I had a wonderful stay at the hotel on my first trip to Addis. The friendliness of all the staff, the huge respect shown to me as a guest, whether it was in getting a lift, having coffee, working out in the gym, or eating at the restaurant. The attention to service was quite exceptional. I make special mention here of Abel at the front desk. I travel quite a bit but i can easily say that his service was the best i have encountered in my 30 years of travel. He offered advice, suggested things to make my stay better, and ensured that whatever requirements i needed were addressed. He was exceptional. Deep thanks to him. I would return just for the service and friendliness of the hotel staff (outside of the great amenities and services) - my stay was like being a member of a hotel family and made going to work in Addis for the 5 days i was there infinitely easier and meaningful.

Upon arriving the reception staff greeted me with smiles like a long lost family member. The appartment was amaizing, well designed with more than enough plug points and all the appliances you can think off, most I didn't even use. But the best part of the stay is not the amaizing food and drinks it was the friendliness of the staff, they made my 2 week stay feel like home and I am sad to leave. I will devinitely recommend this hotel, it is simply the best I've stayed in in Africa, and I've been to a lot! Wish there was 6 stars!

A nice hotel with amenities (hot water supply, bed comfort,Wi-Fi) in good shape. Also you can relax in the pool or enjoy the on-site spa. Room rate is significantly lower than other big name hotel brands in Addis Ababa.

I stayed at Holiday Hotel from 22 to 29 December. The staff were phenomenal. Many amenities to include airport shuttle, free breakfast, room service, laundry service, and a wonderful restaurant and bar. The room was clean and had modern amenities. Bed was very comfortable. I was treated so well for my short time there. If someone wants to support small business while getting all of the perks of a chain hotel, I recommend Holiday Hotel.

The experience at Best Western Dynasty Premier was excellent. The conference rooms were classy and we didn't have any interruptions. The meals during the conference were also yummy. I also had a good stay courtesy of the wonderful and cordial staff and amazing rooms. I can't wait to come back again. This is a good place to be. I d definitely recommend it to my friends and family

The front desk and cleaners here were so nice. Very pleasant every single day! Plus the room was super clean and well organized for a weeks stay for me 😁

Very excellent hotel, the location is great, very clean from inside and outside. I hope they get a better system of knowing that travellers are coming, and while all booking are done online, plus paid. Asking for confirmation number, is a great way to start. I’m not writing this review to say anything bad about this hotel, but I have been in a very smaller hotel than this, and they automatically know that I have a confirmation, and booking has been done. Meanwhile, the biggest hotel they should know quickly than that. I love the stuff they are very great. I love the breakfast, but with the price of the rooms, I think that breakfast should be included in the rooms. I really appreciate the generosity. I Also, look forward in the future stay there. I had an amazing stay at TH-bonerosl hotel From the moment i arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and hospitality. The room was beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. The breathtaking view was an unexpected delight. The hotel's amenities, including the spa and gem. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was memorable. I can't wait to return and experience the exceptional service once again.

I stayed in Hotel Lobelia for a total of 5 nights during 3 separate times in July. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10min drive from Bole international airport, & a free hotel airport shuttle is provided. This was perfect for me as I had to fly in & out of Addis Ababa a couple of times as I traveled around Ethiopia. Besides being close to the airport, the hotel is also very close to many other establishments, such as restaurants, cafes, shops, mall, etc. There is also an ATM just outside the hotel lobby so this was extra convenient. The 3 different rooms I stayed in during my 3 separate stays were all spacious, satisfactory, & clean. The bed was quite comfortable, & the wifi worked well in the room. There was also a separate seating area. A menu for the restaurant, as well as all the services offered by the hotel are also conveniently provided on the desk in the room. The bathrooms are quite small, however, and can use some upgrades, but overall it was fine, and the hot water shower was great. On one of my stays, I did end up getting upgraded to one of the suites, which was a very big room with a very big bathroom. They serve a buffet breakfast which typically included traditional Ethiopian dishes, and sometimes eggs & pancakes, in addition to toast, fruits, juices, coffee, & tea. Besides breakfast, food is available all day at their restaurant, as well as room service. The food at the restaurant is quite good so I did eat here a couple of times. Laundry service was also good – I dropped it off just before 8:30am & got it back just after lunch. They also have luggage storage, which I used to store my big backpack, while I traveled to other parts of Ethiopia with just a small backpack. The overall service is really good here; plus, all the staff, from the reception to the restaurant to the shuttle service, are really nice, friendly, & accommodating. There was always someone to answer any questions and provide any assistance needed, which I really appreciated. This hotel is definitely good value for a short stay in Addis Ababa with easy access to the airport.

Great location, very nice room. Clean a little on top when it come for rates but it stands for it
