Hotel terbaik di Osaka

I very enjoyed my five nights stay here for honeymoon trip. We stayed in the small room some might find it a little tight but it was okay for us. Extremely clean room. Bed is cosy and contemporary design. Everything looked really new. The location is great and close Shinsaibashi-Suji shopping road and near Honmachi subway station (Midosuji Line) to everything. The reception staff was really helpful and willing to attend any request especially the reception staff name ”Mei” who are always willing to help and quick respond. So the price I paid was absolutely worth it! All in all had a good stay. Will definitely come again to this place. 😊

Stayed for 2 nights in a twin room during Autumn. Good size comparing to many other hotels of this rate, enough space to open 2 suitcases at the same time. Love the location, easy to find the hotel from train station, it’s just above Daimaru and many excellent restaurants within 10 mins walk. It’s fabulous to get back to my room for a short break between shopping. Nothing is better than staying directly above the station for train travelers. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Exceptional service - the front desk helped me to arrange taxi to the airport and it was not easy because they were fully booked. The person tried many times and finally found a taxi for us, much to our relief. The front desk is trained to ask all the right questions, staying calm. They also helped to receive my transferred luggage from another hotel. All timely and accurately. It deserved a 6 star for such exceptional service. The hotel ambience has a calming effect as it is dark but lighted on the areas that you need to see. We have no problem even though some people commented on it. Great location Room size is comfortable and considered a fair size, in fact, slightly larger and well planned. Breakfast has a good spread. Think it is great to open at 6.30 am as it gives maximum time to have an early start. Highly recommended for couple and families.

フロントは3人で対応と自動精算機3機があり　早い時間に入ったので余裕でチェックインできましたけど　全国旅行支援中の手続きや地域クーポンなどの説明で普段より時間がかかっていたと思います 振り返ったら　いつの間にか待ち客がズラッと並んでた それでも親切丁寧に説明してくれて　質問にも応えてもらいました 担当して下さったフロントの女性感謝です　 部屋はハリウッドツイン　お掃除は綺麗だったので一安心　 リニューアルしたばっかなので設備も新しく　 PC広げれて作業出来るくらいのワイドテーブル セミセパレート（バス・トイレ別）←これがホテルを決める時の第一条件で　洗い場もあり希望通りって思ったのですが シャンプー類が浴槽の縁に置いてあり　シャワーのとこには棚も無ければ椅子と桶もないので　 使う時床に直置き？　使いづらいと相方に言われた　確かにちょっと使い難いかも？ 洗濯フックも無いし　タオルとかブラシとか浴槽横の隙間に置いて シャワー派の私も今までこんなとこあったかなぁって思いました とにかく風呂が使いにくい　 評価2くらいまで下がるねって思ってたけど　朝食で挽回＾＾ いろいろ美味しく頂きました　茶碗蒸しなんて朝食で出すとこある？　 楽しみにしてたダシ巻きは時間的な物か日にちなのか無かったので残念でした 帰宅してから　お店を検索したくらい良かったです 「食彩健美 野の葡萄」殆ど支店？もホテルの中なんですね 次のホテル選びに思案中　スタッフの方々も皆感じ良くて 朝食会場がここで良かったです ありがとうございました

