■予約 ヤフートラベルで、【2食付】牛のステーキがメイン！「麗（うるわし）会席」プラン（2名～団体様まで）というプランで予約して伺いました。 - ■立地・周りの環境 ちょうど温泉街の中心になる感じなのでしょうか。目の前に川が流れています。 - ■駐車場 車寄せの横が広い青空駐車場です。 - ■外観 立派な外観、立派な建物です。 - ■お迎え 入口にお迎えの女性の方が親切に対応してくれました。 - ■ホテル内（ロビー、廊下、販売機、レストラン、大浴場） ロビーは広くきれいです。廊下も広いです。自動販売機、売店もあります。 レストランは一階にありました。広くてきれいです。 大浴場は一階と最上階にありました。最上階の大浴場はいきませんでした。 一階の大浴場は内風呂と露天風呂3種類がとてもよかったです。 - ■室内（眺望、広さ、ベッド、風呂、アメニティ、パジャマ） 川が見える部屋でした。眺望は山と川が見えてとてもいいです。 広さも問題ありません。布団は薄い感じでした。少し古い布団という感じでした。 部屋にも風呂がありましたが、利用しませんでした。アメニティ、パジャマも揃っています。 - ■夕食 とても美味しかったです。親切、丁寧なスタッフさんが多いです。 - ■夜食 特に食べませんでした。 - ■朝食 とても美味しく満足です。 - ■接客、サービス ともて丁寧で、スタッフの皆さんしっかりしていて、若い方が多い印象でした。外国人の方もしっかりしていました。 - ■会計 宿泊代はネットで前会計で便利でした。現地の会計も明朗会計でした。 - ■お見送り しっかりしています。手作りアクセサリーをいただきました。素晴らしい。 - ■売店・その他 - ランク点数 1.ラグジュアリー（最高級、豪華） 2.ハイエンド（高級）100点 3.ミドル（中級） 4.エコノミー（普通） 5.バジェット（低料金） 6.バジェット以下（低料金）

We stayed here one night at the end of a walk along the Nakasendo way from Magome to Tsumago. The hotels shuttle bus picked us up. It’s about 20 minutes drive. I was given a choice of yukata to wear, but not my husband (as if he cared anyway!) We had a Japanese style room with a small balcony and after a delicious dinner in our own little dining cubicle, we came back to our room to find futons laid out on the floor. We didn’t try the onsen and unfortunately the private onsen was fully booked until 10pm. Breakfast was also Japanese cuisine. The serving staff were delightful. There is a guest lounge where you can help yourself to tea and coffee and newspapers. We were driven to the train station after breakfast. I’m not sure what other activities are available if you were to stay longer. One slight negative- the ensuite bathroom in our room was a bit dated. Overall, it was a great experience.

很舒服的酒店，雖然不大卻很舒適，御宿連鎖系列酒店，必有大浴室，這家的雖然不大但也可以泡的舒服，畢竟人也少，中津川這住宿好選擇不多，這家是可以嘗試的。距離車站不算遠，步行可到，周圍交通購物都不遠，打開谷歌都能看見，為了走全中山道馬籠到南木曾連住2天，很方便，附近有家大生活超市，1樓有家小蛋糕櫃枱很驚艷！一起推薦了。

Despite the language barrier, Ito-san's attentive nature and willingness to go above and beyond to assist me in navigating the area made a significant difference in my stay. Her use of Google Translate to communicate with us was impressive and demonstrated her dedication to providing top-notch service. I was thoroughly impressed with her professionalism, positive attitude, and exceptional customer service skills, which were evident in every interaction I had with her. Her talent is remarkable, and I hope that your hotel will continue to support and develop her professionally. nice simple hotel, good and quiet, adequate facilities, recommend for travel

This Ryokan was perfectly situated: very near the station but not too close. What I loved about this Ryokan was that it was a modern, chic version of an old Japanese Ryokan. My room was light, fresh and spacious. The Ryokan was new, 2 years old, so it had the mod cons whilst being very aware of being eco friendly. As to be expected in Japan it was spotlessly clean and the staff were incredibly attentive. Although not fluent in English, they made every attempt to communicate through Google translate etc. I felt very welcomed here. I highly recommend this Ryokan and would definitely return.
