I chose this hotel for a trip with my parents and child, and the whole family was very satisfied! The hotel has accessible ramps and elevators, making it convenient for the elderly to move around. The room was spacious, and even with an extra small bed, it didn't feel cramped. They also provided children's slippers and toothbrushes, showing great attention to detail. For breakfast, there was soft, easy-to-digest congee and light side dishes suitable for the elderly, as well as sandwiches and juice that the kids loved. A park is right next to the hotel, which was perfect for morning strolls with my parents. In the evenings, it was safe to take the kids to play in the square. The front desk staff also recommended attractions suitable for both the elderly and children, making our itinerary relaxed and enjoyable. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

My good friend came to Fuzhou for a vacation. With the comfortable weather and slow pace, the overall experience was fantastic! We specifically chose Shuxiang Wenru Hotel located within the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys (Sanfang Qixiang). The historic courtyard has incredible charm, and the rooms feature a grand, traditional Chinese design. Upon check-in, a complete set of tea-making utensils and welcome snacks were thoughtfully provided. Right next door is the Michelin-starred restaurant Wenru No. 9, making dining extremely convenient—authentic Min cuisine is just steps away. During the day, we explored the ancient streets of Sanfang Qixiang, and whenever we got tired, we’d head back to the hotel, brew a pot of tea, and relax in quiet comfort to wash away all the fatigue. Combining great accommodation with dining, the environment is peaceful and elegant, and the service is attentive. It’s an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway in Fuzhou, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Initially, I thought it was just an average hotel, nothing spectacular. However, the service truly stood out and made me feel right at home. Check-in was fast and efficient. When they heard we were tourists, they proactively offered recommendations for nearby attractions. After completing the check-in process, the front desk manager personally escorted us to the guest room elevators, which made us feel incredibly welcome. Upon entering the room, there was a plate of welcome fruit on the table. Taking a bite, it was sweet to the taste and warmed my heart. When I requested a few extra bottles of water, a robot promptly delivered them. Throughout the hallways, lobby, and restaurant, the staff consistently greeted us with smiles. Before check-out, Ms. He at the front desk kindly asked if our stay was satisfactory and offered us several bottles of mineral water, suggesting we take them for our journey due to the hot weather. You could truly feel their genuine care. From check-in to check-out, I consistently experienced the warmth of the staff. Although I hadn't heard of this hotel before, after staying here, I genuinely felt that staying at a Junlan Hotel gives you a wonderful sense of home!

Our family had never been to Xiamen before, so we weren’t quite sure where to stay. We are absolutely thrilled with our decision to choose the TUI BLUE Royal Oceanview Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. Check-in was smooth and the reception staff were incredibly accommodating and welcoming, even with the language barrier. The hotel itself is absolutely breathtaking, and the friendliness of the entire team—from the hotel chauffeurs to the wonderful waitresses in the breakfast restaurant—made us feel truly at home. We booked two rooms, and both were immaculate, beautifully maintained, and incredibly spacious. We were especially impressed by the hotel management’s attention to detail and how attentive they were to our needs as guests. We also loved spending time at the enormous and beautiful outdoor swimming pool and the hot springs. To make our stay even more enjoyable, the reception staff and manager went above and beyond by helping us arrange bookings for Underwater World. Our family had such a wonderful experience, and we would definitely consider returning in the near future. Five years later, I returned to Banyueshan and stayed at the Fusi Residence this time. The room layout was excellent, featuring twin beds, one of which was a tatami bed with a partition, making it perfect for family trips. The service at Banyueshan was also great. The front desk manager and the staff in the residence were all very welcoming. The Chinese restaurant within the residence offered affordable prices and generous portions. The hot spring pools were also meticulously cleaned, with the water being drained and cleaned every morning. Banyueshan has now developed many new attractions, such as horseback riding and golf, making it an excellent resort for family getaways.

I chose this hotel because of the Baisheng brand, and the service was indeed excellent. The front desk staff were gentle and patient during check-in, explaining all the services available. The hotel lobby also had free entertainment for children, which was great for guests who didn't want to go out in the hot weather, keeping the kids from getting bored. The playground next to the lobby was an additional charge, but reasonably priced, perfect for busy moms to relax while their kids had fun. With the hot weather, we relied on food delivery for Zhangzhou delicacies. The front desk even thoughtfully set up a special area for delivery drivers, with staff efficiently helping to confirm room numbers and phone numbers. The hotel cleaning staff were very polite, greeting guests. The rooms themselves were spacious, well-designed, and each had an outdoor balcony. From the balcony, we had a panoramic view of the exquisite Zhangzhou High-tech Zone. The location is excellent, right next to the ancient city, making it convenient to get everywhere. The breakfast spread was incredibly diverse, featuring many local Zhangzhou snacks, all very well prepared. The mini hot pot area truly captured the authentic taste of Zhangzhou. Even picky eaters could find something they liked. Now for the drawbacks: 1. Although the rooms have outdoor balconies, two of our five rooms had a very strong smoke smell. This might be due to the tight turnover between check-out and check-in during the holiday period. However, I suggest that in such cases, it would be better to communicate with guests and air out the room with the windows and balcony open before they check in. 2. The hygiene in the hot spring area was not ideal. Also, it was hard to find staff for tea, and many tea dispensers were empty. There were no designated sections for cups either.

All the facilities in the room were spotless and in perfect condition, and the public lounge area was also tidy and clean. The hot spring area had its water changed and maintained daily, which made me feel very comfortable and safe soaking in the springs. The staff were all very professional and courteous, providing meticulous and warm service. Any requests I had were addressed promptly, making my stay both relaxing and pleasant.

An evening stroll along the river, enjoying the gentle breeze, is incredibly pleasant, and the night view is simply stunning with the beautiful reflections dancing on the water. It's also conveniently located not far from Zhangzhou Ancient City, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The room facilities are excellent: the rooms are spacious and bright, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. They're also equipped with smart devices. The complimentary welcome fruit was a thoughtful touch. As for the hot springs and service, the hot spring area has clean water, and the swimming pool facilities are complete. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and attentive; they upgraded us to a river view room and even gave us a comforting cup of Luo Han Guo tea.
