Initially, I thought it was just an average hotel, nothing spectacular. However, the service truly stood out and made me feel right at home. Check-in was fast and efficient. When they heard we were tourists, they proactively offered recommendations for nearby attractions. After completing the check-in process, the front desk manager personally escorted us to the guest room elevators, which made us feel incredibly welcome. Upon entering the room, there was a plate of welcome fruit on the table. Taking a bite, it was sweet to the taste and warmed my heart. When I requested a few extra bottles of water, a robot promptly delivered them. Throughout the hallways, lobby, and restaurant, the staff consistently greeted us with smiles. Before check-out, Ms. He at the front desk kindly asked if our stay was satisfactory and offered us several bottles of mineral water, suggesting we take them for our journey due to the hot weather. You could truly feel their genuine care. From check-in to check-out, I consistently experienced the warmth of the staff. Although I hadn't heard of this hotel before, after staying here, I genuinely felt that staying at a Junlan Hotel gives you a wonderful sense of home!

The hot spring overlooks the ocean, and soaking in the thermal waters while listening to the waves just washes all the tiredness away. The decor is very tasteful, the room is clean and tidy, and every detail shows great care. The buffet breakfast offers a rich variety of options, and the sea-view restaurant has an amazing atmosphere. The service is attentive and thoughtful, and I will definitely come back to stay again!

Staying with my child in the Shuxiang Wenru parent-child room exceeded all expectations! The location is tucked away inside the ancient houses of Wenrufang in Sanfang Qixiang, offering a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. The traditional Chinese courtyard vibe is fantastic, and it's super convenient for exploring the alleys and lanes. The cleanliness deserves a special shout-out! The room was meticulously cleaned; no water stains or odors in the corners or bathroom. The bedding was clean and soft, and impressively, for an old architectural style, there was no musty smell. It gave me great peace of mind traveling with a child. The ambiance is typical of a new Chinese style within a traditional Minnan ancient house. The courtyard is elegant and serene, with wooden windows and lacquered art摆件 (decorations) that give it a scholarly feel. It’s quiet and not noisy, ensuring an undisturbed night's rest. The parent-child facilities are very thoughtful. They provided special toiletries for children, and the room was spacious with comfortable beds, catering to all the needs of families traveling with kids. The courtyard also offers Hanfu experiences and parent-child treasure hunts, which my child absolutely loved. The service was warm and attentive. The staff responded promptly, patiently addressing all our requests and communicating kindly and helpfully. Breakfast was a delightful surprise! There was a rich variety, catering to both adults and children, including many local Fuzhou snacks. The ingredients were fresh and light, perfect for children. Dining in the ancient courtyard setting truly amplified the experience. This is an excellent choice for a short family trip to Fuzhou. Next time we visit Sanfang Qixiang with our child, we'll definitely choose this place again!

First time at Banyueshan, stayed in the Hot Spring Villa King Room, and the experience was still perfect! 💯 The room was amazing, with a super large private hot tub on the balcony. Just turn on the tap, and it's strontium-rich hot spring water – soak whenever you want, with excellent privacy. Soaking at night while stargazing, or coming back to soak after a tiring day of activities – this is what a vacation should be like! The service was impeccable. From booking the free shuttle from Xiamen North Station, I already felt their thoughtfulness. Check-in at the front desk was fast, and the staff's smiles were very warm. There was a super rich variety of free activities; I worked out in the gym and even tried fishing. I was just playing around, but surprisingly, I actually caught a small fish, and my child was incredibly excited! The overall environment of the hotel is very quiet, like a hidden paradise in the mountains, with excellent air quality. My only regret this time was not being able to visit the horse ranch – I'll save that for next time! I've already recommended it to friends; it's definitely a hidden gem of a hot spring hotel that I'll revisit countless times! 🏞️

The ground floor is very expansive, and having breakfast there is quite comfortable. The breakfast is abundant, and they even offer authentic Zhangzhou specialty breakfasts, which shows real thoughtfulness. In other hotels, I usually only get steamed sweet potatoes for breakfast, but here I had roasted ones for the first time – very considerate! Highly recommended! I used to think that foreign-owned five-star hotel chains paid more attention to detail. However, I'm starting to believe that, like other industries, the future holds opportunities for local hotel brands. Chinese people better understand the personalized needs of other Chinese people, and local operations have an inherent advantage that will surpass foreign brands in the future. However, there's a small detail I'd like to kindly bring to the hotel management's attention: I took my two children to the swimming pool on the fourth floor in the afternoon. I estimated there were about 30 children in the adult pool. Although there were parents, there was only one lifeguard, and that lifeguard was eating in a corner for over 15 minutes. This is extremely dangerous and poses a significant safety hazard. So, beyond the basic excellent service that garners good reviews, it's crucial to meet five-star standards even in unseen, subtle areas. This is where the progress in the differences between Chinese and Western management truly lies.

The service was exceptional, from the hot spring area to the hotel breakfast. All the staff were very friendly. In the hot spring area, they proactively guided us and explained all the facilities. The aunties at the breakfast stations were also very responsive and down-to-earth, always ready to help with requests. We bought a bag of Yongtai dried plums at the entrance, which were quite tasty. Overall, a great experience!

An evening stroll along the river, enjoying the gentle breeze, is incredibly pleasant, and the night view is simply stunning with the beautiful reflections dancing on the water. It's also conveniently located not far from Zhangzhou Ancient City, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The room facilities are excellent: the rooms are spacious and bright, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. They're also equipped with smart devices. The complimentary welcome fruit was a thoughtful touch. As for the hot springs and service, the hot spring area has clean water, and the swimming pool facilities are complete. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and attentive; they upgraded us to a river view room and even gave us a comforting cup of Luo Han Guo tea.
