Hotel Kolam air panas di Wilayah Tochigi, Jepun

Currently staying here for 2 nights and this is night 1. Location is nice and scenic.The room and view is pretty HOWEVER our room smells and smells bad. Not sure if they gave us a smoking room (which I did not request) or the room just smells. Asked a staff person and either they didn't understand me or it really is a smoking room. Staff tries with english but ive not had much luck. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash is little packets in the lobby which i had to search and find. I went down to the desk to ask about shampoo and the older gentleman ducked into the room behind the desk and didnt come back out because he spoke no english. Also, wifi is pretty much nonexistent in room 1503. The buffet option is kind of eh, not really as many options as the pics make it look like and it's not very warm but it was edible i guess but over priced. I wouldn't stay here again if I'm in the area and would suggest trying a different hotel in the area. Then starting at 8am either they are renovating a room near us or there's no sound proofing between rooms judging by the banging noises. It would be a nice romantic place to spend a night maybe? If there are unsmelly rooms. Almost every other person staying here we've seen has been elderly (60-70+) and that should kinda tell you the type of person this caters to. I've stayed in worse.

This is my third trip/adventure to Japan. I would say as a solo traveler this has to be one of the very best places I have ever stayed in when travelling around Japan. I came to Nikko np to explore the vast array of hiking trails, all of which I did, had breathtaking views and a poetic, truly majestic Japanese feel to them. I rented a car from Nasushiobara (Shinkansen) and drove across to Kinugawa. On arrival I was greeted by a host of the hotel staff, welcoming me and helping me with parking and my bags. I checked in with ease and with some broken English and Japanese on my part was led to a beautiful traditional Japanese style room overlooking the river. The service throughout was world class and made me feel both very comfortable, at home, but also special. I stayed 3 nights with half board (breakfast and dinner), both truly amazing and served with grace and politeness. On the first evening’s dinner one of the serving staff took the time to speak with me and allowed me to share some of my recent experiences/photos etc whilst preparing dinner - this was most welcome, especially as I had been travelling alone for over a week. The location of the onsen hotel is about 60 mins drive to some of the most sought after walks in the np. Very easy to access by car and excellent roads. The accommodation itself is a mix between very traditional Japanese resort and original/boutique Ryokan. The private and public onsen’s are fantastic and a well deserved rest-bite after a long days hiking! Having been to some of the most popular ryokan’s in Japan; Iwaso, Claska etc, this came as a very nice surprise and at an affordable rate without any compromise. If in the area, I would highly recommend staying…

Arrived at Hotel and parked the rental car in the car park for free. Staff were very efficient and check in was very quick. Japan is still very Covid conscious and masks are worn everywhere. We were advised that there were were facilities for making Tea/ coffee in the room and that we should take any provisions required (for free) from the table arranged in the lobby i.e. tea / coffee / toothbrushes..etc. Room was lovely and spacious with a comfortable bed and lovely en-suite- lovely deep bath (shower fixings would be low for taller individuals). They had an evening bar and Onsen (natural hot water spring separate for males and females). They had a restaurant that provided an extensive buffet menu for breakfast - very tasty, and they had a select menu for the evenings and what we tried was very tasty also. The staff in the Hotel and restaurant were most friendly and encouraged me when I attempted some Japanese words. A very lovely start to our holiday in Japan - Thank you for your hospitality, we would happily stay here again

1泊2日の素泊まりで利用させて頂きました。 鬼怒川という栃木県でも有名な宿泊地でも、大人2人で9200円という驚きの低価格。 今回は素泊まりと言うこともあり、食事は付かなかったのですがホテル大滝さんでは食事の提供をしておらず、別館に移動して食事はいただけるようです。 周辺には買い物が出来る場所も、食事をするお店もないので素泊まりで宿泊される場合は、事前に食料・飲料を購入してからチェックインするのをオススメします。 フロントにてスナック菓子・カップ麺・自動販売機等は有りますが割高です。 お風呂は1度外を出て別館の大浴場へ移動する必要がありますが、湯加減・質感共に良くのんびり温泉を楽しむことが出来ます。 また、客室は風呂・トイレ別となっていて清潔感もあり綺麗なので大浴場で入浴が出来ない方もオススメです。 さて、肝心の客室ですが2人では広すぎる10畳のお部屋でした。 残念ながら川沿いに面している訳ではないので眺めはあまり良くありませんが…鬼怒川を囲む山々を眺めながら広縁でのんびりする事も出来ます。 冷暖房は古い床に設置型の物でしたが、効きは文句なく扇風機も置いてあるので部屋全体の温度を整えることが出来ます。 ただ1つ気に入らなかった点は、ロビー・フロアのトイレにはウォレットだったのですが、客室のトイレにウォシュレットが付いて居なかった事くらいです。 どうしてもウォレットが良いという方は各フロアにある共同トイレを使用しましょう。 さて、肝心のお部屋ですが

