We were a group of 28 friends, we got a good deal directly from the hotel considering it was off season. The rooms are decent size and very colorful, the hotel on a whole is also very colorful. The pool area is very beautiful. Its a small boutique hotel where they pay attention to all your needs. The hotel is very centrally located and very close to all the happening places in Anjuna. The GM Mr. Akash went out of his way and arranged everything for us. We had an amazing pool party with sheesha, DJ and Bar tender all arranged by Mr. Akash. The food at the restaurant is also very good. Would definitely love to come back.

This resort location is nearby to many famous beaches(approx2km), restaurants and cafes in North Goa. It is situated in a very calm space. A good choice specially looking at the price. They have large swimming pool, open gardens, greenery, spacious rooms. Food quality is good and nice services. Highly recommend this place when you are in North Goa😀

Being from Kolhapur I keep on coming down to Goa every few months to unwind n recharge. W was on the bucket list. Finally decided to gv it a try and believe me it's One of the most beautiful sea facing properties in Goa. Lush green lawns and plantations overlooking the arabian sea gives a blissful feeling. Room decor was also upto the mark. The Kitchen Table (restaurant) staff were very kind and attentive throughout. The reception staff themselves guided us to our rooms explaining the property en route. The indoor pool is an absolute gem. I guess the kidszone needs an upgrade . All in all it was a great feeling to be staying at this lovely property ,looking forward to coming back very soon..
