Hotel Hot Springs di Fujian, China

The hotel is right inside the ancient city, so ride-hailing cars can't get in. You can contact the front desk in advance to have them arrange an electric shuttle from the ancient city to pick you up. The hotel seems to be quite large, and the location is excellent. The snack street is just a few steps away, making it very convenient to watch glove puppetry and enjoy the night scenery in the evening. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, helping with luggage and answering all our questions. I highly recommend this place if you're visiting Zhangzhou Ancient City. Now for a few negatives. Since we arrived early, we were assigned a courtyard with a terrible view; the opposite side was quite dilapidated and really spoiled the scenery. Also, there was no introduction to the room facilities when we checked in, so we had to figure everything out ourselves. It would be great if they could send an explanation via WeChat. Additionally, it gets quite cold at night in winter, and there's no heating. Luckily, the duvet was thick enough. Overall, it was a good experience, with the positives outweighing the negatives, especially the excellent service attitude. P.S. The hotel has a rooftop terrace you can access, which is an amazing spot for photos. They didn't mention it when I stayed, but I found it myself.

Staying near Sanfang Qixiang on my first day in Fuzhou was a brilliant decision! After a long day of sightseeing, I could just head straight back to the hotel. Wenfufang is really quiet, and all the hotel staff were incredibly kind, enthusiastic, and attentive! The exclamation marks truly show how satisfied I was with this hotel! The complimentary late-night snack with a glass of Qinghong wine was a lovely touch, and they provided a daily seasonal fruit platter and delicate snacks. The peanuts they gave were super super delicious 😋

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, a truly excellent location right across from the city center. Since it's in the old town, personal cars can't drive in. Guests need to park at a designated spot, and then the hotel provides a shuttle service, which takes about 3 minutes. It's lovely to wake up early, explore the old town, and enjoy some traditional breakfast. The hotel also gifted us vouchers for several shops and a free coupon for Sun's Mochi. The hotel has an elevator for floors 1-2, but you need to walk up one flight of stairs to get to the third floor, though it's not very high. There's also a small terrace on the 3rd floor that's good for photos, but the roof isn't fully completed yet. The hotel rooms aren't very spacious, but all other facilities are quite good.

We stayed at Paragon when we first got married, but didn't try the hot springs. Now, on our second visit, our child is already four and a half – time really flies! This time, I originally booked a villa room, thinking it would have a private hot spring. At check-in, we were even upgraded to a courtyard room. But when we entered the room, I was really disappointed. The room was super tiny; all the space was given to the courtyard, and there was only a narrow path between the TV and the bed. After dinner, the more I thought about it, the more uncomfortable I felt, so I went to the front desk to give feedback. The trainee staff member and her supervisor were excellent; they immediately moved us to a family room on the 17th floor of the main building and gave us unlimited hot spring tickets. Our child was thrilled to see the tent and toys in the new room. So, definitely don't book the villa rooms; the difference in quality is stark. As for the hot springs, I recommend going first thing in the morning. Each spring is clean and smells lovely. When we went on the first evening, some of the springs even smelled like urine. Overall, after moving to the main building, we were satisfied with the service and everything else. It's great for a weekend getaway. When we were leaving, Cody Chen even came over and proactively offered to arrange parking for us if we visited the ancient town.

I gave it a 4.5-star rating, just to keep them humble and prevent them from getting too proud if it were a perfect 5. 😉 The hotel lobby, though small, is cozy and welcoming. There was a lovely, round-faced lady at the front desk who was especially friendly. The bed in the room was very comfortable, and despite being close to the road, the windows offered good sound insulation. However, the soundproofing between rooms wasn't as great. 😅 The restaurant is on the sixth floor; while the breakfast selection isn't vast, it's sufficient. The rooftop view is also quite nice, making it a perfect spot for sunbathing and relaxing. All in all, I was quite satisfied with my stay!

Transportation: Very convenient to get around, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, right downstairs. Dining: The breakfast is extensive, featuring local Fujian specialties like fish balls and 'bian rou' (wonton-like dumplings), which were delicious. Hygiene: Very clean, and the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation, making for an excellent experience. Service: The service truly deserves full marks. The front desk staff always greeted us with a smile during check-in, and when we checked out, they thoughtfully gave our child a small toy, knowing we had a little one with us! Our child was thrilled and said they want to come back next time!

The shangri-la putian is conveniently located opposite a huge shopping mall and beside a garden. The room was nice and cosy and the service was attentive and impeccable, with Melvin (?) accompanying us to the room and constantly asked if we needed help with anything. All the staff were friendly and helpful and gave us many suggestions on where we could go during our stay and rarely have we experienced such excellent level of hospitality when staying at similar hotels. The river view we had was amazing. Food at shang garden was tasty, and Lydia's service was excellent, offering us extra snacks and soup. The portions served were huge and reasonably priced. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Putian! 莆田香格里拉酒店地理位置优越，对面就是大型购物中心，旁边就是花园。房间舒适温馨，服务周到细致，一位名叫（Melvin）的服务员亲自送我们到房间，在大堂碰到我们时会问我们是否需要任何帮助。所有员工都非常友好热情，为我们提供了很多游玩建议。入住类似酒店，我们很少体验到如此卓越的服务。房间的河景令人惊艳。香园餐厅的菜肴美味可口，服务员（Lydia）的服务也无可挑剔，还主动为我们提供了额外的点心和汤。菜量十足，价格也十分合理。强烈推荐给所有来莆田的游客！!

This hotel experience was fantastic! The location is super convenient, close to the subway and shopping areas, making getting around and shopping a breeze. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, the bedding was soft and made for a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the value for money was excellent. I'll definitely be back! Book this hotel with your eyes closed, you won't regret it! The cleaning was incredibly thorough, the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and hot water was instant. The facilities were complete and new, WiFi was fast, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. Perfect for both business trips and vacations. The location is superb, within walking distance of where I needed to be for work. The room had a large desk and plenty of outlets, and the high-speed internet made working stress-free. The comfortable bedding really helped relieve my fatigue. Staying here with kids was incredibly easy! The room space was ample, and the safety details were well thought out. Some room types even have children's facilities. The staff were very patient with the little ones, and the surrounding amenities made going out with the kids a breeze.

During our wonderful trip with friends, Longjiang Hot Spring Hotel gave us a wonderful surprise. The rooms were spacious and bright, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and there was even a delightful surprise of a small courtyard with a bathtub. The hotel grounds are large and very quiet, offering hot springs and a swimming pool. We found great relaxation here. The receptionist and the butler provided excellent service, responding promptly and effectively resolving all issues. Taxi arrangements are very convenient, and most trips cost less than 10 yuan. There's no need to stay in the bustling old town or city center. Highly recommended! We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Zhangzhou.

Go for it, you won't regret it! This hot spring hotel delivered all the happiness I needed. The environment is absolutely stunning! Surrounded by green mountains, the hot spring pools are nestled among lush greenery, with mist rising all around like a fairy tale – perfect for photos! The service is impeccable; from the moment I was greeted upon arrival, through check-in, and guidance to the hot springs, the staff were constantly smiling, attentive, and incredibly warm, always ready to help. The food deserves huge praise too; the Chinese and Western buffets offered a huge variety, the desserts were exquisite, and even breakfast was so abundant it was dazzling! The value for money is top-notch. I've already recommended it to my best friend, and I definitely plan to come back for a second visit!