Location:- The hotel is walking distance from train station and although bus is irregular, it is manageable. There is a small (super friendly) convenient store & restaurants near the hotel. Hotel Food - expensive but top Japanese quality Hotel Service - Superb.. ***** definitely 5 stars. I misplaced my phone and despite its late (almost 10pm), they helped me to search, even outside of the hotel., and in the end found it blocked by (under) my open suite case (i was packing to check out next day).. very embarrassing for me 😅😅.. so I really grateful for their patience and going out all the way to help me 🙏🙏

premiumにリニューアルされたということで体験しに行って来ました。元々、大江戸温泉物語の中でもアルコール含むフリードリンクのラウンジがあり露天風呂の雰囲気が良くお値段手頃な宿だと思っておりました。 リニューアルはラウンジ、レストラン、大浴場がpremiumな感じになっておりました。 客室は主に上位クラスの客室のリニューアルだったのかな？スタンダードの利用なので大きく変わった部分はわかりませんでした。洋室のカーペットが新しいかもしれません。 ラウンジのおつまみがなくなり飲み物とアイスキャンディのみになり、夕食は今までの感じに卓上でセルフの海鮮蒸しやちょっと贅沢なデザート🟰ハーゲンダッツ、蒸しプリン、ホットアップルパイなどがあり、大浴場は色々と使い勝手が良くなっていました。 私でも気付いたpremiumチェンジはこんな感じです。お値段もpremiumになってしまいました。

Das Hotel ist ein luxuriöses Ryokan in Nikko in Gehdistanz von all den Tempel. Busstation ist direkt beim Hotel, zudem bietet das Hotel einen Shuttle zum Bahnhof (JR und Tobu). Die Zimmer sind im typisch japanischen Stil eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Das Person war an Freundlichkeit nicht zu übertreffen, sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Das Onsen im Hotel war genial und auch der Leih-Kimono (genannt Yukata) gab dem ganzen einen typisch japanischen Stil. Das Essen ist typisch japanisch inklusive Frühstück und vielleicht nicht jedermanns Sache. Wer nicht rohen Fisch zum Frühstück will, sollte vielleicht ohne Mahlzeiten buchen hier.

大人7名で伺いました。 お天気は生憎でしたが、とても思い出に残る素晴らしい旅ができました。 送迎バスで11時前にホテル到着。 ご担当された方のお名前を失念してしまいましたが、ショートカットの素敵なスタッフの方、機敏なご対応ありがとうございました。 硫黄泉の温泉 お肌がスベスベになり湯温も丁度良く、 (この日は気温が12℃ぐらいの日でした) 洗い場は独立してパーティションで区切られ 水圧も良かったです。 朝夕食もお料理、サービス、雰囲気 全て大満足でした。 夕食は本日のフルコースでしたが どのお料理も地元の食材をふんだんに使用されていて、量も丁度よく 高齢の両親もしっかりと全て頂きました。 朝食もオムレツも勿論ですが 全てのお料理が美味しく 丁寧なサービスと 至れり尽せりでした。 中禅寺湖に面しているので きっとお天気の良い日は 更に美しい景色が見れると思います。 また、2階の宿泊者専用ラウンジも とっても素敵な空間です。 普段はほとんど口コミをしないのですが 楽しみにしていた家族旅行 様々なスタッフの方に おもてなしをされ、家族全員感激したので 口コミをせずにはいられませんでした。 また皆で訪れたいと心から思った 素敵なホテルでした。 ありがとうございました。

