Best hotel in town I recommend who want to stay in hotel this is the best experience we have. The price also very affordable.The room is so clean and the staffs also very corporative. At the morning we had a delicious breakfast. Finally I would like to say thank you for all the good hospitality. Keep it up.

Fist time in the Hyatt Regency Addis Ababa. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel welcome. Registration was fast and easy, no queues with plenty of staff to help. In fact all staff were approachable and very willing to assist. Room was adequate, clean and well serviced daily. I will be staying again in the same hotel. Highly recommended.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Residence apartment hotel for 16 days, and I can confidently say that it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk lead, Massresha, and his colleagues. Their hospitality and attentiveness were truly remarkable, and they made our stay all the more enjoyable. Massresha, in particular, was a standout member of the hotel staff. He was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He was always available to answer any questions we had and offered helpful recommendations for things to do and see in the local area. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The daily housekeeping service was exceptional, and we were always impressed by the attention to detail shown by the staff. Overall, our stay at The Residence was truly unforgettable, and that's all thanks to Massresha and his colleagues. We appreciate all their hard work and dedication to making our stay a memorable one. We look forward to returning to this hotel in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the area.

The customer service was very poor. There was black mold growing above my shower. Overall this hotel presents a nice front but when you get beyond the facade of nicety you find a slum lord mentality. It is true that when you make a customer happy they probably won't say anything but when you treat them poorly they will tell the world... Well that is true here. I had a legitimate complaint and was told there was no managers on duty that could address it. Out of trying to solve my issue the front desk apparently called the ”owners son” who was to be consulted in case of no managers being available. He offered to give me ”free services” next time I came to the hotel knowing full well I was about to fly out and would not be back. I had asked for at least a partial refund or some kind of compensation which he refused.

Saya tinggal di sini selama hampir sebulan. Pengalaman minggu pertama adalah malang kerana saya terpaksa melakukan kuarantin selama 7 hari dan bilik tidak selesa. Ia tidak sebersih mungkin sama sekali. Tingkap itu tidak mempunyai cahaya yang menjadikannya sangat sukar untuk bekerja dalam talian, terutamanya apabila anda mengadakan mesyuarat dan mesyuarat video harian. Bilik itu sangat sangat sejuk dan tiada pemanas. Beberapa lampu juga tidak berfungsi, kilat boleh dipertingkatkan. Ini menjejaskan kerja saya Pembinaan bertentangan dengan tingkap agak menyeramkan kerana ia mencuri semua cahaya semula jadi dan ia kelihatan agak menakutkan. Pada minggu pertama, saya diberitahu maklumat yang berbeza oleh kakitangan yang berbeza yang mengelirukan. Malangnya keputusan COVID saya lewat, yang menyebabkan saya terpaksa melanjutkan penginapan saya untuk dua hari akan datang. Walau bagaimanapun kakitangan memohon maaf dan pengurus secara peribadi menghubungi saya beberapa kali. Pernah saya ingin minum di restoran/bar dan pelayan memberitahu saya perlu minum di dalam bilik saya. Kemudian saya melihat orang lain minum di bar. Mereka harus berkomunikasi antara satu sama lain atau dengan pengurus untuk melihat perkara yang dibenarkan atau tidak. Kakitangan harus lebih banyak berkomunikasi antara satu sama lain untuk pemahaman yang lebih baik supaya mereka boleh memberitahu pelanggan perkara yang sama dan tidak berbeza. Kakitangan harus faham bahawa kadang-kadang Jika pelanggan berasa tertekan, anda perlu mengakuinya dan tidak memberi alasan. Mungkin kerana COVID, kemudahan hotel yang lain telah ditutup kerana saya diberitahu bar di tingkat 9 ditutup, tiada spa, kedai barang kemas dan cenderahati ditutup, gim tidak boleh diakses. Lokasi di lokasi yang sempurna di Bole, berhampiran dengan restoran dan kafe. Terdapat kafe Infiniti betul-betul di sebelah hotel yang hebat. Secara keseluruhan, saya rasa kakitangannya ramah dan membantu dan cuba membantu apabila mereka boleh. Beberapa kakitangan adalah lebih baik dan benar-benar meyakinkan seperti seorang kakitangan di meja depan yang membantu saya menukar ke bilik baru dan mengarahkan saya ke pusat membeli-belah Edna dan membantu dengan pengangkutan dan lain-lain. Saya berharap untuk kembali tidak lama lagi dan saya akan tinggal di sini lagi apabila saya kembali ke Addis.

I mostly come to best western plus friday and Saturdays, super enjoyable Live Band with great variety of musician, Best service once you visit this place when you visit the 2day time all staffs will treat you as one of family memeber with Care. Last saturday i enjoyed Mesay teferas performance and The manager with grace called Chalechiw if spell it correctly i mate him around the entrance He has amaizing eyes to make sure everyone is get the service, assigning teams, I 100% recommend this place to take care your weekend.

I have stayed at Cassiopeia for five weeks. Compared to many four - and five-star hotels I stayed at in Addis Ababa, I would rank Cassiopeia top on my list when it comes to comfort, most amazingly friendly staff, and the overall environment. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. If there is any issue, just call the front desk. You will be surprised by the speed they take care of things. Above everything else, their politeness is amazing. I have to express my special thanks to the manager, Alaye. He is the most humble and friendly person. The breakfast buffet is also excellent. If you prefer something else, just tell the staff at the kitchen and they will gladly get it for you. The chef is another amazing and pleasant person, and he always offers to make you omelets. And when you say yes, his face brightens with happiness. Note that there is no swimming pool or spa. However, there is a small gym on the sixth floor, with well planned machines, and I used it almost on a daily basis. Thank you all for making my stay comfortable and memorable.

Very nice place. Very homely people and the staff is really good and very cooperative for foreigners, especially I would like to recommend the service by David David bar supervisor- the bar supervisor and Teddy, okay. Miki is very good person in serving the best cocktails in the world. I enjoyed, and I had a great time as they made me feel at home.
