Best Western Hotel Santa Caterina has a favoured panoramic position in the baroque town of Acireale. Acireale is famous for its churches, more than one hundred, for La Timpa natural reserve, and for the six fishing villages, where, thanks to several fish restaurants and lounge bars, the atmosphere at night is particularly warm. Santa Caterina Hotel has been realized in 2006, realising 23 rooms, all with private bathroom, 32 inch television and parquet floor, form the restoration of an old tannery. The spectacular sea view, enjoyable form the common areas and from the majorly of the rooms, is a plus for our Guests. An outdoor pool, immersed in a green area, with sunbeds and sunshades, and with a snack bar service available during the summer, completes our offering. At night, our restaurant Aquadelferro, that is part of Slow Food Chefs Alliance, proposes a menu with local receipts and a wine list with more than 150 Sicilian references, with a particular attention to Etna wines. Other peculiarities are the closeness to the highest active European volcano, Etna, and to the Fontanarossa Airport that is only 20 kilometers away.
