Overall, it was okay. The first room we were assigned was on the 16th floor and it was incredibly noisy, right below the air conditioning units. I'm not sure why they would put guests there. We called to switch rooms afterwards. I highly recommend asking for a room on a middle floor; the AC noise upstairs is really loud.

Even for a quick overnight stay, this hotel blew us away. The property was immaculate and comfortable, but the real highlight was the exceptional hospitality. A huge thank you to #Dibi, #Jean, #Femi, #Sijo, #Mr. Ikarim, and #Alihil for going completely above and beyond to make us feel like VIP guests from check-in to check-out. Their warmth and professionalism made a lasting impression in just 24 hours. We highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return!

I just enjoyed my stay, peaceful and outstanding staff. Just 1 request they did not able to provide a power extension chord I need to charge my phone and laptop near the bed.

Off-season, so the price was okay. Breakfast was decent. However, the hotel's housekeeping service was poor. Our room often wasn't cleaned by evening, and they didn't restock toilet paper or coffee. Very careless.

Very Nice stay. Location is great and had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were genuinely welcoming and quick to assist with any request. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. I would happily return and highly recommend it to others

Excellent stay. Everything was clean, quiet, and organized. The staff provided great service, and the facilities were very good. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Transited in Abu Dhabi, stayed one night at CSH it was a great experience. The team was all hospitable to offer help and services and really polite to make you feel at ease. Remember to try a restaurant called High range close to the hotel, the southern Indian flavor is an awesome food experience

Absolutely amazing! Especially during New Year's when hotel prices typically skyrocket, this one barely increased its rates, and the location is fantastic! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Abu Dhabi. Highly recommend! Seriously, no lies from a fellow Chinese traveler. **Amenities:** A bit dated, but everything is spotlessly clean. **Cleanliness:** Super clean! **Environment:** Downstairs, it's really close to Domino's, Tim Hortons, and Dunkin' Donuts! Plus, there are tons of small convenience stores.
