Breakfast 10 out of 10! No fish, though (which isn't a must-have for me). But they had homemade granola, chia pudding with ginger and coconut flakes, every conceivable type of milk, and homemade apple compote.

The breakfast was adequate but not fabulous (especially in terms of the protein choices) - there are preserved meats like hams and sausages and the only alternative is eggs (scsrambled and hardboiled) - if you are a pescatarian, it might not work so well for you. The highlight of the buffet was likely the waffle-maker (self-service). There are various milks available for your drinks, juices, water, tea, coffee. There is limited yoghurt (plain and fruit flavours) - no skyr -, good selection of vegetables, small cheese selection. The hotel rooms are definitely dated but the size is very decent; you can open your cargo bags fully in a few areas. I like that the floors of the room aren't carpeted (at least for my room). Toilet size is generous but the shower area design is impractical - there is no door so the floor outside the shower section will definitely get wet. There are bedside sockets and lights. Window faces a rooftop (non-accessible) courtyard and other hotel room windows (you can see and maybe even talk to the people in the room facing your window I kept my window shaded and closed mostly). Staff were immensely helpful and friendly - I only regret not getting all their names to compliment them individually. The general facilities are a little older and dated. Location is pretty central (to the Aarhus Central Station (7 to 10 mins) and then a shortcut straight from the entrance of the hotel down to the shopping street (about 5 minutes). I would stay here again if required; it is centrally located and good enough.

The hotel has an excellent location in the heart of Aarhus, which makes getting around very easy. Unfortunately, the services don't live up to the prices charged. The room comfort is quite average for this price category, and cleaning isn't done daily. At this price point, you'd expect a much more rigorous service. A shame.

Delicious breakfast. Nice room and beds. We didn't get cleaning even though we had requested it at check-in.

The floor lamp wasn't working. We asked for it to be replaced, but nothing was done. Overall, we didn't find anything special about the hotel. It's unclear what we paid for.

This is my third stay here. It's located in the central district of Aarhus, and overall, the service and environment are excellent.
