I stayed here 4 days and overall its a great hotel. Its one of the major luxury hotels in Kyiv. The staff were friendly and helpful. A bellman comes and takes your bags up to your room. The SPA and pool was top notch. However, this is probably the only 5 star hotel I ever been to that doesnt have on iron in every room. I had to call to room service and they told me there were only ONE iron in the whole hotel - and this was lost. The rooftop bar is great. Nice view, super friendly waitresses. However, the hostess who are supossed to take you to a free table just points somewhere and say ”take whatever you want”. Then she comes and tells that you cant take this table - this happened almost every time. Quite rude and not at all on the level expected from a hotel of this level.

But most importantly, they were all responsible and reassuring during a visit that overlapped with several attacks on the city by Russian forces. One of the top 5 hotels I’ve ever been too. Better than my experiences at Ritz, Fairmont, Taj, Four Seasons, etc. The staff is absolutely incredible. After 10 days there, it felt like I was leaving family. The rooms are spacious and modern. The shower is the best I’ve experienced anywhere in Europe. Housekeeping was flawless. The food is amazing. There were no interruptions with power, water, etc. And, all of this while the country is fighting an invasion. Well done to my new friends at 11 Mirrors.

I booked the hotel after reading countless reviews about it and other 4 and 5 star hotels, and I could not have been happier with my decision to stay there. Over a four week stay I was made to feel like I was their only guest. The breakfast was always original and tasty, the gym equipment was second to none, and the spa was always an amazing experience! It is a beautiful hotel in a great old building, but the best part was the staff. From housekeeping to the porters to the Concierge, I could not have dreamed up a more relaxing, satisfying stay. To this day, almost a year later, I still wake up each morning wishing I was back in my room at Khreschatyk! I honestly cannot wait to return as safe as it is to do so. Thank you to everyone at Khreschatyk for making my journey so pleasant.

Расскажу сначала о плюсах: - Отличный номер, чисто, уютно, в номере три кондиционера, мини бар, кофеварка, красивая мебель, отличный вид на Киев. - Обслуживание, замечаний нет, все очень отзывчивые, приветливые, все просьбы выполнялись без промедления. - Завтрак входящий в проживание достаточно разнообразен. Вкусно, остался доволен. Минус по сути только один, но такой, что чуть не испортил весь праздник - это то, что они называют ”Праздничный ужин”... Это не ужин, а какой-то позор, никогда не берите. За 1000 грн на человека (я оплатил 2000 грн для себя и жены, ребенку заказывали по общему меню) подают три блюда, основное, закуску и десерт. Основное это маленький кусочек рыбы. Закуска - просто небольшая нарезка мяса, а главное не ясно что закусывать, ведь спиртное в эту сумму не входит. Десерт - небольшой кусочек пирога. Первый раз встречал Новый год голодным. Разумнее было бы просто забронировать столик и все заказать как обычно, просто не ожидал что ”Праздничный ужин” это такая ерунда.

This is the most awful hotel in Kyiv. Never stay here. The apartments are dirty od TV which is the same as I or older. Minibar of empty. The terrible smell from the room. You can not cancel a booking from booking.com because they made it not refundable. No condition in the apartments so in summer it is very hot and difficult to breathe. Light is yellow color like in the 80-90s. Service is terrible once I called and they just put the phone on hold and did not respond. In the restaurant waiters asking tips as it MUST be. Far from the city center. I do not see any pluses of this hotel and do not recommend it to anyone.

