ここを訪れるのは９年ぶりです。 このホテルの良いところは、部屋も大変広く、とてもプライベート感たっぷりで、とてものんびりとすることが出来、有意義な時間を過ごせました。 今回は、コロナ禍の中ということで、バイキング会場で食事をすることはせず、部屋に持ち帰って食事をしました。部屋でテレビを見ながら食事をすることが出来き、また感染を心配せずに食事とてもこの点は良かったと思います。 お風呂は源泉かけ流し？か分かりませんが、とても良かったと思います。 マイナス点は、部屋のWi-Fiが今一で・・途中で切れたり、また、つながっていても速度が遅く役に立ちません。９年ぶりに訪れましたが、以前のバイキングは品数も多くとても満足しましたが、今回は品数も多くなく、毎日同じものでとても残念でした。 しかしながら、プライベート感たっぷりのホテルライフは最高です。また次回も利用します。

What I liked was that there was a nice seating areas inside for guests waiting for three out-door private baths and you can see which of these are available while waiting inside. It was very kind of them to do it. They have a beautiful Japanese style garden, and drinking free coffee and tea at the garden seating after the long hot spring (onsen) was the heavenly retreat. They even had free yogurt drink and ice cream at the bath area. Of course with water dispenser. We eat meals at the eating areas, but each group has a private room. Staff are also friendly to children. Only shortfall was that one of the outdoor baths in a public one was out of order, and water in a private bath was not hot enough, so felt like we catch a cold.

We stayed in one of the rooms with a private onsen. It was a large room with two beds on the floor and a dining area. There was also a tiny makeup area/table on the side that I truly appreciated. The in-room onsen was large and comfortable. It had a large window that opens which brings in the refreshing cool air. The Skintheque toiletries were luxurious and perfect. The large shower was also a plus for us. Food was unbelievable. I was able to try new tastes and flavours I won't soon forget. The breakfast chicken with tomato and onion was a surprise. Dinner's abalone was also a revelation. My DH is a tall and large man. We truly appreciated the length of the bed, the size of the shower and onsen. The only problem is that the hotel staff is not very well-versed in English, though they do try their best.

Near to Yubatake and also the shopping street - the hotel concierge will give you the shortcut to yubatake once you have check in which makes the route easy. The buffet spread for dinner and breakfast is good. Ramen as supper is added benefit ! They are also sister hotels with Daitokan and Kusatsu Onsen Hotel , and guests can use the onsen in the respectives hotel :) , but need to catch the timing

11月28日に一泊しました。 予約は草津ホテルのHP。 一泊二食付き、本館角部屋を予約しました。 草津温泉バスターミナルからは、お宿の車で送迎していただけます。 草津ホテルは、西の河原公園入口の高台に建築された木造3階建の美しい和風旅館。 趣きのある館内は、とっても良い雰囲気です。 さりげなく置かれたアンティークの調度品、飾られている生花などは控えめで美しさ。 片岡鶴太郎さんの書や絵も展示されていました。 隣接する片岡鶴太郎美術館は、草津ホテルが運営されているようです。 本館3階の角部屋は、コーナー2面が窓に囲まれた見晴らしの良いお部屋でした。昔ながらの木枠の窓が良い感じです。 前日降った雪のおかげで、草津の雪景色を堪能できました。 2020に増築された食事処の「奥庭」は、和テイストを残しながらもモダンで明るい雰囲気。 朝夕のお食事は、盛り付けも美しく、新鮮な食材を使ったお料理は全て美味しくいただけました。 大浴場(露天ふたつ湯）こちらも新しい別棟に有ります。 開放感に溢れ、清潔に保たれています。源泉掛け流しの大きな内風呂と併設されている露天風呂共に、さすが草津！とっても気持ちの良いお湯でした。（西の河原源泉） 草津ホテル、口コミどおりの素晴らしいお宿で大満足！

チェックイン時刻よりも20分前だったが、門前の係の方が笑顔で出迎えてくれて荷物を預かりフロントまで案内、受付の係の方も笑顔で快くすぐに手続きしてくれました。その他の係の方も皆さん笑顔で挨拶してくれる心地良いお宿でした。色々なお風呂が楽しめて、中でも濁り湯の露天からの雪見風呂は最高でした。部屋はコンパクトで古さは否めませんが、笑顔のおもてなしとサービスで満足です。ご飯も板前さんが目の前で作ってくれる揚げたての天麩羅やおっ切り込み汁など美味しく楽しめました。

