Excellent service and meals - we spent a wonderful time in Bali! I enjoyed half of my meals at Kojin Japanese Restaurant, where the food was amazing for us. The massage service here was also worth experiencing. The breakfast with room service was another highlight of our stay. However, I would like to suggest adding more lighting around the hotel premises, especially near the steps near to the reception and area in front of the restaurants, as they can be difficult to notice during evenings or rainy weather, potentially creating safety issues. Additionally, it would be great if the restaurant could enforce a stricter no-smoking policy. Special thanks to AYU DIAH, who was an outstanding assistant during our stay. She was very friendly, helpful, responsive, and provided us with valuable information not only about the hotel but also about tour options in Bali. Overall, this was such a memorable experience that I would definitely recommend this place to my friends!

The service was amazing, outstanding levels. The rooms were clean, enough amenities and cooking equipment. The pool was clean and the food was really good. The staff cater to all fo your needs. You can book tours through the hotel and there is a gift shop.

Kami menikmati penginapan yang menyenangkan di Bali (8 hari) dan benar-benar menikmati berada di Hotel Paridiso Ia berada di tempat yang bagus untuk akses ke banyak lokasi lain kedai, restoran, kafe kebanyakan apa sahaja yang anda perlukan berdekatan. Hartanah ini semakin tua tetapi mempunyai tempat yang indah rasainya... kolamnya bersih linen ditukar setiap hari air botol dibekalkan air panas aircon yang hebat ! ya untuk harga tidak boleh merungut. Kakitangan di Paradiso sangat mengagumkan sangat mewajibkan mereka tersenyum gembira dan sangat sopan. Ramai yang telah bekerja di resort itu selama beberapa dekad ... mereka suka pekerjaan mereka dan ini menunjukkan mereka berpuas hati dengan orang yang membuat senyuman cantik mereka tular !

Very nice room with a private pool looking out at the forest. Dessert and welcome drink on arrival was very nice. Shuttle service to Ubud palace every hour til like 10PM. Worker at the lobby and the entire facility are friendly and always willing to help. It was definitely a very pleasant experience staying at this villa. There were two things that can improve on. The door can use a new lock. Even when we lock the door (from outside). The door can still be pushed open. And there are some mosquitos in the room and some ants and bugs crawling but mostly outside the room.

Puri Sebali Resort was one of the best places I had stayed in Ubud. Very clean, nice ambiance, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. It’s 30 minute away from the center but the shuttle was provided. I found it very convenient. Well maintained resort!!

Compared to the other bobocabin in Kintamani, this track was quite okay. But since they give you a forest landscape, please don’t expecting a coffee shop or nice restaurants around. The bed was hard (actually i am okay with this since i already read the reviews about this), but since the cabin is in the middle of the forest, there are some insects (fruit flies and ants, there’s tokek too - i dunno tokek in english). There’s a lot of stairs so be prepared. The jacuzzi works well, but its quite open and peoples around can look at you while you enjoying your time. The AC is really good. They only give you a teethbrush, 2 bottles of water, and tea. Please prepare your amenities.

Chose this place as it was not in a very touristic part of Bali. The room I had was beautiful with outdoor bathroom + shower, the staff was very nice and has tour + spa services they offer with extra fee. Beware of the tours, if you exceed the hours it's supposed to last, you'll pay extra! I wasn't made aware of that which was a major disappointment. Besides the driver was adorable and made adjustments for me to enjoy as much as possible. Other bummer: the resort is close to a pig farm so there is an unpleasant smell and horrible screams for a couple of hours per day.

Wow this place is a hidden gem. Perfect place to relax and enjoy your time while taking care of yourself during your vacation. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful in anything I needed. The instructors were great and supportive during my stay and made it very special. The food was absolutely amazing! So tasty and delicious. Do your self a favor, if your looking for a slow pace, relaxed and high quality place, come here - super recommended! Thank you for making my arrival to Bali so comfortable and exactly as I needed.

Very pleasant stay! The food and breakfast was really good, the room is clean and have everything needed. We loved the pool and the view it oversees. The only downside is the bathroom, the lighting is very weak, even in the morning it’s very dark as sunlight doesn’t reach in. It’s connected to the outdoor but that’s common in Bali. Good location and they have shuttles provided to go in to Ubud centre.
