rasanya tinggal selama 3 hari kecuali ia tidak berakhir dengan penutupan yang baik. kakitangan yang sangat baik, perkhidmatan yang sangat bersih, hebat dan tidak perlu disebut ”Elias” dari iklan meja depan yang dia berikan kepada kami dengan perkhidmatan yang luar biasa. semuanya baik kecuali anak saya yang berusia 3 tahun melukai dirinya di kolam renang dan berakhir dengan 5 stich di hospital, ini merosakkan hari terakhir bagi kami kerana dia tidak dapat menggunakan kemudahan tersebut.

This is part of a chain with a more glamorous sister hotel in Dubai. It's a little tired compared to newer 5 star hotels in Abu Dhabi but has a pleasant lobby and beach. The pool area definitely needs upgrading in comparison with other hotels in the area. Not many facilities open at lunch time - the Sports Bar was shut so only outdoor options were at the Pool bar which had insufficient staff and seating. Our room on the 7th floor was excellent but no housekeeping! We returned to the room at 5pm to unmade bed and no fresh towels. Not what we expected for 5 star accommodation.

Gorgeous, gorgeous! The Shangri La chain never disappoints us. We stayed in the Qaryat Al Beri located on Yas Island (the other one is downtown). A beautiful large lobby in a classic symmetrical layout, the end of which spills over onto the balcony/terrace. It’s not that big, but the view onto the creek and Grand Mosque is wonderful. The level below is the infinity pool onto the creek with bar and sun loungers and to the right is a little man-made beach. ROOM Our room consisted of a large bedroom, balcony, office, dressing room, separate toilet (with toilet douche of course), separate shower room and bathroom: all in perfect circular Feng Sui as you’d expect from this Chinese hotel chain. Room had all the 5 star amenities and a full fledged minibar (crisps, chocolate cookies, nuts, local dates and various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages). The balcony was spacious and sufficiently tucked in out of the sun. We got the room with the view onto the Grand Mosque! SERVICE Excellent service as we know: the concierge went the extra mile helping me find my phone charger which they eventually found left behind in the room after checkout. FOOD Bar, buffet restaurant, room service: the whole lot. We didn’t have the breakfast as we woke up late: around midday we sat on the lobby balcony eating pizza and pastry from the bar menu. LOCATION Yas Island has *****s of resort hotels of which Shangri La is one. There is a ‘soukh’ mini local mall a stone throw away but we stayed out and relaxed in the hotel’s public areas

Excellent hotel for long stay. The entire staff is great. They’re attentive, friendly, welcoming and professional. The restaurant staff are consistently excellent. Room cleaning staff is among the best I’ve had. Irvan has always exceeded expectations, and is an excellent addition to the entire staff.

Thanks guys for your hospitality! Everything was amazing! Thanks to guys from reception, waiters in The Grill, in main restaurant and poolside snack bar. Power of this place is in people who works there! Pool is big and beautiful, u can find there a lot of drinks and Shisha as well! We’ve requested for Kingsize bedroom but they had only higher price room available, and they kindly upgraded us for free! My baby was happy and we are happy too!

Great value for the price. Taxi to-from Yas Island cost about 50-70 AED one way, hotel itself is well maintained, breakfast was really nice with variety of choices, rooms quiet but not silent, very nice restaurant at the ground floor.