伊豆の共立リゾートさんを利用してます。横浜からはやはり遠く車では大変ですが、草津の湯を堪能出来、また草津の豊富な湯量に驚きました(噴出量日本一！)。ヒルズさんは内湯、露天風呂、部屋風呂は全て保温以外は掛け流し。長くなりますが、草津では6つの主要源泉(万代鉱、湯畑、白旗、地蔵、煮川、西の河原)が有名ですが、ラビスタ草津さんは、湯量が少なく貴重な湯川の湯を部屋の露天風呂に引いていて、檜の風呂に贅沢に張れます。大浴場の内湯と、露天風呂は湯畑、ほんのり硫黄の匂いがします。内湯にある１人用の檜風呂は万代鉱と、3つの源泉の湯が楽しめます。湯川の湯は冬の外を散策しても湯冷めしにくくビックリしました。大浴場はほぼ24時間入浴可能な事も嬉しいところ。アイスキャンディー、夜鳴きそばのサービスの他にも時間帯別に他のサービスがあります。サービスが充実している反面、朝夕の食事は、ラビスタ富士河口湖が上かな？紅茶や、コーヒーのサービスは、他の共立リゾートさんの宿の良い点を結集した感じで、お部屋でも美味しいお茶を飲みながら寛げます。湯畑までは徒歩だと15分以上かかりますが、時間指定でホテルの送迎車があります。温泉とサービスは申し分ないですが、朝夕の食事内容が、料金に見合ってない(伊豆、河口湖の系列の宿) と思いました。ただ味つけは良かったです。

The staff is very nice and have a good arrangement of the room. The room is clean and spacious. And we can enjoy the onsen with a good view of whole Maehashi city. Can enjoy the manga after onsen. The food of restaurant is also delicious.

ツインの部屋を予約したのですが、宿泊確認メールに喫煙可能という文字があったため、 部屋の変更を依頼して和室に変更しました。禁煙希望の方はツインは全室喫煙可能ですので避ける事をお勧めします。実際喫煙可能のお部屋はとてもタバコ匂いがきつかったですよ、でもフロントの対応がとても良くて安心しました。 設備は古いですが問題点はありませんでした。 トイレを流す音がうるさいぐらいかな？、かなり快適です。 お風呂は万代の湯で、湯畑の湯より優しい感じですが、草津の湯は体が火照り寝苦しくなるほどのパワーがありますねー、流石です！　内湯、露天風呂どちらもかなり大きくて快適 食事が最高です！一万円でこのコスパは素晴らしい！！　しかもサービスと思われますが 基本プランなのにカニが付いてました！カニは大変だからあえて避けたのですがやはり美味しい！、感謝です！、群馬県産の食材中心で、豚肉も200gもあるので硬いかな？と期待して無かったのですが、全然柔らかくとても良いお肉で大満足！　朝食も群馬産オンパレードで、特に納豆が素晴らしく美味しくて、9個で3700円とお値段張りますがお土産で買いました。でもこんなサービスを受けてこのお値段を考えると全然okですよ、また湯畑の大東館までの送迎もあり、湯畑の湯にも入れる、しかも、漫画も揃ってる、本当に素晴らしい宿です。絶対お勧めです！！ また、長期滞在したいですね

L'esperienza più bella del nostro secondo viaggio in Giappone. Posto incantevole, curato e pulitissimo. Non pensavamo di trovare una struttura in così buone condizioni. Personale gentile, non parlano benissimo inglese. Ci sono venuti a prendere alla stazione e poi ci hanno riaccompagnato per la partenza. Esperienza cena e colazione superlative, in una stanzetta privata tutta per noi. Ci sarebbe piaciuto ricevere qualche indicazione in più su come mangiare le cose, in quale ordine e con quale abbinamento di sapori perché era davvero complicato destreggiarsi tra tutte le portate che avevamo davanti, abbiamo sperimentato e forse il bello è stato anche un po' questo. Poi, indossare una bellissima yukata, scegliendone i colori e gli accostamenti è stato parte integrante dell'esperienza e mi ha permesso di goderne a pieno. Poi ho chiesto aiuto ad una signora del personale per aiutarmi ad indossarlo, viste le difficoltà, e tutto ha acquistato un sapore originale ed autentico, fuori da ogni previsione. Onsen Boun non è un posto per turisti, se venite qui vi sentirete inseriti in una serie di dinamiche a volte difficili da capire al volo. I pasti e la vestizione della yukata (che avrei dovuto fare da sola) sono due esempi, ma c'è anche l'Onsen da considerare, che per una persona occidentale rappresenta l'impatto più forte in accordo alla nostra cultura e al tabù del nudo che, ahimè, abbiamo affrontato e superato con immensa soddisfazione. E' stato bellissimo, nulla da aggiungere, un soggiorno che si è preso cura delle nostre anime e dei nostri corpi. Con piacere ricordiamo la signora che ci ha accompagnati in camera e ci ha preparato i futon per dormire, gentile e premurosa. Grazie a tutti, rimarrete per sempre nel nostro cuore. katia e Giuseppe

