The pictures of the toilet published online are not accurate. Some parts of the hotel are underconstruction. The pool is very good. All reception stuff don't speak english, it was very hard to communicate.

Hotel is old. The facilities are old. Staff are friendly to come to room to help fix the broken facilities n restoring the hot water supply for showering. Located in old city centre therefore it’s very convenient but also very noisy

Absolutely awful…. Had to cancel due to emergency illness and they rudely took no notice and didn’t even consider the situation. Continued to charge for full amount which did not help our situation as we were in another country and lost our flights too. NOT WHAT IS EXPECTED FROM A HOTEL OF YOUR STANDARD. Would expect a little better CUSTOMER CARE AND CONSIDERATION

The hotel was fine I mean it was really cold we were freezing at night and the breakfast was really bad I didn't like it had nothing only the soup was good and when we were getting our room the man wrote the paper wrong,I well give it three stars I wont recommend to stay here again if I come back to adana

Pretty bad. The room is long overdue a major renovation. Lobby was kinda nice.

All is very nice But no have Menemen from Breakfast. Herşey çok iyiyidi. Ama kahvaltıda menemen olamamasıntam bir hüsrandı bizim için.

The rooms are terrible, very old, there is no air conditioning, it is very hot, it needs to be renewed urgently, it is a shame, the Ministry of Tourism should inspect this place.
