Ia sangat dekat dengan lapangan terbang, dan saya mempunyai sedikit pengalaman. Terima kasih atas kesabaran anda. Terdapat banyak tempat letak kereta, tetapi nampaknya terdapat banyak kereta, dan bufet hotel tidak begitu lazat.

We stayed in the Conrad Etihad Towers for 3 nights. The room layout including bathroom and especially the bed are all very comfortable. Even though the hotel is already 12 years old, the room looked like new and the lobby is one of the biggest and most beautiful I have ever seen. Amenities like water, tea & coffee are well stocked. The staff of reception, housekeeping and the F&B dept are very well trained, friendly and professional. The high service level gives you a welcoming feeling. Our overall experience was very good, but some improvement should be done on the beach side/bar staff. - A lot of sun umbrellas are broken, but still on the beach which makes it difficult to find a working one. - The towels could do with a replacement. - The staff on the beach side is not pro active and hard to find (they must have a good hiding place somewhere). You have to do everything yourself. - Tonight we were looking forward to a relaxing drink at the beach bar, but when we arrived at 07.40 PM the bar tender told us the bar was closed and we had to go to the Vakava restaurant for a drink, which we didn’t want as we were not dressed for the occasion. When I shared my understanding that the bar opening times was at least until 8 PM, he was so kind to poor us a drink. We noticed other people got chips and nuts, but 3 nights in a row there were only olives for us. - It looks like there is lack of management on the beach side. - The beach area is not well cleaned, because we saw a lot of cigarette butts and plastic garbage. We would like to thank the rest of the staff for the pleasant stay!

Actually I think to leave the bad feedback for this hotel because of some things, I was expecting from this hotel, when I came with my mom i suddenly felt like the hotel doesn’t match with pictures in reality of this hotel and I was trying to cancel my booking but the trip come had some policy and the guy in reception was so polite and professional he change my room with very nice room with balcony face to the beach, my mom love that room and I change my mind. When we start to leave for few days I realize that it’s really nice hotel, people are polite and very respectful, always smiling and trying their best, the buffet was excellent, thank you chef for cooking delicious meal and we love that, we enjoyed a lot with my mom, breakfast amazing very fresh food and clean!!!! The room was very clean and the workers were very friendly and polite especially Mohammed was cleaning my room 514 he very friendly and so respectful with shining eyes!!!! My Mom love that place we enjoyed a lot and security was helpful and respectful!!!! Thank you guys we enjoyed a lot!!!! I would love to come back again maybe next time🥰特别感谢您们！服务特别棒！下次再来！

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff, easy to travel to the beach and malls. Local places to eat are fab.

Really great staff and building just a little far from beaches and things but a short walk from a big shopping market. Nice pool and massages and spa and roof top sheesha. Highly recommended

八星酒店，設施等等硬件自然沒得說，這裏就不贅述了。主要點評下軟件—服務： 首先不管是誰，衹要進門就得安檢，如果手裡拿着很多東西就會比較麻煩。第一天碰到的安檢羣組，大多感覺凶神惡煞似的，態度也不友好，我以為安檢人員就需要這種德行呢，結果第二天的羣組相比起來則奈斯很多。 辦理入住時，前台的女士很商務，完全不像有些星級酒店那樣周到熱情（不知是否就是他們的企業文化？）對酒店也沒多做介紹，衹給了我們一張地圖，然後帶我們去房間，中間衹是大概指了下早餐餐廳的位置，就一路無話了。結果我因為沒顧上研究地圖，以至於現在回來翻看別人的評論才知道原來可以免費騎駱駝，免費坐車參觀酒店全貌，以至於我在樓下的游泳池從早到晚盲目刷了好幾遍。。 其實該酒店還是有符合八星服務水準的人員，比如住客區看門的，見你不方便會主動幫你刷卡開門，還有門口那位兩米多高的門童，雖然麪相猛一看有點可怕，但實際比上述光鮮亮麗的前台人員服務還熱情，不光勤奮地做好自己本職工作，還會時不時周到地照顧好等着提車客人的情緒，如果沒有他們，這八星真應該要拿下去幾顆星了。

كل الشكر و التقدير لموظف الاستقبال السيد / السادات الذي قام باستلام حجزي و حال المشكلة التي تسبب فيها موظف الاستقبال اخر عن تسجيل الدخول. نحن مجموعة عوائل و لدينا  14 غرفة و قد طلبت من الفندق قبل اسبوع من موعد الوصول بالتنسيق لجعل الغرف كلها بنفس الطابق و عند وصولي للموظف لتسجيل الدخول ابلغني الموظف / (ط) بان جميع الغرف بطابق واحد و فيما بعد بدء بتوزيع الغرف على عدة طوابق و جلسنا ما يقارب الساعة و نص بجدال مع الموظف و المحاولة بجعل الغرف بطابق واخد ولكن بسبب ادائه  البطيئ جدا كانت احد صعوبات بجعل الغرف بنفس الطابق. عندها حضر السيد /  سادات و بدون اي مبالغة قام بحل المشكلة في ظرف 20 دقيقة و جعل الغرف (14 غرفة) كلها بطابق واحد. كل الشكر مرة اخرى للسيد / سادات و هذا ان يدل فيدل بان الرجل متمكن و يعرف مهامه الوظيفية بشكل صحيح و كيف يتعامل مع النزلاء و يلبي رغبة النزلاء و يسعى لتوفير اقامة سعيدة للنزلاء. فيما يخص الموظف الاستقبال الاخر اتمنى من ادارة الفندق تكثيف من برامج تاهيل لموظفيها في كيفية التعامل مع النزلاء و سرعة الاستجابة و حل المشاكل و العمل على توفير اقامة سعيدة للنزلاء. الى السيد / سادات جميع افراد الاسرة يشكرونك على توفيرك الاقامة سعيدة لهم.

We lived in this hotel for 8 months from Oct 2021-June 2022 and left to move to Singapore with my husbands job, and we were so sad to leave but knew that we would return one day. Fast forward to 14 months later and we found ourselves back living in beautiful Abu Dhabi and there was only one place we wanted to stay, and that’s the Al Maha Arjaan! When we walked back through the door to reception we knew instantly that we were home again! I cannot believe how everyone remembered us after all this time! We were welcomed back by our Rotana family and we have been back for 2 months already and coming back here was the best decision we have made. Everything is as we remember, beautiful rooftop pool and fantastic gym and spa, wonderful 302 cafe with their amazing food and service and then there is the gorgeous room with the biggest windows, natural light, most comfortable gigantic bed and wonderful neutral decor that makes this place so beautiful and relaxing. We chose to stay in the Spacious studio because there is just the 2 of us and it’s huge! We have so much space to relax or work and we love coming back to this room everyday and just feeling like we have returned home. Besides all of the fantastic amenities we have here, the absolute best part of this hotel are all the staff! Every single one of them feels like a family member and are so genuinely warm and welcoming to us every time we pass through reception everyone smiles and waves and asks how we are and it’s honestly the real reason why we came back to stay here long term. All the guys and girls at reception, valet, lifeguards, spa staff, room attendants (who leave our room beautiful and immaculately clean everyday) and behind the scenes management and staff are kind, helpful and warm and we couldn’t thank you all enough for your hospitality to us. Special thanks for Girley and Mary Ann for assisting us so much with all the paperwork we had to put together for our residency visas, you were so kind and patient with us during all of our requests and we are forever grateful for your support and assistance. Thanks once again for making us feel so at home!