很喜歡這酒店！冬天必住！有雪山景，對住雪山浸琉璜量最重的溫泉，溫泉仲有男女混溶池（女人要在櫃面租借100Yen長毛巾才能進去混溶池浸）。房間也很大，我們住南館面望雪山景，如果本館望滑雪場景，有兩張大床外，還有洗手盤在浴室外我也很喜歡！不過我們最喜歡係房間內有一部加濕機，在冬天時有得令房間冇咁乾！ 位置雖然不方便，但對於自駕就很方便，不用另外加錢泊車，但餐廳方面就令住客一定要幫襯酒店餐廳，聽講食物份量很少，所以我們買了自己野食，在房間望住雪景很治癒。 住了一晚，玩了隔離滑雪場，浸了兩次溫泉，很完滿，當日很不捨離開。會再次入住，大推！

ツインの部屋を予約したのですが、宿泊確認メールに喫煙可能という文字があったため、 部屋の変更を依頼して和室に変更しました。禁煙希望の方はツインは全室喫煙可能ですので避ける事をお勧めします。実際喫煙可能のお部屋はとてもタバコ匂いがきつかったですよ、でもフロントの対応がとても良くて安心しました。 設備は古いですが問題点はありませんでした。 トイレを流す音がうるさいぐらいかな？、かなり快適です。 お風呂は万代の湯で、湯畑の湯より優しい感じですが、草津の湯は体が火照り寝苦しくなるほどのパワーがありますねー、流石です！　内湯、露天風呂どちらもかなり大きくて快適 食事が最高です！一万円でこのコスパは素晴らしい！！　しかもサービスと思われますが 基本プランなのにカニが付いてました！カニは大変だからあえて避けたのですがやはり美味しい！、感謝です！、群馬県産の食材中心で、豚肉も200gもあるので硬いかな？と期待して無かったのですが、全然柔らかくとても良いお肉で大満足！　朝食も群馬産オンパレードで、特に納豆が素晴らしく美味しくて、9個で3700円とお値段張りますがお土産で買いました。でもこんなサービスを受けてこのお値段を考えると全然okですよ、また湯畑の大東館までの送迎もあり、湯畑の湯にも入れる、しかも、漫画も揃ってる、本当に素晴らしい宿です。絶対お勧めです！！ また、長期滞在したいですね

L'esperienza più bella del nostro secondo viaggio in Giappone. Posto incantevole, curato e pulitissimo. Non pensavamo di trovare una struttura in così buone condizioni. Personale gentile, non parlano benissimo inglese. Ci sono venuti a prendere alla stazione e poi ci hanno riaccompagnato per la partenza. Esperienza cena e colazione superlative, in una stanzetta privata tutta per noi. Ci sarebbe piaciuto ricevere qualche indicazione in più su come mangiare le cose, in quale ordine e con quale abbinamento di sapori perché era davvero complicato destreggiarsi tra tutte le portate che avevamo davanti, abbiamo sperimentato e forse il bello è stato anche un po' questo. Poi, indossare una bellissima yukata, scegliendone i colori e gli accostamenti è stato parte integrante dell'esperienza e mi ha permesso di goderne a pieno. Poi ho chiesto aiuto ad una signora del personale per aiutarmi ad indossarlo, viste le difficoltà, e tutto ha acquistato un sapore originale ed autentico, fuori da ogni previsione. Onsen Boun non è un posto per turisti, se venite qui vi sentirete inseriti in una serie di dinamiche a volte difficili da capire al volo. I pasti e la vestizione della yukata (che avrei dovuto fare da sola) sono due esempi, ma c'è anche l'Onsen da considerare, che per una persona occidentale rappresenta l'impatto più forte in accordo alla nostra cultura e al tabù del nudo che, ahimè, abbiamo affrontato e superato con immensa soddisfazione. E' stato bellissimo, nulla da aggiungere, un soggiorno che si è preso cura delle nostre anime e dei nostri corpi. Con piacere ricordiamo la signora che ci ha accompagnati in camera e ci ha preparato i futon per dormire, gentile e premurosa. Grazie a tutti, rimarrete per sempre nel nostro cuore. katia e Giuseppe