リニューアルする前にサファリルームに2回泊まって、子供も大人も大満足だったので、今回もサファリルームで泊まりました。口コミでリニューアルしたら残念と書いてる人が多く不安でした…が、その不安は的中です。 良かった点は申し訳ないですが、少ししかないです。 ロビーラウンジには無料でお菓子やジュース、ワイン等あって美味しくいただきました。 サファリルームは変わってなくて、子供大喜びでした！！ エレベーターホールにも絵本や動物のぬいぐるみがあって喜んでくれました。 悪かった点 ロビーにあった子供の遊ぶスペースはほんとに小さい子向け…（うちの子は小学生1年生なので、ギリギリ楽しんでました）そもそも未就学児までと書いてあるので遊んではいけないのかもしれませんが、なんだかなぁって感じでした。 ロビーラウンジに生ビールがあるので飲みたかったけど…ビールの樽？交換にかなり苦戦してました…何回もやってるんだろうからスムーズに出来るようにしましょうよ。気長に待ってやっと生ビールが飲めました。 ホテル内の照明が全体的に暗く（よく言えばいい感じの雰囲気）、宙を舞う埃がすごった。 英語表記がメインでその後に日本語。 外国の方向けにしたんでしょうね。 1番改善して欲しいのは、夕食のバイキング。子供向けの料理は、コーンスープ、ナポリタン、ポテトだったかな？忘れましたけど、それだけ…。離乳食は何種類かありました。 大人の料理は、多国籍料理なのか味が合いませんでした。（おしゃれな料理でした）お子さんの年齢によっては、お子さんが食べられるようなものはほぼ無いかもしれません。唐揚げも辛いのでとてもじゃないけど子供は無理です。うちの子はナッツ類のアレルギーがあるのですが、食べるものがなくて仕方なくバターチキンカレーをあげました。 これなら甘いから大丈夫かなって。 これは親が悪いと言われるかもしれませんが、バターチキンカレーにカシューナッツが使われていたようで、アナフィラキシーになりました。 子供が食事中に嘔吐しそうな咳をしていたので大慌てで部屋に戻り、フロントに電話してバターチキンカレーにナッツ類が入ってるか問い合わせたら、調べますと折り返しの電話になり、やっとかかってきた折り返しで…アレルギー表示は7品目しかしてないので分かりませんと言われました…。命かかってるんだよ？こちらが少し怒り気味で、パッケージとか見てと伝えるとまた折り返しますと。次はレストランの人から電話きて、ようやくカシューナッツが入ってることが判明。 7品目しか表示義務はないですし、親の判断で食べさせてしまったので何も言わずにチェックアウトして帰ってきましたけど、子供ウェルカムを掲げているのであれば、子供向けの食事を増やしてください。せめてカレーや子供向けの辛くない唐揚げぐらいは用意してほしい。ちなみに、子供向けのカレーは朝食で出てきてました。アレルギーの21品目は表示しないとしても、すぐに答えられるようにするべきです。多国籍料理っぽくするなら、何が入ってるかわからないから21品目も表示した方がホテル側の安全確保になるのではないでしょうか。 今回は何事もなく帰ってこれましたけど、へたしたら子供が死んでたかもと思うとゾッとしてもう二度と行きたくないです。他のお子さんが同じ目に合わないことを祈ります。

Really nice room with an epic view of the lake and enough space for everything. Meals are wonderful and abundant and a seasonal selection each day Perfect place to stay if you are planning to explore okunikko area or to cycle around the lake, there are also restaurants nearby for lunch. The public bath is very pleasant with an outdoor spring to soak in while enjoying an open sky. Found out there was a shuttle bus back to tobu-nikko station setting off at 11am from the hotel after speaking to a kind staff member, Diane. Do make reservations for the shuttle beforehand at the reception if you plan to take this as well. Rental bikes available at the Nikko natural history museum which is a 10min walk from the hotel

如果你想有一個清静的地方享受環境及温泉， 就是這裡。 房間優雅，用膳的地方亦都是一個個私人房間。 服務員有來自不同亞州國家的青少年， 他們都很熱心服務。 多謝女主管在我生日用晚膳時登意到來祝賀。 If you want a quiet place to enjoy the scenary, onsen and food, this is the place. The rooms are elegant and you have your own room for meal. There are many young employees (trainees) from different asian countries, so it may be a bit easier to communicate in English. They are all devoted to their work. Thank you for the supervisor to come to the dinning room and wish me to have a happy birthday.

Terdapat banyak keluarga dengan anak-anak. Seorang kanak-kanak adalah +3300 yen setiap malam. Pelbagai barangan untuk kanak-kanak boleh didapati di kaunter penerimaan tetamu. Restoran Jepun di tingkat dua sedap. Terdapat pelbagai makanan yang ditetapkan. Secara keseluruhan, hotel ini bagus.

