Location: The hotel is in a mixed residential/commercial area of Norwich, its quiet and feels safe. The hotel is a short walk from The Riverside for restaurants, bars, cinema, etc. and close to local pub etc. it is a short walk from the station. There is no onsite parting - the street parking has daytime restriction. Facilities: There is a card secured front door and reception desk which is not 24hr. There is an onsite Indian restaurant. I didn't use it but it looked good. There is also a bar. The hotel offers a number of guest services such as a luggage locker, laundry etc. The public areas of the hotel are clean, well maintained, etc. The room: I had room 2 on the gorund floor. This was clean, spacious, and well equipped. So pleased to have a proper wardrobe! There was a tray of stuff such as fruit juice and biscuits. There is a small room safe also. There is an en suite shower room which was modern, clean and worked great. The bed was firm and comfortable. The linen was fresh. I like the characterful decor Service: Everyone at the hotel was friendly, professional and helpful. I was prepaid booking so I didn't need to do a full check in/out. Everything seemed organised and efficient. My only gripe was that the people in the next room to me were noisy at 5am interupting my sleep and had the TV on very loud. Oh well, an earlier start than expected! Thats just bad luck I guess. I would recommend this hotel and I will stay here again next time I am in Norwich.

Very nice hotel. We had a great couple of days. Upon arrival we were given a room upgrade. We stayed in a suite which was very comfortable and nice. The food in a restaurant was good although we had dinner only once. The spa was a nice treat, especially enjoyed the steam room.

I had a wonderful stay at this first-rate small three-star hotel within a short walk of Norwich railway station where you can take the train to London and the rest of East Anglia or where you can access the local bus network with direct transfer to the city centre and the rest of Norwich. The welcome was friendly and efficient felt like a valued customer from the outset. The communal areas were well-maintained and nicely decorated. The room was marvellous, also well maintained and presented, the bed was extremely comfortable with great linen, duvet and pillows, the television was adequate and the Wi-Fi worked well. The en suite bathroom was superb with good water pressure to the shower and nice towels. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Great stay and hotel which I can highly recommend to all.

Really enjoyed our relaxing spa break break. Spa was available from 6am till 10pm with no pre booking which was superb. Building was clean, the young receptionist was ever so smiley and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the lounge bar was great. Garden area were beautiful, golf course was nice. Highly to

We had our Iranian New Year celebration party on 24 March in the City Suite, 230 guests. Everything was excellent, food and service was high quality, very kind and caring staff. Special thank you to Gill for being so kind and accommodating and always being there for us and of course agreeing a fantastic price. Also big thank you to Angie for being so kind and providing fantastic and very delicious food. Thank you to Debbie, event organiser and all staff who worked hard during the celebration. They all made our night special. Venue was beautiful, lots of parking areas and excellent location in Norwich. Have already booked the venue for next year celebration as well.

This was my second stay here, room 318 again. Room is very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom a little on the small side in comparison but good powerful shower. It’s quiet and 5 mins from the town centre. Breakfast had all the usual choices but great coffee and very tasty scrambled eggs. Staff all very helpful and friendly.

We were delighted with this hotel. Parking with my blue badge was easy and close to reception. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were pleased with the layout and spaciousness of our room.Decor is good, and we had very pleasant meals in the conservatory. We are light eaters and found what we wanted by using the illustrated tablets provided by the staff. We did have a problem, though. As I was pleased with the service for the evening meals I left a tip each time and it was only after I checked the bill at home that I found gratuities had been added. We were not advised of this and saw no advice of it on the tablet menus. A shame - until then we were very happy. It doesn't stop us going again but we shall leave no tips!

Stayed for our wedding anniversary in Room 5, beautiful and decorated to high standard. Our meal was off the sample menu , I had the fillet steak which was the best I've had for a long time.Good portions and waitress service very cheerful and helpful. Breakfast very nice also I had the scrambled eggs with salmon which was very tasty and husband had a full breakfast all cooked and tasted good.

Another lovely visit, lost count how many times we have stayed here now. Lovely comfy rooms, especially the beds. Food is lovely and fresh and good-sized portions. Look forward to seeing you again soon when the weather is a bit better. Thanks again for a great stay.
