他の東横インと部屋は変わらないと思います。朝食が付いて6000円程度なら納得の価格です。部屋着やアメニティはロビーから必要な物を持って行く必要があるので気をつけましょう。朝食の品数は豊富ではありませんが，基本の弁当＋他の食材（味海苔，ソーセージ，焼きそば等）を持って部屋食ができます。食堂で食べることもできますが，集中するので。エレベータは1台しかありませんので結構待たされます。

網走駅真ん前　レンタカー借りるにも電車に乗るにもバスに乗るにも文句なしの立地です。 部屋は朝飯はどこのルートインんと同じ可もなく不可もなです。　コーヒーがフロントにあり24時間頂けるのはありがたい。　大浴場も小さいけどあるし遅くまで入れるのは有難いです

I just finished two nights at the Hotel Hokkai in Abashiri. The hotel is fairly dated, yet very, very typical of what you find outside Hokkaido's main cities. It is very easy to find, along HWY 39 that runs between Asahikawa and Abashiri. The room size, decor, and tiny unit bath are all typical, something I've seen too many times to count. So, in that sense, I knew what I was getting, and am ok with that. One particular thing bothered me though, and completely changed my view of this hotel. I was running late on Friday night, having driven the 350 km from Sapporo. When I made the reservation I guessed my time of arrival would be at 11 pm. I arrived at 11:55. This is how the conversation went. ”Hotel: X-san. We were wondering what happened to you. We called your house.” ”Me: You called my house? Why?” ”Hotel: Because you were late.” ”Me: What time did you call?” ”Hotel: At 11:15” ”Me: So, you called my house when I was only 15 minutes late?” ”Yes. The last train to Abashiri has already arrived and you weren't here.” ”Me. Why did you think I would take the train?” (NB: I have a Japanese driver's license and drive everywhere. Clearly they think non-Japanese don't drive here.) ”Hotel: didn't answer my question...” ”Me: You shouldn't call my house late at night because I'm running late.” ”Hotel: No one answered at your house.” ”Me: That's because most people are asleep then. It's 11 pm!” After that, he handed me my key and I went up to my room, not happy. Honestly, I lost all respect for the hotel at that point. I've been to 80+ countries and thousands of hotels and never has one called my house when I was late, let alone 15 minutes late. As a result, I won't be staying at this hotel again. I'd rather sleep in my car.

I had a very good experience while staying here. The hotel employees are accommodating, friendly, and efficient. I was in a room that faced the water and the view was beautiful. The size of the room was generous with a good use of space. I especially liked the table and built in seating area. The breakfast buffet had many options. The Onsen was nice, seemingly clean. I recommend renting a bicycle and checking out the area.

We have stayed at a few Tsuruga but usually the smaller scale ones. This is the first big hotel type we stayed, mostly because we were in Abashiri. The hotel is not lakeside. We had a Lakeview from a Tower room. It wasn't bad because there's no other buildings around so the view is wide open. We had the most bubbly lady take us up to our room. She also saw us off when we checked out. The room is nice but the unit bath is very dated which can be ok since I mostly used the public bath. The public bath can get pretty crowded and there were often many little kids. We had a special crab kaiser I dinner. Passing by the buffet dinner, the food didn't look great. The crab kaiseki was a lot of seafood. Breakfast buffet had good variety but the quality was not quite same as other Tsuruga. This hotel probably good for large groups or tours. Other Tsuruga have better food and interior not as dated.

Near to station. Traditional style hotel and old folks are working! It’s like home cooked breakfast by old folks. By the way, the room is a bit old.

オーロラ号の流氷の季節2月の連休がらみでれんばくしました。 女満別空港へのバスのアクセスはとても良いです。バス停近いコンビニも JR釧路駅までも雪の中歩ける至近距離 オーロラ号の道の駅からはタクシーでも1000円以下でした。 6階からは網走川の氷結も見えました。 素泊まりで料金はたかくなかつたです。 枕はそば枕？ではなく普通のが好き、わがまま言えば2個欲しい

โลเคชั่นใกล้เรือตัดน้ำแข็งแหละ ค่อนข้างเก่าถึงเก่ามาก ถ้าพอมีงบประมาณลองหาที่พักอื่นที่ใหม่กว่านี้ดูไม่ค่อยเวิคเท่าไหร่ ไม่มี ออนเซน ไม่มีอะไรน่าสนใจ

체크인 시간보다 한참 앞선 시간, 얼굴에 철판을 깔고 염치없게 벨을 눌렀으나 숙소의 주인분께서 생각보다 관대하게 맞이해주셨고, 상냥하게 숙소의 소개를 받을 수 있었다. 꽤 긴시간을 체류했지만 내가 워낙 게으른 인간이고, 사람과의 관계에 밝지않아 숙소의 주인분과 친해지는 과정이 그리 순조롭진 않았으나 그럼에도 불구하고 따뜻하게 나의 속도에 맞춰주듯이 천천히 이야기를 이어나갈 수 있었다. 숙소를 떠나는 날에는 나도 제법 마음이 가벼워져 이런저런 이야기를 나누었는데 그 짧은 시간이 너무나도 아쉽게 느껴질 정도로 장소와 사람에게 정이 들어있음을 느낄 수 있었다. 온정이 느껴지는 숙소의 외관, 세련된 내관, 아름다운 바깥의 풍경을 느끼고 싶지만 접근성때문에 망설여진다면 아바시리의 대부분을 500~700엔으로 이동할 수 있는 도코버스를 이용하면 되기 때문에 너무 큰 걱정을 할 필요는 없을 것 같다.
