The reception is very friendly, prompt, and helpful. The hotel rooms were tidy and clean. The restaurant served tasty and simple traditional items for breakfast which was an attraction to travelers to try local foods. The hotel's spa service was commendable. The location of Transera hotel is close to the town center and other entertainment shopping outlets that give residents choices for activities. Thanks to Ani at the reception who helped us with information that made our onward travel much easier. We would recommend Hotel Transcera to those who are looking for a reasonably priced hotel in the town center.

Really good hotel! If you have experienced ‘4 star international luxury/business hotels’ in provincial Indonesian cities you are in for a very pleasant surprise here. All staff I encountered were pleasing and helpful. The general features of the hotel are good, although when there is a band in the large reception level bar it is rather noisy in the rest of the lobby area. Reception efficiently arranged cars for me on several occasions. The reception staff can understand simple English and as a non-Indonesian speaker I had no problem with any requests. The Cinimon restaurant served me a very tasty and interesting nasi goreng with chicken sate. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of dishes - the fried, the spicy, omelettes, noodle and rice dishes, salads and various pastries including freshly made pancakes and waffles. There could be a wider selection of fruits, just three with only two one morning. However, an impressive breakfast offering. Room was a standard type with a shower in the bathroom. All things worked, shower good. Two large towels but no small ones. Bed comfy. Air conditioning effective. I stayed twice; first had city view and the second an small internal courtyard. The only obtrusive noise was a 4.00am called to prayer but that’s inescapable in many Indonesian cities. I heard this over two nights in the city view room but nothing in the other room I stayed in. I would happily here again.

Biliknya luas, perkhidmatannya mencukupi, penerimaannya tidak cukup ramah untuk menyambut tetamu ... untuk menu sarapan standard 3 bintang, bukan bintang 4, rasa standard ... jauh dari aston standard di bandar lain .. kerana saya melanggan hotel aston setiap kali saya pergi ke bandar lain. .jd sedikit terkejut kerana ia berbeza dengan kumpulan aston yang lain

本來衹想過渡一夜，第二天趕往山口洋，沒想到，捨不得這酒店竟然一住就是五天。這是坤甸信價比最高的酒店，樓高10層，第10層為餐廳，餐食可口，價格合理，可俯瞰坤甸全城。酒店設施齊備，衞生整潔，員工素質極高，能熱情為顧客服務並解決所有問題。特別感謝黃女士，特意為我安排了來回山口洋的車，司機阿里技術好，服務周到令人滿意。如果再到坤甸，一定會再次光顧。在此，也感謝前台及所有員工的熱情和照顧，謝謝大家！

Orkid Forest Cikole Lembang telah ditubuhkan sejak Ogos 2017. Tempat ini merupakan taman orkid terbesar di Indonesia. Terletak di tengah-tengah kawasan hutan lindung dan menjangkau kawasan seluas 12 hektar. Terdapat sekurang-kurangnya 157 jenis orkid yang dibangunkan di sini. Orchid Forest Cikole Bandung memfokuskan kepada pengenalan dan penanaman pelbagai tumbuhan orkid. Menggunakan kaedah tempatan dan antarabangsa. Spesies orkid bukan sahaja berasal dari Indonesia yang sememangnya negara kedua yang mempunyai varian orkid terbanyak. Tumbuhan orkid di Hutan Orkid juga berasal dari negara lain, seperti Venezuela, Argentina, Filipina, Peru, dan Amerika Syarikat. Malah orkid nadir yang sukar ditemui seperti orkid hitam atau Coelogyne pandurata, orkid pitcher atau Paphiopedilum glaucophyllum dan juga spesies laycocky paraphalaenopsis dipaparkan di sini. Untuk dapat memasuki Hutan Orkid, pelancong hanya perlu membayar yuran tiket yang agak berpatutan. Harga tiket masuk Orchid Forest Lembang bermula dari IDR 47,500.

Food is delicious, room very good and all staff is humble. So about breakfast, many kinds of menu. I think is amazing of hotel in Pontianak. Recommended. So u must to come here and try for all facilities. Cheersssss.. thanks you for all service

This hotel is well located, just a few minutes walk from the city centre. Its Chinese oriented decoration was quite impressive. The only ”less positive” aspects had to do with the main road noise (particularly because of the New Chinese Year celebrations) and the permanent lift delays (which again might have been connected to the number of guests staying there for the celebrations). The staff was particularly kind and always available to help out, in case of necessity.