More than 10 minutes walk from Shin-Osaka Shinkansen station, but if from exit 4 (Midosuji line) only takes around 7 minutes. The hotel is very clean and neat, the room we booked is not very big but enough for us, at least has 3 separated beds, separated bathroom, sink area and toilet. Staffs there we haven’t talked with them much, but they’re very efficient and nice. The check in and check out process were very smooth. As we stayed for 3 nights, we mentioned that we would prefer fully clean for our room everyday when we checked in, the staff who served us said we don’t need to come down to the reception every morning to notify them, he would just pass down what we requested, he really did that for us! That’s really helpful. As when we stayed in Karaksa Hotel Colors Tokyo Yaesu, we had to let the receptionist know every morning before 9am if we need the room been fully cleaned, they are the chain hotels, both are in pretty good locations, clean and new, but the services are definitely not the same. We didn’t try the hotel’s breakfast, the price doesn’t seem very high, but there are also quite a few convenience stores around the hotel and within the station, we just bought our breakfast a night before when we stayed there, as we didn’t want to use too much time on breakfast. Of course, the hotel’s location is not walking to the popular shopping areas in Osaka, but as we need to travel to Tokyo and back, and Osaka’s subway system is much better than Melbourne’s, it’s still very convenient to visit around Osaka for us. And also, the surrounding of this hotel seems like a business suburb and is not as crowded as the popular tourist suburbs, we really like that as well. We feel very lucky to choose this hotel (the Tokyo one is also pretty good)for our first Japan trip!

Everything was beautiful. All details considered, including a beautiful cinnamon scent throughout the lobby, and little touches throughout the room. Spacious room for Osaka and everything top tier as expected from a Hilton

Very good experience , convenient to go to shopping ,drink, eat all the shop is near by hotel, the room bed is very comfortable, ,the room is same the all Osaka hotel is little small, but ok , im enjoying this hotel , next time , im same to choose this hotel , is wonderful 💯💯💯

Hotel baru dibuka pada bulan Mac 2021. Michelin Guide 2021 Menerima 2 bintang. Terletak hanya di tengah jalan antara Stesen Yodoyabashi dan Hommachi di Laluan Bawah Tanah Midosuji. Akses yang mudah ke mana sahaja di bandar Osaka. Lobi terletak di tingkat 15, dan anda tidak boleh masuk terus ke bilik tetamu dengan lif, jadi keselamatannya sempurna. Tidak ada masalah dengan jarak sosial di lobi yang besar. Bilik-biliknya luas dan tempat tidurnya agak lembut, yang merupakan keselesaan tidur kegemaran saya. Peralatan makan dan seterika juga disediakan supaya anda dapat tinggal dengan selesa. Bilik mandi dan tandas dipisahkan oleh pintu kaca, dan tab mandi dan pancuran terpisah, menjadikannya selesa. Kemudahan sedikit buruk, dan persiapan minimum yang diperlukan. Sudah tentu WiFi tersedia dan kelajuannya sempurna. TV adalah jenis yang boleh menyambung ke Internet, dan anda juga dapat menikmati YouTube dan Netflix. Oleh kerana Chromecast juga dapat disambungkan, pencerminan telefon pintar juga dapat dilakukan. Dengan peralatan dan perkhidmatan ini, saya rasa harga ini sangat menjimatkan. Sayangnya, sarapan. Menu dan jumlah item kecil, jadi sedikit kepintaran diperlukan. Saya tidak mempunyai sup, jadi saya mesti makan croissant dengan sup miso. Rasa sibuk juga dapat menurunkan pinggan kosong semasa makan, dan saya tidak boleh tenang dan makan. Kakitangan yang sukar hanya baik dan boros.

Carpet was rather dirty, we used a sticky roller to perform another housekeeping and gathered more hair all around the room. Bedding was comfortable. Toilet was decent size and clean. Not much places for hangers. No view from windows. No free beverages and only paper cups were provided. The ledge at the headboard of the bed was useful for putting stuff and as a devices charging point. A musky smell along the corridor. Location wise, close to some eateries, a big drugstore, Namba Yasaka Shrine, as well as a large LIFE Supermarket.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights , all good ! First we booked for 5 nights and after that we were supposed to move to another hotel but ended up canceling another booking and extended our stay at One Five for two more nights. You can easily walk (about 15 min) to Doronbori and all the restaurants, ( also the glorious KUROMON market) but at the same time the hotel neighborhood is very quiet. The only downside for me was that windows didn’t open , but in the end it turned to be okay. You can pick the toiletries and the free coffee at the lobby, also use the microwave when you need it. Very friendly and helpful front desk.
