that was always trying to help, location was very nice - also for bird watching, when you're planning on trips early in the morning they prepare takeaway breakfast and tumblers with coffee/tea which stay hot for many hours. Also I liked the location which was further from the centre, but you can take a local minibus (angkot) and get there fast. Also great that they make scooters available for rent. Some drawbacks: the rooms are run down, they need some maintenance. Also, inside is a bit too dark so it's great there is a veranda to sit outside. The prices of the scooters are very steep but interestingly there are not many available scooters in Tomohon so that might be your last option. Also tour prices were way too steep - we ended up just contacting local guides directly instead of taking tours from the hotel. I really don't like it when the hotel is trying to make money unreasonably. Also food wasn't that good - simple mee goreng was just served plain, without any veggies or flavour, so it's better for you to actually make sure to fill up your belly in Tomohon :)