Semasa daftar masuk mendapat sikap buruk daripada gadis-gadis penyambut tetamu…agak mengejutkan kerana tidak pernah di mana-mana di dunia di hotel saya tidak pernah melihat kelakuan ini... Mereka kasar. Sudah tentu pelanggan yang datang ke hotel anda mengharapkan sekurang-kurangnya tingkah laku sopan, saya tidak bercakap tentang mengalu-alukan. Kemudian mereka tidak cukup bijak untuk membuat kad kunci berfungsi jadi saya perlu berulang-alik dari bilik ke kaunter penerimaan tetamu untuk memikirkan isu itu. Satu lagi ”kejutan” besar ialah latihan pada pukul 8 pagi di dalam bilik di tingkat atas … abs saya tinggal selama 2 malam jadi kedua-dua pagi saya mendapat bunyi penggerudian ini pada pukul 8 pagi … pada dasarnya anda tidak boleh tidur. Ia adalah sangat biadap dari hotel untuk melakukan ini walaupun tidak memaklumkan tentang itu atau melakukannya kemudian tetapi tidak pada waktu pagi. Jadi pastinya tidak boleh mengesyorkan hotel ini kerana perkhidmatan membuat saya sangat kecewa. Selain itu, pembersihan … bukanlah yang terbaik. Tetapi ya lokasinya bagus.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cityhotel. The hotel is very well appointed, the reception staff are friendly and helpful and speak good English and it is conveniently located with good access to public transport. We booked one of the rooms with a separate sitting area which was well worth it. There is a lovely cafe next door and we often bought a cake in the evening to eat in the room. Given we didn’t get breakfast with the room rate we also went to this cafe for breakfast and we would highly recommend it. The only two comments we would have are the window seals were not great and there is quite a bit of nose from the road at the front of the hotel. Also we were offered a ‘spa treatment’ as part of our room rate but when we asked reception we were told this was just ‘use of the sauna for an hour’. This is the first time I have ever heard of a sauna being described as a ‘spa treatment’. We’d definitely stay here next time we visit Kiev. Kiev is a lovely city to spend anywhere up to a week. There is plenty to do inside and outside of the city.

If you’re looking for the Soviet Bloc experience, this is your place. Good location (next to a Metro stop), low prices but still overpriced. The oddest rooms you will ever come across; an unintended time capsule of Eastern Bloc awfulness with very few upgrades since then. You will be scratching your head at the thoughtfulness that was neglected when designing this hotel. My room included two tiny rooms with an unnecessary wall separating them. Perhaps it was so that I would not disturb the sleeping Comrade as I watched the ancient, tiny CRT television over on the inconvenient room. Breakfast? Ha ha ha! Your execrable breakfast vittles are displayed prior to 7:00 am. That is also the time that Ukrainian hillbillies stand in line in order to deplete the breakfast offerings before any other guests awake. They are NEVER replenished. If you arrive at 8:00, your choices will be mostly beet salad and bulgar. The espresso machine has not worked since Brezhnev installed it. On the other hand, there is a fantastic Georgian restaurant for dinner a few doors away.

I booked the hotel after reading countless reviews about it and other 4 and 5 star hotels, and I could not have been happier with my decision to stay there. Over a four week stay I was made to feel like I was their only guest. The breakfast was always original and tasty, the gym equipment was second to none, and the spa was always an amazing experience! It is a beautiful hotel in a great old building, but the best part was the staff. From housekeeping to the porters to the Concierge, I could not have dreamed up a more relaxing, satisfying stay. To this day, almost a year later, I still wake up each morning wishing I was back in my room at Khreschatyk! I honestly cannot wait to return as safe as it is to do so. Thank you to everyone at Khreschatyk for making my journey so pleasant.

One of the top 5 hotels I’ve ever been too. Better than my experiences at Ritz, Fairmont, Taj, Four Seasons, etc. The staff is absolutely incredible. After 10 days there, it felt like I was leaving family. The rooms are spacious and modern. The shower is the best I’ve experienced anywhere in Europe. Housekeeping was flawless. The food is amazing. There were no interruptions with power, water, etc. And, all of this while the country is fighting an invasion. Well done to my new friends at 11 Mirrors.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cityhotel. The hotel is very well appointed, the reception staff are friendly and helpful and speak good English and it is conveniently located with good access to public transport. We booked one of the rooms with a separate sitting area which was well worth it. There is a lovely cafe next door and we often bought a cake in the evening to eat in the room. Given we didn’t get breakfast with the room rate we also went to this cafe for breakfast and we would highly recommend it. The only two comments we would have are the window seals were not great and there is quite a bit of nose from the road at the front of the hotel. Also we were offered a ‘spa treatment’ as part of our room rate but when we asked reception we were told this was just ‘use of the sauna for an hour’. This is the first time I have ever heard of a sauna being described as a ‘spa treatment’. We’d definitely stay here next time we visit Kiev. Kiev is a lovely city to spend anywhere up to a week. There is plenty to do inside and outside of the city.

