Hotel terbaik di Labuan

Lokasi hotel ini sangat baik. Ia terletak di tengah-tengah, menjadikannya mudah untuk menerokai tarikan di bandar ini. Perkhidmatan di hotel ini luar biasa. Kakitangannya ramah, penuh perhatian, dan bersemangat untuk membantu tetamu. Proses daftar masuk dan daftar keluar berjalan lancar, dan sebarang permintaan atau pertanyaan telah ditangani dengan segera. Tahap perkhidmatan menambah pengalaman positif keseluruhan penginapan di sini. Mereka juga mempunyai pasar raya di tapak.

I've stayed here and book a hall for my cousin birthday celebration. Doesn't expect their hall quiet big and can make a wedding here. The location quiet strategic , the centre of the town,where all the place just a walking distance.

Lokasi hotel adalah strategik. Dikelilingi oleh restoran dan kedai kecil yang menjual bir. Berhampiran Labuan clubbing terkenal yang dipanggil Beyond 2000, Ginza dan Kings. Pengisian semula sarapan pagi agak lambat. HANYA PERLU KOMEN PERKHIDMATAN BILIK. SAYA TIDAK MINTA UBAH BILIK TETAPI MEREKA LAKUKAN SAHAJA. SEMUA BARANGAN TIDAK DISIMPAN DENGAN BETUL. UNTUNG TIADA YANG HILANG. SILA PERBAIKI KE ARAH PERMINTAAN PERKHIDMATAN BILIK!

Nice hotel in Labuan. Just as I expected from the photos on Trip.com, except the swimming pool images must have been taken with a wide angle lens as it was smaller than I thought. Good breakfast. Helpful staff and a very nice location.

Hotel room is nice and clean. Came for a night stay, location is good. However, i was shocked to learn that this is also a quarantine hotel. Sharing same check-in and same lift with those who are here to supposedly isolate themselves. During check in, i even saw quarantine guests came down to collect takeaway food at the lobby. I asked the front desk, is this hotel a quarantine hotel, and he said yes but they stayed at different floor. To me , it makes no difference if we are sharing same check in counter and sharing same lift. There should be some notification to non-quarantine guests when we place the booking so we are well aware of it.

The hotel services are tip-top…clean and comfort! Nearby shop and restaurant so easy to find food and things

The hotel is old, so be prepared for very dated rooms. It is clean to some extent. Staff are extremely friendly and very hospitable. As for the breakfast, options were limited and repetitive so if you’re not too particular about it, then you should be fine. The non-buffet dishes from the restaurant itself is actually pretty decent. You’d normally expect high crazy prices for just a plate of char kuey teow at other hotels but the prices for the dishes here were very reasonable. One other thing I noted when walking to my room was, what I initially assumed, the smell of sewage wafting in the air, but it’s actually the kelapa sawit planted around the hotel and they emit very foul stenches. Thankfully, the smell doesn't seep into the room. Now the bad part that sort of ruined my time at the resort. They don’t maintain the beach, like at all. It’s clear that they do not clean up the trash on the beach nor do they comb it. Be prepared to get attacked by sand flies everywhere you go. There are so many of them that they can even be found by the pool area and the restaurant. I would’ve loved to enjoy more time just lazing under the sun, you know, the main purpose of going on a beach holiday but I couldn’t because I was essentially the feeding source for an army of sand flies. The pool doesn’t have a lot of shaded areas too so just ensure that you are covered with SPF from head to toe if you are prone to burning. As stated, it was a decent stay. I just wished they’d maintain the beach because the water in Labuan is nice, calm and clear.

Hotel ini terletak di kawasan perkotaan, dan terdapat berbagai kedai di daerah sekitarnya. Pusat membeli-belah berada dalam jarak 10 minit berjalan kaki dari hotel. Gambar 1. Permukaan pemotretan dari bilik ke pintu masuk, pintu masuk adalah bilik mandi, dan sebelah kiri pintu masuk adalah cermin panjang penuh. Gambar 2; Gambar 3. Katil besar standard. Walaupun penghawa dingin diletakkan di sisi katil, sudut bekalan udara diatur. Gambar 4. TV dipasang di dinding menghadap tempat tidur, dan terdapat cerek dan cangkir kopi di atas meja di sudut bilik. Posisi menembak adalah kawasan di mana pakaian tergantung di koper (lihat Gambar 1). Gambar 5: Tidak ada penutup di bilik mandi, dan air akan tumpah keluar dari kawasan itu ketika mandi. Peralatan mandian menyediakan sabun badan dan syampu. Cawan air disediakan tetapi tidak ada sikat gigi dan ubat gigi yang disediakan. Pemanas air adalah jenis sekejap dan panas segera, dan suis mesti dihidupkan di sebelah kiri cermin panjang penuh semasa digunakan. Sila sesuaikan suhu air dari rendah ke tinggi untuk mengelakkan panas. Lain: selipar tidak disediakan di dalam bilik, sila bawa sendiri.

Bilik besar, sesuai untuk perjalanan keluarga. Servis mereka bagus. Brakfast yang disediakan mempunyai pelbagai pilihan iaitu dimsum, bubur, roti, kek, dan juga mee dan sebagainya.