We really like the room, it's clean and spacious. We love the traditional Japanese style room with raised tatami, futon and they even provided a yukata that you can wear as a robe. The room also has a table and seating which is perfect to enjoy green tea and relax while enjoying the green scenery outside. We are so delighted with the room and the ambience! They also have open-air baths that you can reserve for yourself. We enjoyed the open-air bath under the moon!

ワンコ連れの旅行。今年、5件目になり、初めての和室タイプ。ワンコも初体験ながら、和室でもクンクンしながら、くつろげた？ようです。毎回、ワンコもレストランで一緒に食事が出來るホテルに限定していましたが、今回は、お部屋でお留守番。様子見のため、家族で時間差を設けテーブルに着きましたが、スタッフの方々の細やかなご配慮でお料理（秋の創作和食）の提供をして下さいました。肉から魚へのメニュー変更にも快く対応していただきました。（あるホテル〈軽井沢御影用水の某ホテル〉では、同内容の変更に2千円の手数料を要求されたことがありました。ちなみに、他のホテルで手数料の請求はありませんでしたが） ペット用品は、シート、コロコロ、専用ゴミ箱等の備えだけでした。足洗い用のバケツセットが部屋の入口にありましたが、タオルの備えはありませんでした。もう少し、充実させて欲しいです。和室でしたが、窓が大きく外の森林が借景のようで、ライトアップ時には、幻想的で癒されました。食事処は、落ち着きのあるゆったりとしたレイアウトで、窓から那須の森林が見渡せます。きれいに整備されたドッグランが雨上がりで使えず、心残りで、次回を楽しみに・・・到着時の駐車場から、エントランスまでの出迎え、チェックイン時の対応、お部屋への案内、快く感じました。出発時もエントランスまで見送って下さり、特にソフト面で満足のホテルでした。ハード面でも快適に感じました。 次回のワンコ連れ旅行の候補ホテルになりました。

　93歳の母と一緒に那須の温泉に行こうということになり、候補の数軒の中で、以前宿泊したことがあり、母にも馴染みがあるということで、山楽にしました。 　部屋は、前回同様4階の那須高原が見渡せる眺めのよい部屋でした。露天風呂は今まで宿泊した温泉の中で一番広く、木々に囲まれている上、ちょうど他の客がいなかったので、ゆったりと寛ぐことができました。 　食事は、お椀、お造り、揚げ物、栃木牛、トウモロコシ御飯などおいしかったです。高齢の母も揚げ物、栃木牛は少し残しましたが、あとはしっかり食べていました。 　対応してくれたスタッフの方々は、皆感じがよかったです。特に、夕食を担当してくれた若い女性スタッフは一生懸命対応してくれたので、楽しく食事ができました。 　車椅子を利用した場合、所々に数段の階段があるのは困りますし、設備などの古さを感じる点はありますが、部屋からの眺望と露天風呂とお料理を楽しみにまた宿泊したいと思います。

GW前半で家族で素泊まり3泊しました。 那須の人気観光地へのアクセスも良く、どこも20分程度でした。 建物自体は少し古く昭和を感じさせますが、従業員の方はとても親切だし、掃除もきれいに行き届いており、大浴場と露天風呂共に良かったです。

