Amazing hotel.rooms lovely and clean.its a very quiet hotel and feels so relaxed.staff are lovely and very friendly.its really nice to sit and have your coffee in the morning.we were in room 108 but some of the rooms have a pool at an additional cost.we are looking forward to going back. The breakfast is really nice but dont expect the bacon you usually have or fried eggs.but theres loads of choice for food.we bought our own cups and took them down to breakfast each morning which saved a trip to the coffee machine.also you get free cats at breakfast aswell.😁 which we didnt mind. There was no problem round the pool always got a sunbed.we didnt have the joylife experience so cant coment.but an overall lovely stay.

Good hotel, rooms clean and well equipped with fridge, kettle, hairdryer. Bathroom small and had a tendency to flood as the drain couldn’t cope with the shower. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Staff always very polite and helpful. There are lights going up to the hotel so no problems going back after dark. Only issue for us was the sun beds. The beanbag ones got very hot and were difficult to get on & off. The mattress ones were just on the floor so far to low down. It would be a big improvement if there were proper good quality adjustable beds and more parasols as there was enough beds but not enough with parasols. We travelled with Tui and the minibus from the airport took just over an hour and took us right up to the hotel.. however coming back they wanted to pick us up nearly 6hrs before our flight for a 3hr transfer even though it was advertised as a one hour transfer. The hotel were very helpful and booked us a taxi. Thanks to everyone at Mr & Mrs Whites we had a great holiday & will hopefully return.

What a beautiful and peaceful resort. Its simple pure white buildings and creative decor with fabulous lighting really does make you feel in a 5* luxury hotel. Its a 5 minute walk into Arachavi and 15minutes from the beach. Breakfast served on the terrace every morning was a big variety. Something for all tastes. We didnt really need to eat again till teatime. The rooms - we had the basic one had ample space and ours had abalcony facing north west so we had great evening sun. Room 102 to 108 all face this direction. Have to say a special thank you to maria who was there on hand at the pool bar area from 12 to 8 every day she was lovely always "on it" and the a shining example of what customer service should be. We hope she continues her hospitality tourist career she would make great trainer for others. Cleanliness 100% could not fault it. Plenty of clean towels beds n pool towels every day. Great parking if you are taking a car. We did and the bays from archaravi around the north east of the island gave us a different beach every day. Some secluded and some with facilities. You dont need a car there is everything in acharavi included buses around the island as cheap as 3 euros. Plenty of great restaurants our fav was woodys by the sea and the pumphouse. We also liked the Taverna closest to the hotel. Voyage prive bookings have all inclusive beer local wine and soft drinks so this was a nice bonus. And a small snack from 4 to 6. WIFI was great inthe room, terraces and pool area. Our only gripe was the designer bean bag beds were difficult to get out of we are 57 and 64 and not great for reading on as there was no real head rest. The chair bean bags were better but then not good if you wanted to lay out on your tummy. Im hoping this is something taken into account next season. Thank you so much for a beautiful holiday. Everything was great we will certainly look at the chain of hotels for the future. X

Perfect for a couples holiday. All areas of the hotel were very clean and staff that were very friendly and professional. Great pool and very close to local restaurants and bars. Excellent breakfast Thank you

Touted as a luxury couples retreat. Couples is the only accurate part. Gripes: 1. No proper sunloungers. Grubby bean bags 2. Breakfast so-so 3. Snack bar doesn't open until 3.30pm 4. The hot tub in our "honeymoon suite" was stuck round the corner, with no lighting and facing a forest of bamboo. Heaven for mozzies. Avoid room 505. 5. Bar was never open at night after coming back from a meal 6. No staff on site at night or security 7. No fire evacuation instructions or extinguishers. Worrying in a wooden building Good points: 1. Room itself was very nice and cleaned well 2. Bed was VERY comfortable 2. Staff very friendly 3. Pool was lovely (but steps needed mending at deep end) Unfortunately not worth the money. Either reduce prices to reflect what is on offer or money needs to be spent to justify their prices. Acharavi itself is a no nonsense working town but people very friendly

Dirty and mouldy grout in shower cubicle along with rusty old fittings. Handle missing on desk drawer, dirty marks on white furniture and door handle. Balcony never swept during 2 week stay. Dirty cushions on chairs in breakfast area and food crumbs under cushions. Toaster doesn't seem to have been cleaned or emptied of crumbs for ?? Bean Bags around the pool grubby, mouldy and damp. Outside steps grubby and not swept. Has potential to be the Luxury Hotel they claim to be, staff friendly enough, maybe not enough of them to keep up with basic standards expected when you spend the amount of money we spent on our holiday. Location good.

Hmmmm, we never felt so detached from a hotel as this one. We slept there and had breakfast. Had one drink at bar on first night. The red wine was not good. That was it. We went to the beach every day. There was no way we were going to sunbathe on the horrible sun loungers. Yuk! The look dirty - all the sun cream and sweat! Trying to be trendy, but soooo off putting. Breakfast was ok - nothing to rave about. We were there for the opening of breakfast, but still eggs and bacon not hot. Went to Roda beach just down the road - lovely. Went to Sidari by bus. Nice place, but very busy. Roda was our fav. When we were on Acharavi beach we sunbathed on the beds in front of Woodys restaurant. Great people - so friendly and no pressure at all to buy drinks, but we did. We will definitely return to Acharavi. Loved the town - it’s a working town so very real. People fantastic and great restaurants. Lovely staff at Mr & Mrs White, but next time we will stay in hotel / apar**ent on the beach.

A beautiful place that sadly lacks inves**ent and attention to detail. The complaints from former reviewers about leaking showers and poor maintenance of pool areas and cleanliness of sun loungers are unfortunately true and are relatively easy fixes. The Joy Life package is a poor value extra. On a positive note the aircon is good and The White Bar on White Beach is an example of what good customer service should look like.

This hotel has great potential which the owners seem reluctant to work with. The staff are friendly and helpful but are being let down by the poor facilities. The grounds are well kept and the pool is excellent except for the grubby and uncomfortable bean bags around it. Apparently the owners are reluctant to change the concept which was architect planned. We suggest the architect and owners try seeing the state these bean bags are in at end of season and how difficult it is to relax on them considering many guests when we were there we well over 50 not young teenagers. They are losing a large potential income from people staying by pool all day and buying drinks, lunch etc. The rooms need a spruce up and individual bedside lights would be a bonus along with incorporating the handbasin area into the bathroom. It is touted as a luxury hotel for a couples retreat but beg to differ , it is simply a basic 3 star at best. Despite these moans we had a really good holiday with some excellent meals out. Best recommendation for beach is The White Restaurant which has best beds and great host in Spiros. Best restaurants we found were Odysseus and Theritas. Pump house is always busy but we did not find it always served best food. Loved the town but sadly will not be returning to this hotel unless great improvements made quickly.
