The service was fast and amazing. The rooms were clean and up to high standards, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family my experience was beyond amazing thank you for your amazing service

Staff was super supportive and friendly. They go beyond the call of duty to make your stay comfortable. the location is great, secure and easily accessible. However, the street front of the facility could do with more lighting. I passed the hotel a few times in a taxi before I realized where it was. The unit was very clean and well maintained

The bed is neatly dressed every morning. Everything was in order. Pipe was flowing 24/7. Serene living environment. Excellent cuisines. Beautiful paintings on the walls. Super duper pool. Well resourced gymn. Lovely hotel staff. Elevators in working state.

Everything is perfect except the tap is faulty, telephone is not working, the wifi is working. The bed is too soft. Do not disturb, yet the housekeeping Rep went inside, I like the team work of the staffs and the water provided in the room should be increased,

It was just Perfect. The location is excellent. The staff was very dedicated, everybody was very helpful and available. The apartments are very comfortable, big and clean The internet worked very well and allowed to work perfectly. An experience to repeat

Service from Mr Albert was very horrible and uncalled for .Mu sisters husband booked a 3 night stay for her and due to an emergency she decided to spend one night and pay cash but Mr Albert refused and asked security not to allow her step out.The worst part is she wanted to speak to him and he turned her down asking who she is why does she want to speak to him..luckily the receptionist called someone else and he agreed for her husband to pay two night .we just checked out 10am because of yesterday’s issue .very poor communication skills from Mr Albert

Excellent services, very clean environment. Amazing services and security is a top notch. Will be back and definitely a place i will always recommend. Amazing picture scenes, gym and pool always clean. Rooms cleaned and organized daily.

Mr Danies (The Concierge Manager) was excellent according to my experience. Mrs Roda and the rest of the crew was excellent. The food was very good and has a good taste. Security was excellent as well as comfort. Only challenges goes with the room phone calls and some few appliances. I look forward to come back again once I'm in Ghana.
