My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. We stayed in a Junior Suite and the view from our balcony was fantastic. The bedroom was very large with plenty of storage. I liked that the toilet was separate from the shower. The lounge in our room was small but had everything we needed: sofa, chairs, desk, lamp, and a small fridge. The served dinner buffet was very good but a bit pricey. But then again the view from the restaurant windows made it worth the price for the one night we ate there. The indoor pool was a nice experience especially when it had the jets going. We ate at the poolside bar several times and enjoyed it very much. We'd stay here again for sure.

Nice hotel very well located in a beautiful place. Our bedroom was big and comfortable, the view was nice, the crew were professional and kind. Upon entering the Aethos Ericeira Hotel, located on a former cliff farm on the west coast of Portugal, we were immediately greeted by an ambiance of understated luxury and comfort. This gem, nestled in the charming coastal town of Ericeira, embodies a refined escape from the hustle and bustle, with the gentle lapping of the Atlantic Ocean in the background as a constant melody. The architecture and interior, designed by Lisbon-based Pedra Silva Arquitectos together with Spanish design studio Astet, celebrate a harmonious fusion of traditional Portuguese design with modern, minimalist aesthetics. Every detail, from the striking arched windows to the carefully chosen earth tones, contributes to a warm and inviting atmosphere that embraces every guest. The rooms are spacious and offer a range of modern conveniences, while the subtle earthy color palette, high-quality materials, and comfortable bed ensure a restful sleep and a sense of total relaxation. The breakfast was well cared for with plenty of choice of freshly prepared dishes. However, the dining area can feel a bit cramped at full occupancy of the hotel, especially in the off-season when it's less pleasant to sit outside. Nevertheless, the start of the day was always pleasant with a delicious breakfast in a charming setting. We recommend renting a car, as the nearest beaches are not easily reached on foot. Both Ericeira and the nearby Santa Cruz are nice villages to visit. For a day trip, it is worth driving to Praia Carvalhal in Comporta (about 2 hours drive) and enjoying the beautiful nature and a delightful lunch at the Sublime Comporta Beach Club. Another thrilling day trip is to Nazaré, known for its massive waves where die-hard surfers set world records. With waves that can reach up to 25 meters high, it's a breathtaking spectacle that attracts surfers and spectators from all over the world. What we particularly appreciated was the flexibility and understanding the staff showed when our daughter fell ill a day before our departure. Without hesitation, we were allowed to stay a bit longer in our room on the day of checkout, which made a world of difference in our situation. A downside was the lack of price lists for items in the minibar and spa treatments. It would have been helpful to have a clear overview of the costs for these extras. An extra word of appreciation is in place for Veronica, Andre, and Bruno, each of whom contributed to our great experience with a smile and a personal touch. And of course, our thanks to everyone we may have forgotten to mention, you all made our stay special. Under the inspiring leadership of the General Manager, Floris, the staff of the Aethos Ericeira Hotel go above and beyond to provide sincere and personal service. Uma agradável surpresa! Ficámos na ala mais recente, com varanda. A construção é contemporânea com materiais modernos, a cama é boa e casa de banho ampla. A área é razoável e existe um pequeno refrigerador. O que mais diferencia é ter o mar a uns 50 metros...e a sensação é a de estar no mar, que se ouve numa intensidade que não incomoda mas que relaxa... Olha-se pela janela e o mar está ali ao lado... O restaurante ainda está mais próximo e é onde o pequeno almoço, muito completo e saboroso é servido! O acesso ao SPA é livre...a piscina é boa, tal como o jacuzzi, banho turco e sauna. Atendimento simpático e qto a higiene, tudo limpo...

Just 45 minutes drive away from Lisbon, Immerso is a true escape. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the hospitality and the stunning beauty of the property. Our bags were whisked away to our room while we were left to enjoy a cocktail on the terrace overlooking the countryside and crashing waves below. The rooms are beautifully designed and you can feel yourself relaxing as you walk down the cool corridors surrounded by the smell of eucalyptus. The robes are so comfy and invite long mornings cuddled on the balcony overlooking the ocean. We had a wonderfully relaxing couples massage at the spa as well. There is a free shuttle that takes you into town to explore the sun and surf of Ericeira, and ubers are easy to catch to surrounding beaches. The pool on the property is beautiful and peaceful. The food at Immerso is absolutely a highlight. The complimentary breakfast buffet is stunning - full of fruits, pastries, fresh veggies, and delicious breads. On top of all this, you can also choose made-to-order omelets, pancakes, and other hot items. We will be dreaming about our two dinners at Immerso for years to come! The duck rice and beef cheeks were both deeply savory and flavorful and we ordered the beet salad twice! The wine pairings were stellar and brought everything together. Thank you to the entire Immerso staff for giving us a perfect honeymoon. We cannot recommend Immerso enough and wish we could have stayed longer.

Au début vous vous demandez, mais ou ai je réservé ? Hotel dans lieu isolé, quasi rien autour, mais peniche à 6mn. Hall spacieux propre accueillant… chambre très spacieuse… nickel même, mais pour ma vue mer… piscine : totale deception !!! Chambre 123 à eviter que pour cela… sauf si vs souhaitez ne pas sortir sur le balcon….déprimant ! Chouette pr des vacances… pas les photos du site pour la vue Et pour le service bar… ne soyez pas pressé… mais joli bar pr patienter

Easy to find as it is on the left side of the N9 main road from Torres Vedras in Gibraltar, & well signed. Good location for visiting the Lines of Torres Vedras, in fact you can see the River Sizandro - which was incorporated into the Lines by causing it to flood. Good parking near the rooms. The main gate is locked at night, but you will be given a code to open it. Good friendly reception staff, able to make good local recommendations and provide a street map. Good breakfast, nice coffee, range of fruit juices. Fresh croissants. Clean airy room - nice & quiet. Small but quiet swimming pool. It appears to be a popular hotel as it is full.
