We booked this place stayed at kawung villa or 2 storage traditional bungalow/wooden house for 1 night. The place is amazing we are located surrounding all the mountains. This resort offering few styles of room, u can book little bungalow enough for max 3 ppl, luxury villa, or big house for groups with private swimming pool. In our bungalow we have bath up with natural hot spring from the mountain. The bath up so big is enough for 3 adults to soak in. They provided us with the amenities, we have a tatami/breakfast nooks, and the bedroom at upstair with balcony overlook the mountain & fish pond. This resort so huge, so beautiful sorrounded with all the mountains and 1 main attraction is the public swimming pool. Every guest who stayed in this hotel will have free access to the pool unlimitedly, but fyi this pool also open for the public with the paying entry ticket. The swimming pool temperature so warm, since the water is natural hot spring from the nearest mountain. Unfortunately they have only 1 olympics size pool and 1 small pool for soaking the feet since the tempature so hot above 40' c. The pool might be crowded during afternoon time, but guest still can access them till 9pm so u can have a quite pool. The view from the pool so romatic & beautiful since we are at the feet of mountains. U can see the sunset from the pool, which so beautiful. Only 1 feedback for the management, please impove the breakfast menu. Since this hotel sorrounded the mountains and the temperature quite cold maybe in restaurant can serve more soup styles. And when we had the breakfast there the food actually not so warm and the taste of the food quite bland & not intresting. But i can recommend this place to everyone to stay here more than a night because so many thing we can explore from this resort. And there is foot spa whre we can seat at the fish pond, while we wait the fish clean out all the dead skins from ours feet & very ticklies.

This hotel is everything that you will be looking for in Bandung. From service, location (if you plan to do activities on North Bandung), view, food, and esthetic OOTD spots. All are marvelous! Recommended and seru banget!

Kesan pertama : Pelayanan cukup baik fasilitas hotel baik Untuk pemandian airpanasnya saya sangat suka banyak area spot yang menarik dan memuaskan,untuk brekfast juga makanan enak enak dan banyak pilihan menu sangat memuaskan, Catatan saja : kenapa ada biaya tambahan pada anak usia 7 tahun pada saat breakfast itu saja sih,Di beberapa Hotel yang lain saya belum pernah mengalaminya, tapi selebihnya memuaskan lah dan pasti berkunjung kembali Terimakasih

The hotel is so nice and new. The bed is so comfortable. The hotel vibe is nice and service was really good. The swimming pool has a waterpark where kids can enjoy. It also has a small kids club. They also provide a free shuttle from hotel to padalarang station where you can grab train ride to Jakarta. Really enjoyed our stay!

Kali kedua kami menginap di sini, pengalaman terakhir keadaan hotel sangat berbeza dengan kali pertama kami menginap. Terutamanya bilik mempunyai banyak yang perlu dibaiki. Beberapa tempat di bilik mandi mempunyai dinding hitam, tuala muka tidak disediakan. Terdapat beberapa bahagian lantai parket yang telah longgar. Meja pun macam ada retak. Untuk pool, agak susah nak contact staff pool, sebab kami mungkin bermalam dari hari Ahad hingga Isnin, jadi tiada staff standby di pool. Tilam pun rasa macam nak tenggelam terutama kat tepi tengah. Plus kita boleh request birthday slice cake secara percuma dan lokasi hotel sangat strategik, senang nak sampai, sebab di tengah-tengah bandar Karawang dan boleh jalan kaki ke mall. Oh ya, akhir sekali, jika peti ais tidak sejuk, laporkan kepada pihak hotel dan segera gantikan dengan peti ais lain, tanpa memeriksa peti sejuk sebelumnya yang tidak sejuk. Kerja-kerja sedang dijalankan di kaunter penyambut tetamu, maka proses daftar masuk diiringi dengan bunyi duk duk duk duk duk. Overall Mercure Karawang standard sahaja, semua staff ramah.

Pelayanan nya baik, Fasilitas bagus bgt, dri kolam renang anak hangat, dewasa ada hangat dan air biasa, kolam jacuzzi, spot foto semua bagus... Kolam renangnya besar.... Makanan bervariasi , rasa lumayanlah... Bersih bgt kamar nya cuma ga wangi aja,, fasilitas kamar lengkap sekalipun yg deluxe non balkon.... Sangat puas liburan di Harmoni

- The water in your hotel room is not portable. Please switch to single-use bottles so that guests staying at your hotels can take the water you provide with them. - I would like to see more variety in the breakfast menu at your hotels. Especially Korean food. - Your room service food menu has too few options. There are not enough options to choose from for in-room dining.

Very good hotel, rooms are spacious, but wardrobe closet is less than adequate. There is bathtube in every room which is a pleasant. The pool is great. Breakfast is ok, but the egg corner is only serving omellete. Location is great, you can find numerous good restaurants within 5 minutes ride
