The service was excellence with special thanks to Ms. Andy and the Manager - Mr. York Chen. During my stay, although was just one day, York was very attentive to my request. He personally led us to our room after the check in. He will text me to update on the best timing to have breakfast, to view the light up of the hotel and more. Andy was very patience in helping me to checking. As it was our anniversary, Ms. Andy initiated on giving us a cake and a bottle of red wine for our celebration. Kudos to both of you.

My friend and I had an incredible stay at one of the villas here. Yang, one of the English-speaking staff, was a wonderful host. When we arrived, he made sure the check-in process was a breeze, gave us a tour of the property and even made spa reservations for us. We loved relaxing in the hot springs (there are around 20 pools to chill out in!) which are included in the hotel price and located right on the property. The buffet breakfast was at the Sheraton, which is right beside the villas (this property and the Sheraton have the same owners). The breakfast spread was delicious and included a variety of western and Chinese options. The villa we stayed in was super spacious with comfy beds, living area and kitchen. All in all, we had an awesome weekend here and can't wait to come back in the summer so we can enjoy the outdoor pools. :)

中秋一家出來玩，颱風天回不去，看網上南潯新開了一家金球希爾頓，和家裡人過來打卡體驗，服務沒得説，酒店建築更沒得説，服務很好，房間很大，5樓還有歌手駐唱，地理位置離旅遊景點都不遠，如果不是颱風天氣，是一趟不錯的體驗，停車也有停車場，很乾凈，衞生也挺乾淨，入住服務員Linda很熱情，有什麼都會幫助，強烈推薦！

帶長者和孩子來南潯古鎮遊玩，網上看了很多酒店，這家評價很高，所以確定訂他家。我們到的早，先去古鎮玩，中午來到酒店，前台妹妹很熱情的幫我們辦理裏入住。入住體驗非常好，房間乾淨整潔，自助早餐品種很多。附近有吃的飯店，退房的時候，美女幫我們辦理了退房後還每人送了一瓶水。服務非常好，下來來的話還住四海酒店。推薦大家可以放心入住。

整體環境不錯，隔音蠻好，雖然是和在建過程中的商業體，但是其它樓層的裝修過程，不太明顯。 但是房間內還是有氣味，沒客的時候最好去去味。 配套的水別用不知名的飲料就這個相當不滿意，礦泉水不行嗎？周邊買個水也麻煩的。 進門開關面板過多，分不清，最好貼紙標註一下。