Ia adalah penginapan yang sangat bagus. Makanannya lazat dan kakitangannya hebat. Bilik itu bersih dan kami menerima minuman alu-aluan. saya nak pergi lagi.

Perhaps the biggest flaw: they don’t have non-smoking rooms. Aged hotel, great location, abismal architecture, ugliest building around the Yubatake, nice service, parking out of the town centre, but with a shuttle taking you back and forth any time of the day. The hotel onsen is ok, but not big enough to deal with peak times. Breakfast is fabulous. A true banquet. And service is so good that they’ll even bring you a nama tamago if you ask them. If you don’t want to pay for a traditional-looking bath house building, you’ll find nothing more convenient than this hotel. And if you have a problem with any ashtray smell of your rooms, they will desodorise it in a process that takes 1 hour. Perhaps not a bad idea to ask them to do this before your expected arrival time.

ここを訪れるのは９年ぶりです。 このホテルの良いところは、部屋も大変広く、とてもプライベート感たっぷりで、とてものんびりとすることが出来、有意義な時間を過ごせました。 今回は、コロナ禍の中ということで、バイキング会場で食事をすることはせず、部屋に持ち帰って食事をしました。部屋でテレビを見ながら食事をすることが出来き、また感染を心配せずに食事とてもこの点は良かったと思います。 お風呂は源泉かけ流し？か分かりませんが、とても良かったと思います。 マイナス点は、部屋のWi-Fiが今一で・・途中で切れたり、また、つながっていても速度が遅く役に立ちません。９年ぶりに訪れましたが、以前のバイキングは品数も多くとても満足しましたが、今回は品数も多くなく、毎日同じものでとても残念でした。 しかしながら、プライベート感たっぷりのホテルライフは最高です。また次回も利用します。

很喜歡這酒店！冬天必住！有雪山景，對住雪山浸琉璜量最重的溫泉，溫泉仲有男女混溶池（女人要在櫃面租借100Yen長毛巾才能進去混溶池浸）。房間也很大，我們住南館面望雪山景，如果本館望滑雪場景，有兩張大床外，還有洗手盤在浴室外我也很喜歡！不過我們最喜歡係房間內有一部加濕機，在冬天時有得令房間冇咁乾！ 位置雖然不方便，但對於自駕就很方便，不用另外加錢泊車，但餐廳方面就令住客一定要幫襯酒店餐廳，聽講食物份量很少，所以我們買了自己野食，在房間望住雪景很治癒。 住了一晚，玩了隔離滑雪場，浸了兩次溫泉，很完滿，當日很不捨離開。會再次入住，大推！

