**Rating: 0/5** 1. **Extremely Unprofessional Staff**: The hotel staff showed a complete lack of professionalism, making my stay uncomfortable right from the start. 2. **Unwelcoming Atmosphere**: From the moment I arrived, the staff did not make me feel welcome or valued as a guest. 3. **Rude Drink Service**: The drink staff were rude and unhelpful, displaying poor customer service. 4. **Not Allowed to Stay**: Despite having a booking, I was not allowed to stay at the hotel, which was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. 5. **Poor Communication**: There was no clear communication from the staff about why I was being denied my stay. 6. **No Apology for the Inconvenience**: Not once did anyone offer an apology for the trouble I experienced during my visit. 7. **Disrespectful Behavior**: The way the staff treated me was disrespectful and uncalled for, making the whole experience worse. 8. **Unclear Policies**: The hotel's policies were not explained properly, leaving me confused and dissatisfied. 9. **Unresolved Issues**: Despite raising my concerns, the staff did not take any steps to address the issues or offer a resolution. 10. **Not Recommended**: Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was beyond disappointing.

I stayed at the hostel for 6 days in total. Not only was it super comfortable, but the vibes were incredibly immaculate, homely, and warm. I felt welcome and like a part of a family. The food was delicious and under the budget, the hostel was hygienic and had all the necessary arrangements. Very well behaved staff and clean beds. Must visit if you are a solo traveller and seeking some cheap hostel options. Location is perfect near to every tourist spot. You can find here like minded people to hangout with. The common aria is also good, they have games like polo, Zenga, chess, uno and many more.

I staryed there for only one night with check in time of 1:20am and check out time of 7:30am. The beds can be improved with dusting. The bathroom was a bit old. I used it for just sleeping purpose.
