We had a very pleasant stay at Sanfang Qixiang Shuxiang Wenru Hotel. The hotel is extremely well located, right within the Sanfang Qixiang area, making it very convenient to explore the historical streets, shops, and local food by foot. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job, and everything felt tidy and fresh throughout our stay. The amenities provided were sufficient and thoughtfully arranged, making the stay easy and comfortable for families. Service was excellent — staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help when we had questions. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Overall, this hotel offers great value with its location, cleanliness, and service. Highly recommended for families or travelers who want to stay in the heart of Fuzhou’s cultural district while enjoying a quiet and comfortable environment.

Beautiful Antique architecture with model amenities . There are 2 washing machines and 2 dryer in building 2 and gym room .

An excellent hotel with the subway station just below it. The hotel was clean with all the modern amenities. Staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet offering a wide variety of local and international spread. Free laundry was a big plus

As frequent leisure travellers from Australia, this was our second stay at this hotel during this trip, and we remain exceptionally pleased with our overall experience. Location & Transportation: The hotel's location is exceptionally convenient, offering easy access to a vast selection of excellent dining, from local noodle shops to hot pot and barbecue. A metro station providing affordable access to the city centre and beyond is conveniently located just 800 meters away (and is free for those over 65 regardless of nationality). For guests with mobility concerns, we highly recommend DiDi (online taxi service), which we found to be an equally affordable and highly convenient alternative for city travel. Staff Service: The hotel staff consistently demonstrated outstanding hospitality. The receptionists were exceptionally friendly and efficient, ensuring a seamless check-in and proactively providing airport transfer information before our arrival. This high level of service extended to the pleasant breakfast staff and the cleaning personnel, who offered warm and welcoming greetings each morning. Laundry & Amenities: The availability of complimentary and assisted laundry service was a major advantage. This amenity proved highly convenient and essential during our 16-day trip covering Fuzhou and the surrounding area of Pingtan. Room Quality & Layout: We were very satisfied with the room's upkeep. It was meticulously cleaned, and the bed sheets, towels, and linens (including pillows) were all immaculately maintained—a crucial factor in our selection criteria. Furthermore, the room's layout was highly practical and luggage-friendly, featuring a logical and efficient arrangement of amenities. In conclusion, we are highly satisfied with our selection and would unreservedly return to this hotel on any future visit to the city.

Hotel is located in the old town and within walking distance to the street for hailing the cab. They also provide shuttle service to the east gate of the old town. The old town is very charming and pleasant to explore, shop and eat. The hotel room is very clean and tidy. Room outside has balcony to overlook the street. The staff are very helpful to attend our questions, especially provide clear instructions to get to the hotel. We enjoy our stay very much.

超讚的酒店❤❤❤值得用心寫寫評價讓大家知道，特別是帶娃親子游的家庭。無意間定了這酒店，一開始還有點擔心，想着來看下如何，不行就換，結果來了孩子就不走了。這裡是一整片度假區，應有盡有，酒店/温泉/小童樂園/休閑營地/採摘園/美食街，還有掃碼自助卡通電車和雙人騎自行車。酒店一棟棟別墅，很幽靜。孩子們賴在這裏，啥景點都不想去了🤭 🎉地址位置 :離古城東門2公里，打車走路都行 🎉居住環境: 幽靜整潔，景觀優美，舒適愜意 🎉配套設施: 應有盡有 🎉適合人羣: 所有人羣，特別親子游絕對超預期 🎉服務品質: 貼心細緻，還給我娃送了小禮物 剛好陰天，所以拍照沒能體現出這裏的美。 謝謝給我們五一留下這麼美好的體驗，娃們已經在問下次什麼時候來，很快會再見的🌹🌹

The shangri-la putian is conveniently located opposite a huge shopping mall and beside a garden. The room was nice and cosy and the service was attentive and impeccable, with Melvin (?) accompanying us to the room and constantly asked if we needed help with anything. All the staff were friendly and helpful and gave us many suggestions on where we could go during our stay and rarely have we experienced such excellent level of hospitality when staying at similar hotels. The river view we had was amazing. Food at shang garden was tasty, and Lydia's service was excellent, offering us extra snacks and soup. The portions served were huge and reasonably priced. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Putian! 莆田香格里拉酒店地理位置优越，对面就是大型购物中心，旁边就是花园。房间舒适温馨，服务周到细致，一位名叫（Melvin）的服务员亲自送我们到房间，在大堂碰到我们时会问我们是否需要任何帮助。所有员工都非常友好热情，为我们提供了很多游玩建议。入住类似酒店，我们很少体验到如此卓越的服务。房间的河景令人惊艳。香园餐厅的菜肴美味可口，服务员（Lydia）的服务也无可挑剔，还主动为我们提供了额外的点心和汤。菜量十足，价格也十分合理。强烈推荐给所有来莆田的游客！!

We stayed 2 Nights and they have upgraded my Premium 2 Bed to Large Bed with inside Hot Spring Bathtub, it was enjoyable stay at the Hotel with Friendly Front desk Staffs especially Duty Manager herself directed us to use the most efficient Transportation to the Airport, even though the Hotel a bit Far From Airport we could use the Binhai Express with only spent tens Renminbi Taxi Fare, we impressed by her helping us to the online Taxi.

The hotel is new, clean, comfortable room with all mod cons. Excellent Wi-Fi and great breakfast. Staff were very helpful, Highly recommend. Fantastic service! The staff made our stay special with personalized attention and great recommendations. The room was quiet and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Especially friendly for old people. The manager, Miss 林，very helpful and patient to my parents. Highly recommended🤗🤗

This must be my worst stay in a hotel for the last 3 years. The rooms are huge but their sound proof is so bad that when anyone on the same floor closes his door, my room door quakes. So you can imagine how you feel when you are in deep sleep and you are suddenly awaken by a loud bang. Every so often. Middle of the night.  Secondly, the aircon in the room continuously blew cold air. Seems this is the setting of their central aircon and my room was an icy 20 degrees throughput. Location wise, it is near the old town but not so near that you can easily walk. Yes there are limited public buses but limited services near the hotel and their frequency leaves much to be desired. Your best bet is go for ride hailing. Fortunately these are very affordable and the city of Zhangzhou is small. Safety box in the room did not work. And yes I did follow the operating instructions  On the plus side, hotel has outdoor hot spring pools but I didn’t try them as the weather was too cold. Manager apologised profusely and tried to compensate us with fruits and bottled water. In my mind it did not make up for 4 nights of poor quality sleep.
