Manca parcheggio. Accappatoi a noleggio a € 13 cadauno. Camere dal mobilio e arredamento da tatto. Mancanza di frigobar. Zona spa molto piccola obbligo di cuffia non menzionato al momento della prenotazione. Cena a pagamento, discreta, colazione discreta tornerei in questo albergo assolutamente no.

Il periodo un po' caotico (weekend dell' immacolata) non ha agevolato la macchina organizzativa che si è trovata un po' in affanno nella ristorazione e nella gestione dei servizi. Tutto sommato la vacanza è stata piacevole, la temperatura delle piscine ottima, la pulizia delle camere rapida ed efficiente.

Bella ubicazione della piscina esterna, che però è un po' carente di idromassaggi; la piscina interna è accogliente e con un paio di bike;; bagno turco angusto e piccola sauna comunque piacevoli; lo spogliatoio al primo piano è confortevole per chi passa una sola giornata in piscina. La camera e il bagno del nostro soggiorno erano nella media, con i materassi però eccessivamente duri per i miei gusti e, unica nota realmente dolente, mancava un frigo bar, anche se vi sarebbe stato l' alloggiamento a lato della scrivania. Nel complesso, un buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Average hotel structure, nothing special. Suitable for the elderly or old. (Like all of Abano Terme) grumpy staff not available, they can't wait for you to leave. We won't talk about the restaurant. We entered at 8.10pm and at 8.30pm they had already served 1st/2nd side dishes, drinks, dessert and coffee. They can't wait for you to leave. Food you eat better at home. At 10.05pm the bar was already closed and they no longer served. No room service after 10pm. I advise against it even to my worst enemy. I won't go back even dead. I was here on business so as I didn't pay I had to make do. Not recommended.

Overall a good experience, very clean hotel, spacious room and bathroom. Too bad the walls are not soundproof at all and you could hear everything. Furthermore, in the photos of the hotel there seemed to be a fitness area, but in reality there were only three exercise bikes next to the entrance to the swimming pool. Good breakfast with excellent quality products, pity the buffet choice was very limited. Very few hot tub stations and very overheated water, but the pool was very clean. Very small wellness area. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Today 22/4/24 just returned from the Hotel Smeraldo, room 402 left from the 70s, same breakfast. I think there is much better for the same price.

The lady at the reception is rude and arrogant. It's obviously not the right job for her. I don't recommend it!!!!!

I don't understand all the negative reviews I've read so far. We stayed three days and had an excellent impression. Perfect cleanliness, rooms a little dated but with all the comforts not to mention the excellent cuisine, everything is ok so go ahead also for the kindness of the staff. We will definitely return.

Dated but clean hotel. Indoor and outdoor pool very warm and clean. Too bad there were even small children wearing diapers and screaming. Terrible elevator....only one for 8 floors. Non-existent breakfast. Not to return as there is much better in the area

We stayed over the Christmas period and we must say that we had a very good time. The hotel is very beautiful, the swimming pool is wonderful and the food is excellent. A special thanks to Graziano for the friendliness and professionalism in the room and one to Marsida for the cleaning done in the rooms.Fam. Bettani, Maffi, Fois.

I had read negative reviews but I am traveling with Alice my little dog and booked last minute. Meanwhile, when I called I found helpful and professional people. And I'm a little annoying. The room was clean and the bathroom was comfortable. The indoor and outdoor pool larger than some other higher category hotels are very clean as is the sauna and Turkish bath. Breakfast very simple but okay and the restaurant is definitely better than other restaurants in higher category hotels. Helpful staff at the bar and I was told excellent spritzes. I only had barley and a coffee. Welcoming and peaceful environment. The lobby is beautiful. The surrounding garden is well-kept and accessible. Ample parking. It's a very decent three-star hotel. I don't understand the negative reviews at all. I'll be back.
