Hotel Kolam air panas di Wilayah Osaka, Jepun

The hotel location is very close to USJ, USJ train station and to the USJ shopping center(5 min walk or less). Very easy to find places to eat and shop. The hotel staff is hit or miss, with some going out their way to help and others who avoid helping. They do not allow pre-check in, so all guests must wait until the 3p to check-in, creating a huge line from 3p-4p. They do not bring your bags to your room either. The room itself was big but the bath had hair under the soaps prior tonus using the bathroom, meaning the cleaning was not done properly. The toilet did not flush properly The trundle bed underneath was stained in multiple spots. The AC doesn't work properly it's hot in the room during the day, even with AC on full blast. and the AC caused my entire family to have allergies. The pillows are uncomfortable and have seeds/beans in them instead of foam or feathers. The onsen and spa facilities were nice but could get crowded after USJ closing. hotel does not deserve the 4 star rating and should be 3 stars if that. I would recommend staying at another hotel near by with better ratings and facilities.

We stayed a total of 7 nights. Room size is decent for Japan. Staff is friendly and helpful. They can also converse in English, Mandarin, Korean. Breakfast menu repeats itself everyday so don't expect much variety. It is thoughtful of the hotel to provide all the free food/drinks and free events, can see everyone enjoying them 👏🏼 Be expected to face large crowd as the hotel takes in tour groups and really many Koreans!!! Just a feedback that housekeeping can be improved as not sure if our room floor is vacuumed or mopped cos we stayed 7 nights there. Also stains on the toilet mirror were not wiped away and I had to do it. 😔 Suggestions to watch out and improve. Lovely view of city and 通天阁 and we get to see sunrise from our 17th floor hotel room too! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we may go back if we travel to Osaka again 😀👍🏻

Clean and new hotel. Able to survive an earthquake!!! Room was very spacious and toilet was comfortable as had a separate area for shower, sink and wc. Nice view as we were on the 50th floor. Could see all the way to Osaka Aquarium. Staff were friendly. Hotel is well connected (sheltered) to JR and Chou lines which are linked well to all parts of the city. Many convenience stores and bakeries nearby.

Stayed there to enjoy Osaka downtown and famous spots nearby. Convenient transportation and many spots, shops and restaurants nearby. Hot spring was great and friendly staffs’ support to enjoy Osaka

Everything was fantastic but I was asked to pay for an extended checkout time on the day I left even though I'd arranged it and paid for it already the day before. Please ensure situations like this are recorded on your systems in the future so that any embarrassment can be avoided. Thanks, it's a lovely hotel!

We chose this hotel for our late-night arrival at Osaka Kansai Airport, and it did not disappoint. Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by two adorable dinosaur robots, which added a fun touch to our experience. The self-check-in process was efficient and smooth. Our room offered a stunning sea view, making our stay even more enjoyable. The onsen was fantastic, although I do wish it had longer operating hours, as it closed at midnight. The buffet breakfast was delightful, complemented by the beautiful ocean view. Overall, we had a wonderful stay even though the hotel is not near any train station! Amazing onsen with severa baths . Room is very comfortable and spacious for Japanese standards . Check in staff were super friendly and attentive. Location is about 7 minutes to the nearest metro station and there is a 7-eleven just in front of the hotel. Excellent stay and quite near the Osaka castle. It is only two stops from Namba metro station and the neighborhood is very pleasant .

I stayed at the Dormy Inn in Osaka for just one night, and for only $52, it was an absolute gem! This budget-friendly hotel exceeded all expectations, offering so many thoughtful amenities that it felt like a luxury stay. The highlights included free ramen and ice cream at night—a unique and delightful touch—and the provision of pajamas and slippers for added comfort. The free washer and inexpensive dryer (just 100 yen for 20 minutes) were incredibly convenient, especially for travelers packing light. The public hot bath was another standout feature, providing a relaxing way to unwind after a long day of exploring. The room itself was fantastic. The bed was super comfortable, and the blackout blinds ensured a perfect night’s sleep. I also loved that the bed was accessible from three sides—a rare design in Japan that made the room feel surprisingly spacious. One particularly convenient feature was the self-check-in kiosk, which made the check-in and check-out process quick and easy, especially for international visitors who may not speak Japanese. Additionally, the 11 a.m. checkout time is relatively late for Japan, giving guests a more relaxed start to their day. Location-wise, the hotel is about a 6-minute walk to the subway and a 20-30 minute stroll to Osaka Castle. While there aren’t many activities immediately nearby, the hotel’s convenience and outstanding amenities more than compensate for this. For a budget-friendly option, Dormy Inn checks all the boxes and then some. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka. Truly a perfect stay!

Great hotel if you looking for some classic ryokan style. Location is great, short walking distance from dotonbori albeit a little far from nearest train station. But the water provided in the room was lacking. Unlike other hotel that we visit in japan, we could only ask for additional water as many as the number of person staying in the room which was problem for as traveling with toddler.

This hotel is a bit more expensive than some other options in the area, but there's spacious room and well-maintained facilities especially the rooftop hot spring. The view is impressive. Soaking in the hot spring while overlooking the cityscape was an unforgettable experience, especially after a day of exploring.

設備は古くて、お風呂も夜中に1人で入るのは少し躊躇しました 朝食はとても美味しく、従業員の方々の対応もとても良かったので、気持ち良く食事ができました

在大阪找到了一家温泉酒店♨️位於泉佐野犬鳴山的地道温泉，在山上非常幽靜，遠離城市喧囂。離大阪關西機場不遠，30分鐘左右路程，打車或搭乘巴士到地鐵站。房間類型多，一泊二食。可以邊泡温泉邊欣賞山林風景，温泉被瀑布包圍，簡直太美了，收穫了一次非常棒的入住體驗。

Hotel manager and rest of personnel were extremely kind and made big efforts to please my requests like serving Continental breakfast and booking taxis. Food was really good, fresh and a lot of thought was put into serving different plates in each dinner with loads of seafood and fish. I would certainly return to this hotel.

The hotel location is 2 min from train station. It is 20min by train to Kansai airport. Very convenient to catch morning flight. Rooms are clean and reasonable size. The gym, 24hr Hot spring bath, sauna is great. The staff recommended a good Okonomiyaki restaurant just next to the hotel. We enjoy our stay and will consider to come back again.
