GGuest UserHad a fantastic stay! The location is super convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of places to eat, drink, and shop nearby. The room was spotless, spacious, and didn't feel cramped at all. The bedding was really comfortable, and the soundproofing was great – it was very quiet. The front desk staff were lovely and very responsive to any requests, paying attention to all the little details. Overall, it's excellent value for money. I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Fuzhou!

PPiaoyi-888The room was small but exquisitely designed. The outdoor hot spring area and pools were incredibly photogenic! The water jets also created a fantastic 'wave' effect. My only suggestion is that the outdoor lights at night need to stay on for several times longer than they currently do; that definitely needs adjusting! The hotel restaurant's food was also excellent. I hope they continue to maintain their high standards. It's a hot spring hotel worth recommending!

GGuest UserThis hotel is truly commendable and deserves a lot of praise. As a new hotel, the rooms were practically odorless. The breakfast was plentiful with fresh ingredients. The front desk lady was sweet and gentle, and the staff's service was attentive and thorough. They actively resolved any issues and tried their best to meet guests' needs. Special shout-out to Xiao Mi and Xiao Lin! Although the decor has a nightclub vibe, it's also high-end and chic. My only minor critique is that the lobby's air freshener scent was a bit too strong and gaudy; a more fresh and elegant fragrance would better reflect the hotel's taste and class.

GGuest UserThe location is absolutely brilliant, right by the main road of the scenic area, yet as soon as you step through the door, you're in a secluded private courtyard. The wooden carved doors and windows, along with the vintage furnishings and ornaments, are incredibly detailed. The public lounge area is elegantly arranged, and the owner is incredibly warm and welcoming. My entire stay was wonderfully smooth.

YYiyulvjianFirst time at Banyueshan, stayed in the Hot Spring Villa King Room, and the experience was still perfect! 💯
The room was amazing, with a super large private hot tub on the balcony. Just turn on the tap, and it's strontium-rich hot spring water – soak whenever you want, with excellent privacy. Soaking at night while stargazing, or coming back to soak after a tiring day of activities – this is what a vacation should be like!
The service was impeccable. From booking the free shuttle from Xiamen North Station, I already felt their thoughtfulness. Check-in at the front desk was fast, and the staff's smiles were very warm. There was a super rich variety of free activities; I worked out in the gym and even tried fishing. I was just playing around, but surprisingly, I actually caught a small fish, and my child was incredibly excited!
The overall environment of the hotel is very quiet, like a hidden paradise in the mountains, with excellent air quality. My only regret this time was not being able to visit the horse ranch – I'll save that for next time!
I've already recommended it to friends; it's definitely a hidden gem of a hot spring hotel that I'll revisit countless times! 🏞️

GGuest UserWe brought our child to Zhangzhou for a short holiday. Xiao Zhuang was incredibly thoughtful, keeping track of our itinerary from the moment she knew we were coming. When we checked in, Xiao Wei at the front desk saw we had a child and immediately gave our little one a small gift from Trip.com, which made our child very happy! Aunt Zhang Julan, who cleaned our room, noticed our child wanted to sleep on the sofa and very proactively helped us make up the bed. I'm so grateful to all the staff we met this trip; they made our journey so comfortable and enjoyable.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is quite easy to find, in the Xinglin area of Jimei District. There's a Vanke Plaza commercial area not far away, offering plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The hotel itself also has a Chinese restaurant, a Western restaurant, and hot springs, so the facilities are very comprehensive. The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. I had a very comfortable stay.

SShifeifuyaThe service was exceptional, from the hot spring area to the hotel breakfast. All the staff were very friendly. In the hot spring area, they proactively guided us and explained all the facilities. The aunties at the breakfast stations were also very responsive and down-to-earth, always ready to help with requests. We bought a bag of Yongtai dried plums at the entrance, which were quite tasty. Overall, a great experience!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located within a large resort complex and overall, it's quite good.
The environment is lovely, close to the river, and the night view is beautiful.
It's also quite close to Zhangzhou Ancient City; a quick scan and a few minutes on an e-bike will get you there.
The hotel offers outdoor children's play facilities and electric sightseeing buggies that you can scan to use. The evening breeze is especially pleasant.
Right next to the hotel is an outdoor hot spring, but the service there was a bit mediocre. The dinner buffet at the restaurant was pretty good for 80 per person, with a wide variety of dishes. However, breakfast was 88 per person and had much fewer options, which made the price difference hard to understand.
We stayed in an RV with our child during the Chinese New Year. The RV was a bit far out, but calling for a shuttle made getting around very convenient. The soundproofing wasn't great, so it got a bit noisy in the mornings with people passing by.
Upon checkout, we received a souvenir: baby talcum powder. Unless you have a small infant, its practicality is somewhat lacking.
Overall, I'm quite satisfied and would recommend it.

They upgraded my room, sent a fruit platter, and provided turndown service. The facilities are high-tech and smart. I thoroughly checked the room, and it was very clean. Breakfast was also plentiful. This is the first time I've given a hotel a 5-star review! The service was incredibly thoughtful. Lainey Li from Shangri-La Putian provided exceptional service. The staff at check-in were friendly and the process was efficient. At check-out, they meticulously verified my information, showing professionalism and attentiveness throughout. My stay was excellent and I highly recommend it.
