Hotel terbaik di Dumaguete

I love this hotel. i have stayed here now many many times, and i have NEVER had a bad experience, so i thought i would finally write a DESERVED GOOD review. The Hotel is placed right at the heart of Dumaguete, everything you would want is with a few mins of the hotel, the hotel also provides trips to some of the popular tourist attractions. The rooms are always clean and fresh with daily room service, but in my opinion the only thing that lets the rooms down are the showers which sadly could do with more maintenance as often they are faulty in some way and poorly kept looking, but they still provide good supply of hot water. I have stayed in all of the rooms they offer, from their suite to the standard rooms, and all show the same levels of cleanliness and the rooms always feel welcoming. Free breakfast is provided and the restaurant is good and the food well cooked and presented , the hotel provides a full range of pampering service if you require some self indulgence. The staff are ALWAYS friendly polite professional and on hand for any reason and will always make you feel important and a valued guest. I have in all my stays at this Hotel had only ever had one problem which was dealt with professionally, immediately and satisfactorily,. This hotel is ALWAYS my first choice when i visit Dumaguete, and will continue to be so They have plenty of rooms and even as a walk in, i have never been turned away from being fully booked, Its always a pleasure staying here.... This hotel exceed my expectation....above standard wow All staff will greet you with happy and heartily mabuhay!!!! Frontdesk super friendly and accommodating with all the details provided Room cleaners are very good and friendly Security are very helpfull all the times with smile and greetings... Super happy with the stay.....

We have stayed at COCOGRANDE for 10 years but this August trip will be our last. This hotel has suffered NEGLECT by the owners and they have done nothing in the ways of repairs.. In just our last 10 visits we have been forced to move from our check-in room to another lower level room. Why? Flooded bathrooms. aircon did not work or was to much noise to sleep, wi-fi never good and always get excuses, toilet seats not attached to the toilet, safe needed batteries, no blanket - just a very worn thin sheet, shower floor very slippery but no more shower mats, COLD WATER, no longer offer hand towels or bathroom amenities. The real problem is the front desk staff knows about all of these complaints but STILL sends you into these defective unkempt rooms! Out of loyalty we have kept coming back almost every month but the hotel is no longer comfortable at all. Very sad, we used to really enjoy staying here.. Brian P.S. We originally planned to stay at another hotel but it was full so we decided to try Henia. Overall it’s been a good experience and I think this is probably the best option in Dumaguete, which for some reason has a very limited selection of hotels. The good: - The rooms are reasonably sized. They only had twin rooms when we booked. While they are basic, they are up to date, clean and reasonably roomy - The bathroom is decent quality, with expected amenities such as shampoo, toothbrush kits, etc. The shower is spacious. - The wall air conditioner works well - They bring the included breakfast to your room. You choose from a number of Filipino options each day. There is no western breakfast option. - Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly and helpful - The elevator, which is a rarity in Dumaguete hotels, is decent sized and very smooth The not so good: - There is a lot of traffic noise - The water pressure is not great - The internet is not strong. It’s virtually impossible to even upload things - The key card is very touchy, so it takes a long time to get the door open Overall, given the other options, I would recommend this hotel

I can't say enough about this hotel. Customer service was professional, efficient and welcoming. The staff never failed to greet me with ”hello sir” and wave and smile. Always helpful when I had questions such as ”what's the best way to get somewhere?”, Etc. Location is excellent with being close to the beach walk, many restaurants and access to public transportation. Property is well maintained and clean. My room was plenty big for one person but family rooms are also available. Only one thing that may bother some is the hot water was out for one of my 3 day stay. However this was a minor inconvenience for me and did not keep me from issuing this 5 star review.

