Stayed here recently with my wife during a business trip to Omaha. Got a nice sized, King Suite room with Jacuzzi and shower. Nice large, spacious room, though a bit out dated. That doesn't really bother me much at all, except the Jacuzzi simply DID NOT WORK. Couldn't even turn the water on! In addition to this, the hot water in the bathroom was virtually non-existent. I'm not exaggerating in the least when I say that you had to turn the water on in the shower, sink, etc., and simply walk away for several minutes and come back for it to even be warm. It seems the hospitality industry everywhere we go has completely abandoned even the most basic and standard elements of ensuring people have a pleasant stay while traveling. We were loyal to another hotel chain (IHG hotels) for over 25 years when we started getting frustrated with their increasing poor management and quality and starting staying in Choice hotels hoping to see something better. Well, they've been a major disappointment as well. We don't expect 5-star resort treatment at these places, but when trying to book the better rooms and still stay budget-friendly you don't expect to take for granted things like hot running water. The hotel wasn't at all busy so it wasn't a matter of the plumbing system being taxed with maximum occupancy. We also stayed in another Choice Hotels location this same weekend and it was an even worse experience. The only redeeming quality about this place was that the lady running the breakfast area in the morning was staying on top of things. Apart from that, we're pretty much through with Choice Hotels at this point. May just have to start traveling in an RV and avoid hotel stays altogether!

PPengguna TetamuA friend told me this was a good place to stay near the airport, because they have a shuttle and you can keep your car here while on vacation. I paid over $100 for my car to be parked here on top of the cost of the room. When I returned, the catalytic converter had been cut off my car which obviously had been done as it sat parked at this hotel. As soon as I started my car, it was SO LOUD, and that obviously was not like that when I drove here. Mechanic took several hundred dollars to fix, plus I have to take it back in to repair some other things that were damaged when they cut out the converter. Also, upon check-in, I am informed that if my flight arrives after midnight, there is no shuttle. So at 2 am I had to arrange my own transportation (Uber, as none of the taxi services are available at that hour either) to get back to my car, only to find it had been vandalized. The room itself was comfortable and spacious, but there are no elevators and the excersize room has been closed until they decide to deep clean it, using the excuse of Covid for not having it available. Overall, this was one of the worst and most costly experiences and is sooooo not worth it. I'm out hundreds and hundreds of dollars for a vandalized car and being stranded at the airport in the middle of the night - I wish I had just parked my car at the airport instead of staying here. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This hotel is always a comfortable and affordable stay. The young man who checked me in was very friendly and courteous.This is close to my work place, several restaurants and easy access to interstate. I I stay here every time I come here for work.