i was in May 2021 for 10 days in Globe Runner and had the family suite with 43m2 (i guess), with kitchen, balcony and a huge windows (4m). it was amazing, the rooms are quite new and I was lucky with the weather, so i could spend many times on balcony while drinking coffee. it was amazing and it was calm. I can only recomend this room, even you travel alone! the room was cleaned daily, an ATM is in the building, coffee shops are very close, City Centre (ZUM) is 10min by walk and the stuff was always helping me. 5 stars from my side! :)

This hotel manager is the worst ignorant, greedy and disrespectful I have ever seen, I moved in room number 65 and the shower handle was already busted,I reported it to the receptionist immediately. The next day I see a photo of the old handle along with an invoice for me to pay. This is the worst negligent manager who takes advantage of tourists and does not give a damn about the guests but rather keeps losing one after the other. My recommendations to seek another hotel away from this negligent greedy manager who is in my opinion the worst manager I have ever seen.He asked I pay him more than $35 for his piece of junk that is even his responsibility to fix on the hotel's expense and not expect guests to pay for it.

We stayed as a family during the beginning of August 2021 in two rooms (a standard double and a junior suite). We were not sure what to expect before checking in, as we tend to prefer chain hotels in the city centre when staying in Kiev. However, after a week in the hotel, we were all in agreement that it was hard to fault a single aspect of this hotel. It is our new favourite place to stay in Kiev, and we can't wait to come back! Some highlights worth noting: 1) The rooms are modern, comfortable and functional. We slept wonderfully throughout the stay and found our room to be an oasis after a long day exploring. 2) The hotel is spotlessly clean! The rooms, communal areas and exterior are all immaculate, with active cleaning taking place continuously during our stay. 3) We loved the location of this hotel. It is situated within a green and pleasant park, making the hotel feel like a country lodge, albeit in the middle of the city. The nearest metro station is just a 5-10 minute walk up, meaning you can be in central Kiev in no time at all. 4) We found the service offered by staff to be consistent, friendly and professional. The front office is always ready to help with questions or requests, the restaurant staff leave you wanting for nothing and the hard working cleaning staff are always ready to greet you with a smile in the corridors. We felt at home during our stay! 5) Breakfast is included in the room rate and was, in our opinion, delicious. There is a good selection of high quality hot and cold items, fresh juices, coffees and even a glass of Prosecco going around if that is how you like to start the day. We really couldn't fault it! 6) On site restaurant, 'the Beer Garden', is worth a visit even if you are not staying at the hotel itself. An extensive menu offering high quality local and international dishes. We ended up eating here most nights and the food was consistency very good. Service is prompt and, if the weather is good, the outside seating backing on to the forest is a wonderful spot to spend a few hours. In summary, a great hotel, with great staff, in a great location. Don't hesitate to book!

If you’re looking for the Soviet Bloc experience, this is your place. Good location (next to a Metro stop), low prices but still overpriced. The oddest rooms you will ever come across; an unintended time capsule of Eastern Bloc awfulness with very few upgrades since then. You will be scratching your head at the thoughtfulness that was neglected when designing this hotel. My room included two tiny rooms with an unnecessary wall separating them. Perhaps it was so that I would not disturb the sleeping Comrade as I watched the ancient, tiny CRT television over on the inconvenient room. Breakfast? Ha ha ha! Your execrable breakfast vittles are displayed prior to 7:00 am. That is also the time that Ukrainian hillbillies stand in line in order to deplete the breakfast offerings before any other guests awake. They are NEVER replenished. If you arrive at 8:00, your choices will be mostly beet salad and bulgar. The espresso machine has not worked since Brezhnev installed it. On the other hand, there is a fantastic Georgian restaurant for dinner a few doors away.
