It was my first experience at this reputated hotel. Having an administrative appointment nearby I decided to have a coffee. The team welcome me as a king and the barmaid, Ruth, was like fantastic. I can confirm she was well trained as well the botel reputation. Can't wait to come back again.

Awesome place with Luxurious experience, comfortable bed. Very clean room. This place highly recommended. The service of the employees very professional. They were always to help especially Florence. I loved their foods especially the club sandwich.

I had a fantastic experience at Movenpick Abidjan. The staff was extremely courteous and responsible, taking care of every guest, especially Ines, who was outstanding. I particularly enjoyed their evening happy hour, which is complimentary for guests staying in a specific room type.

The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, especially Ines, who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Additionally, the staff are bilingual, which made communication seamless. Overall, a wonderful experience!

The hotel is very conveniently located for business meetings in Abidjan's plateau area. The iconic cathedral is in walking distance. Banks, supermarket and restaurants are also in close proximity. Since ATMs nearby were all empty, the reception kindly changed money. Excellent service and customer orientation, all the staff do their utmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Great experience and a clear recommendation.

Great service from friendly staff. The location is great. Getting around the city is easy. This is a 5 Star hotel. Loved my stay there. Would highly recommend for both business and leisure. The meals at the restaurant are very tasty. I loved the Ice Cream as well.

Great overall hotel. The hotel food was good and more than adequate - to be excellent, the room service menu variety can be improved. The rooms were clean, and staff heplful. The gym was good, albeit with limited machines and some not working the whole week I was there.

Great staff, Nice location with Banks, Supermarket and other hotels and restaurants in close proximity. I got a bit sick one day and called the reception. They constantly called to check on me and sent herbal tea and some ginger and local leaves to help me heal. So thoughtful of the staff at the reception and kitchen

Having Movenpick hotel host our conference was a great decision. The participants were pmwased with their services, we had no regret at all. Services were top notch and staff were really nice and friendly. Special shoutouts to Christelle Alika, Tano Benoit, Stéphanie, Jozi(who supported our meeting, all the front desk staff and the restaurant staff too. The project will definitely return