万座温泉を訪れるのは十数年ぶりとあって以前から行きたいと思っていた宿ですから楽しみにしておりましたが、私にとっては非常に残念な結果となってしまいました。 残念な部分は数点ありますが、あまりに細かいことを書くのは野暮だと思いますし私だけが感じることかもしれませんので書きませんが、これはいくら何でも、、、と思うところだけ二点挙げます。 【①部屋に『新約聖書』が置いてあったこと】 聞けば経営者のかたはクリスチャンだそうで、人の信仰に関してあれこれ言いませんが、事務室等ならばともかく関係ない客室に置くのはどうなんでしょう。欧米であればホテルの部屋に聖書が置いてあるのは普通らしいですが、やはり気分が悪いので持っていってもらいました。 【②部屋の照明があまりに低いところに吊り下げてあるので、頭をぶつけてしまうこと】 私は高身長ではありません、それでも気をつけていても何度もぶつけてしまうので、おそらくは今まで他のお客さんもぶつけていたことでしょう、これをフロントのかたに言っても「だから何だ」という顔をするだけ。何も謝れとは言ってません。照明への電源ケーブルを短くすればいいだけです。これは難しいことでは無いと思いますので、早速対処しますという対応が正解だと思うのですが。 まあ私がケチんぼで安い部屋を選択したのが悪いとも言えますが。懐事情に余裕のあるかたは料金の高い部屋を選ぶと良いでしょう。 食事は評価がハッキリと別れるところですが、味そのものは美味しかったです。でも確かに品数がイマイチ少ないかな？ 風呂は最高でした！ 温泉の湯守のかたが早朝から湯加減を点検されていて、温泉自慢の宿として流石だなと思いました。 大浴場の脱衣場には暖房が置いてあり、夏でも寒い時間がある場所ですからありがたいですね。 チェックアウトした後でも温泉に入って構わないとのことでしたので、大浴場とマイカーの間を何度も往復しながら万座の名湯を堪能しました。 アメニティも充実していましたし、冷蔵庫の中にグラスを入れ冷やしておいてくれるなど細やかな配慮も嬉しいところではありますが、すみませんが私は再訪は無いです。万座温泉へは草津温泉の定宿に泊まり、日帰りでいろんな施設に立ち寄らせていただくことにします。 お世話になりありがとうございました。

何も調べず泊まった万座高原ホテル。 プリンスホテル系とは知らなかった。 今回の部屋はしゃくなげ館。 広さは20.９㎡だがベッドが4台入ったファミリールームなので ひとりでは使い勝手はかなり悪い。 リニューアルしているのできれいだが インテリアも安っぽく、まるで合宿所のよう。 空の冷蔵庫や電気ポット、お茶セット、金庫、 クローゼット内には折りたたみ式の机もあり。 無料でwifiも使用可能。 このホテルは冷房設備がないので 暑がりのボクはちょっと心配だったが 9月の標高1800メートル。 窓を開ければ平気だった。 シャワールームもあるが温泉へ行くので使わなかった。 アメニティは、歯ブラシセットや髭剃り、 シャンプー＆コンディショナーなど。 ここに泊まるメリットは温泉。 四つの源泉の石庭露天風呂は、 24時間入ることもでき、泉質も素晴らしい。 人生初の混浴！女性は、湯浴み着だが 男はタオルだけなのでポロっとしがち(' ')ゞ 女性も多いのでちょっとドキドキ。 でも早朝や深夜は温泉独り占めもできた。 万座プリンスの温泉も使え、 無料のシャトルバスもあり、行ってみたが 万座高原ホテルのほう温泉のほうがいい！ あえて行かなくてもいいかも。 一番残念なのは食事。 どの口コミを読んでもいいことが書いていないので 期待していなかったが食べらることはできた。 和洋中の料理でお刺身や天ぷら、 ローストビーフなんかもあり。 見た目は給食っぽいが一応食べられる。 アルコール呑み放題を付けたので アテ代わりと考えればOK。 エビのマリネと厚切りベーコンがビールに合った。 朝食もホームページにはオムレツも載っているがなし。 こちらもプリンス系といってもパンも2種でイマイチ。 2食付きでも料金は安いが 食事だけの料金を考えると高すぎ。 それでも温泉は最高！ 客室と食事をもっと高級化したらいいと感じた。

The hotel is v nice! The room is clean and spacious! The view of the hot spring is v good too. ”本白根溫泉” is nice!

I could see this hotel directly from the Manza Prince Hotel. The Juraku is just beside the volcano vent. With steam actively blowing out, my thoughts “are you kidding me??” This hotel could slide down the volcano perhaps. It appeared very very volatile. Can we do this? Turns out this was the most popular hotel among the locals. Just after ski season was over; yet before Golden week; surprise! Full house. The food was excellent, onsen wonderful, room lovely. At dinner, we can see, we were the only foreigners there. Everyone was friendly. Food and drink was free flow. All guests were happy as can be. If not enough, the lovely lobby lounge had more free-flow drinks, beer and snacks. Sandwiches also at 7pm if interested. Perhaps a little confusing is the word “all-inclusive”. To clarify, no lunch included. All in all, of the five hotels we have experienced on this trip, this hotel at the edge of the volcano crater/vent was the best. Never mind the danger, never mind the sulfur smell; tomorrow will be another day!
