Hotel Bandar 6 Oktober dengan Gim

The hotel looks good and is well maintained, with spacious grounds and spacious rooms. My room was already a little tired/dated. The majority of the hotel staff were pleasant, though the operation felt a little chaotic and some staff on reception especially lacked high-end customer service skills that you would expect from a 5 star.

I wouldn’t have chosen to stay in this hotel ! The only reason we stayed because this was chosen by our tour company. The hotel is out of no where , there is nothing nearby. This is at best a 3 star hotel and I’m being generous here :) There are lot of issues - Very poor soundproofing , we were woken up a couple of times due to the neighbouring room noises ! Shower head doesn’t work properly Washroom basin has drainage issues The list goes on and on

مكان جميل ومتميز جدا جدا وانشاء الله هروح تاني واجمل ما فيه تعامل العاملين مع النزلاء وبالأخص علياء ، ويحي في الرسيبشن ليهم حضور قوي وابتسامه جميله ودايما في المساعده موجدين يمكن الاكل في الفندق مش قد كده بس الشباب في المطعم والبار محترمين جدا جدا

اقامه جميله و خدمه مميزه وتعامل راقي ، واشكر الاستاذه امينه على حسن التعامل والخدمه المميزه ، الافطار كان رئع ، الاطلاله كانت رهيبه ، تسجيل الدخول كان بسرعه وبسهوله ، فريق الاشراف الداخلي كان مميزه ونظافه الغرف على مستوى عالي ، يوجد في الفندق سبا ونادي رياضي ويوجود حديقه جميله جداً

كان مكان رائع وموظفين محترمين جدا فندق غاية فى الهدوء والخصوصية , برشحه للشركات والاقامات الطويلة ＜ بالاضافة الى اماكن الاستمتاع بالعاب الاطفال وكذلك الحفلات الغناءية والجو العائلى المميز ,يوجد مطاعم متخصصة السماك للماكولات البحرية ,

The Hyatt Centric is brand new and a beautiful resort. The pool and rooms are well designed and the hotel is stunning. The Muse restaurant is excellent and offers one of the best breakfasts that we had with our travels throughout Hyatt. Ahmed Hassan was our server throughout our stay and took excellent care of us. After the first day, he brought us our desired coffees without even asking. Ali is one of the managers and arranged for an authentic Egyptian breakfast for us. We got to try foods that we normally wouldn’t have tried and they were delicious. He always checked in with us to make sure we had what we wanted. The entire hotel staff has been extremely pleasant and have been going above and beyond to make sure that our stay was comfortable. Fatma was our housekeeper and did a thorough and excellent job. The hotel gym was well appointed and had a trainer on site to assist in any way. The one critique that I will make is that the hotel allows smoking in the lobby which is very unfortunate as our family is very sensitive to the smoking. While I understand that smoking is customary in Egypt and other parts of the world, I think that an international hotel chain shouldn’t allow it and make accommodations in a separate closed off area or provide for an outdoor section. Besides this time, the hotel has been wonderful and would recommend it for a relaxing and enjoyable trip in Cairo.

The hotel was very clean. Everyone working there from porter to reception staff and room service manager and cleaners, they whet all very nice and kind and helpful. The hotel and rooms are super clean and cozy the cleaning man Hasan was so eager to serve and make us always comfortable. The location of the hotel is very good between mall of Egypt and mall of Arabia. The only thing made me give it 4 stars was the breakfast was very poor not variety of food and very little amount of food in the buffet. Also the smell of the frying oil in the restaurant where we had our breakfast was so unpleasant. The music in the morning was not a morning music but dancing and so loud.

Waled salama Mohamed ,, heba Gamal Ali ,, Mohamed Anwar Ali ,, they are the best house keeping staff provide the best service so I feel happy to stay at Al hayat regency hotel due to the best location, best service so the next time of course we will stay in alhayat regency.. Thanks