・お部屋 和洋室に宿泊しました。喫煙部屋ですが、事前に消臭をお願いしましたので、タバコ臭はあまりありませんでした。しかし、敏感な人には、ちょっと気になるかもしれません。 和洋室の場所は、ロビーから右手に歩いてすぐの１階です。従って、窓から見えるのは駐車場。逆に駐車場からは丸見えになるので、窓の内側の障子は閉めっぱなし状態。那珂川を眺めたいのであれば、和洋室は不向きです。 部屋の中は、ベッドのある部屋と畳部屋には段差がありますので、気を付けましょう。広さは十分すぎる程の広さです。備え付けの冷蔵庫の中は空。 やはり建屋全体が古いので、部屋もそれなりにくたびれてはいます。が、汚いということはなく、またレトロ的な雰囲気も悪くないです。 ・お風呂 展望風呂（５～６人ほどが入れる大きさ）からは、那珂川とその周辺がよく見えて爽快です。朝は６時から、夜は11時まで。内風呂はそう大きくはありませんが（７～８人ほどが入れる大きさ）、どちらもツルツルの泉質で、不思議な感じです。内風呂は、外の景色を眺めるような造りにはなっていません。（清掃時間を除き）24時間入れます。 ・夕食 品数も丁度良く、一品一品が丁寧な料理で大満足でした。揚げ物や天ぷらは一切ないのがいいです。接客も丁寧で心地よいです。 ・朝食 ドリンクバーが無料。牛乳は、係の人が「栃木名産のレモン牛乳か通常の牛乳にしますか？」と聞きにくるので、どちらかを選べます。朝食のおかず（*焼きが美味しい）は種類も多くてこれも満足。お粥かご飯を選べます。 ・全体 建屋は古びていますが、泉質・料理・接客で満足感の残るホテルです。 ・周辺観光 日光のようにあまり観光地は多くはありませんが、それでもいくつか見所があります。1) 雲厳寺（数年前、JR東日本のCMで吉永小百合さんが紹介していたお寺）2)小砂（こいさご）焼の藤田製陶所（2016年にNHKの小さな旅で紹介された）3) 小砂地区の里山や棚田 4) 唐の御所　5) いわむらかずお絵本の丘美術館 6) 那珂川町馬頭広重美術館 7)鷲子山上神社（フクロウがシンボル）8) 道の駅ばとう 9)なかがわ水遊園など。いずれもホテルから車で最大20~30分の距離です。

基本的にほぼ全てセルフサービスになるので、サービスの評価は普通としました。 能動的に旅行を楽しめる人に向いていると思います。 別荘を日割りで借りるイメージです。 Wi-Fi、冷蔵庫、テレビ、食卓、座卓、炊事用具一式(炊飯器も)、電子レンジ、トースター、食器、寝具、浴衣、ガス給湯器、冷暖房が付いていました。 なお、お風呂用タオルがないので、持参した方が良いと思います。 施設としては、卓球場、グラウンド、会議室、屋外プール(18時まで)、多目的広場、大浴場(12時〜)があり、ほとんどが21時まで利用可。 18時までに申し込めばバーベキュー用具やカセットコンロも借りられます。 ここを拠点に那須を楽しみましたが、まだまだ遊び尽くせてないので、また利用するかと思います。

新しくきれいで大きい。駐車場も広く、鬼怒通りのマクドの先から入れます。（初めて行った時は、ちょっとわかりにくかった） ホテルのまわりにはスーパーもあり、鬼怒通り沿いにいろいろお店があります。車があれば選択肢は多いですが、歩きだとちょっと苦労するかも。 大浴場の女性用は洗い場が５～６つくらいとホテルの部屋数からしたら少な目です。私が行った時はちょうど空いていたのでよかったですが、混雑すると大変かも。部屋のテレビで混雑具合が見れるので、チェックしていくとよさそうです。 朝食会場も広くてテーブルの数も多いです。使い捨て手袋を使ってのバイキングなのでちょっと面倒でしたが、品数豊富で満足です。

Super hotel is not the closest to the station or the city center but it is well worth the additional walk. Upon arrival, you don't get a key or a card, just a code. You also get to choose between various pillows, from the hard type filled with rice to the soft type, all in various heights. The rooms are functional, with a very small bathroom BUT there is also a very pleasant communal bath near the bar/ breakfast area. There is only one, so you need to identify which time slots are good for you : men and women don't use the facility at the same time. Last but not least, in case you need a taxi, two dedicated phones will quickly get you a driver from the companies that partner with the hotel. Weather permitting, you can also enjoy a nice breakfast on the terrace. Highly recommended!

カプセルキャビンで一泊しました。大浴場を24時間(午前9〜10時は清掃のため利用不可)利用出来るため温泉好きには最高です。ただし、休日などは混雑するので少々ストレスを感じるかも知れません。カプセルキャビンにはテレビとコンセントがあり、寝るだけなら問題ありません。ただし、他の方の出入りの音や空気清浄機の音が多少気になるので、キャビン内にある耳栓をすることを推奨します。

併設ゴルフ場でプレイするために宿泊しました。部屋は綺麗で温泉の泉質も良く、朝風呂が最高です。夏は避暑にもなるので最高ですが、今回初めて夏以外で宿泊しました。結果、夏以外でも最高でした。冬は、温泉で温まることができるので問題なし。お洒落なホテルです。