因為想去道因潛水，沒有選擇住杜馬市區，住在道因海邊，距離浮潛/潛水地方很近，沒有選擇豪華版，出門旅遊主打就是一個性價比。 第一次到杜馬，算得上是意外之喜！很開心認識了濤哥和Nana，所以很樂意和大家分享下入住體驗。 設施：度假村剛裝修過，乾淨清爽，選了靠海的房間，睜開眼睛就是大海的感覺很美妙。 衛生：我個人會比較在意衛生間的環境，可以說是非常感人。之前也看了周圍幾家，這個價格區間算得上是佼佼者了。 環境：麻雀雖小五臟俱全，店裡有泳池，休息區，（划重點）還有一個天然硫磺溫泉！對於潛水完想要泡湯的小伙伴真的是非常友好了。院子外就是海邊，蕩蕩鞦韆，發發獃，還可以逗逗狗，擼擼貓，咱就是說，還要啥自行車。。。 服務：之前都說出門在外，都是中國人坑中國人，但超幸運碰到濤哥和Nana。語言沒有障礙，英語稀爛也完全沒有問題。雖然房費不包括餐飲，但是如果體驗完當地口味，不想出去的話，還可以請Nana準備中餐（是的，不愛西餐的中國胃，異國他鄉吃到了水煮肉片！）濤哥作為資深教練，足不出戶裏就可以上潛水課，人非常Nice 就是這些了，期待以後假期再來，最後上圖片

For a 5 star hotel, it doesn’t seem like it is and definitely not worth the price. -Poor amenities (Example, they offer a small thin bar of soap as a body wash. Why wouldn’t they offer liquid body wash? Also, some towels were overused) -They clean the rooms/bathrooms and change your towels after 3 days instead of everyday. There’s no pandemic anymore so why not clean the rooms everyday?! -Good food, but not enough choices for breakfast (Why wouldn’t pancakes be included in the options?Also, the coffee doesn’t taste good - strong and burnt tasting) -Nice staff, but they need more training: ＞Food Service is slow and inefficient. During breakfast and lunch, our food were served after hours of waiting. Some of our orders came incorrectly (not what we ordered). ＞Disorganize and lack in system. ＞They lack in staff both at the front desk and Sans rival Cafe. -They will charge you if you don’t return all your keycards. If this was a true 5 star hotel, you wouldn’t charge your guests for something cheap and disposable. Overall, our stay was ok (big rooms and nice pool), but lacking in amenities and training of staff. There are more cons than pros. Whoever owns this hotel seems like they are saving too much on costs. Never going to stay in any of the Henry Hotels in the Philippines.

We stayed only overnight at this unique beautiful botique hotel as we have to fly the following day to Manila . We were immediately greeted by a very special and charming lady by the name of February, very sweet and charming ! Welcome drink was really timely after 1 hour ride from Zambuanquita where we had our hotel for the Apo island diving the night before. What makes this hotel special is how friendly and accommodating the staff were, not to mention the Philippine hut style “igloo” & beautiful interior design.The role model for how to “treat” a guest is the GM & Operations Manager, Marlon Navarro. I am a Filipino expat who had lived over 40 years in Europe and just on a diving & golf safari with my buddy but I have never seen an “over the top” hospitality from a hotel manager. Marlon answered all our enquiries including where to have a nice dinner, bar to hang out, sightseeing and spa. For spa, don’t miss the hotel spa especially with Jess - one of my best massages in the Philippines. Also, as Marlon noticed that I have an Austrian guest who is a little bit inquisitive about the area, brought us even by himself to the Boulevard as my friend is quite tall for a “tuktuk” (our local Tricicle). I wish UNWND all the success in the world and without a doubt, with Marlon under it’s helm, it will be the top hotel in Dumaguete in due time. Thank you so much for this “unusual “ experience! Good service and food. This is the second time I have stayed there. Problems. Hot water not working. Internet can cut in and out at times Only soap in bathroom No fridge Kettle but no cups or coffee/tea sachets

It's in the town centre near Macdonald's, Jollibee and Lee plaza and others, it's ok we stayed because we had an early flight, there is a lift to the floors of your room. You can get drinking water and hot water on the third floor, it's basic but the bed was comfortable and air-conditioning in the room's, it was ok for us but the desk staff looked miserable, maybe if they smiled their face would crack, very rare to see miserable looking staff
