The place is very nice, clean, the room is spacious. Very convenient as it is connected directly to the mall.

Great location with a shuttle service to Yas Island. The hotel has direct access to WTC Mall, which has some good shops to explore. It's a typical business hotel with very good service.

First of all, I am shocked that this hotel has belonged to the Marriott community. This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever been to. The staff and cleaners are not clean. The mattress smells very bad. The towel storage smells, and the staff is very aggressive. They are unpolite and rude to their guests. No window has looked unhealthy. There is no oxygen. And to be honest. This is the worst experience I have ever stayed in at all the Marriott hotels. I am shocked at how Marriott can give this hotel a license to be under their name. This cannot be even a one-star hotel, and the staff should not work under the Marriott name because the parking staff and the valid parking are unpolite. They do not bring your car. They give you the key and tell you to go take your car, and they are very annoyed at the same time. The staff in the concert are unpolite. The lobby downstairs. They don’t let you sit if you’re not ordering, which is completely unacceptable and rude. I hope that people can really write their reviews about this hotel because, with full respect to Marriott, it cannot be under their name. And this management team should not even exist in that hotel.

Best hotel to stay around the World Trade Centre. Just 2 mins walk from it. Very smooth Check-in and Check-out procedure. Booked a Premier room for my family and they just loved it. Had a very good breakfast with the perfect mix of variety. Many good restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Had one day in Abu Dhabi and wanted a hotel that was centrally located near a mall with a large supermarket at an affordable price. Did not disappoint - lovely helpful staff and lots of delicious food options around.

All the staff are very accommodating and friendly always smiling. Just the smell of the hallway and room little smell’s like someone just clean and vacuumed. Ill brought my nephew for a moment and they are assisting me while carrying him

The room felt a bit dated, but thankfully it was clean and tidy. The breakfast, especially, was incredibly varied and plentiful. It's super convenient for visiting nearby attractions, as it's located right inside a mall, making dining and shopping a breeze.

Great Location, Great Service, Great Rooms

The hotel's location is great, not far from Lulu, and you can dine at the Trade Center next door.

The hotel was inexpensive, but the room had a musty smell upon check-in, probably due to its age. However, the breakfast was excellent, the service was great, and the location made it very convenient for getting around. It's definitely worth considering for a stay.

Okay stay the view should be city view but was building view un pleasant view but the lobby stuff was helpful with taxi & luggage assist however I get twice calls for check it out at 12pm & 12:15 pm while was preparing to go out.

Great location, with professional and attentive service. It offers excellent value for money compared to other hotels in the same category, and there's a shopping mall right next door.
