Hotel berhampiran Ethio America, Addis Ababa

Great place, lovely staff. Very helpful, friendly and super sweet. The rooms are great, clean and spacious. The bar at the ground floor has a great selection of food and drinks. The gym has sufficient materials. I wish there was more outside area, but that is just the nature of Addis Ababa. Next time staying here again.

This hotel is the type that once you found it you will return to, any time you are in town. The staff are so warm, making any issue disappear, giving advice about your visit and always there for a friendly chat or to play with our child in the foyer. The rooms are super clean, great beds, hot water and internet that is always there. It's close to the airport and a taxi ride away from most of the major attractions in the city. Locally their are some nice restaurants, shopping area and plenty of coffee shops. Just want to thanks all the staff for their welcome and hospitality once again, you all made our trip that much more special.

On May 24th, 2024. We planned to do our family wedding venue place in Check In Hotel. It really was a standout out for us of several wedding venues we went so far we found check in hotel to be one of the most incredible venue ever. The foods was very delicious, savory, heavenly and mouthwatering I have to give a big of applause to Chef Mesfin and Chef Teshome, they really did serve amazingly. They were fast and looking to the dishes that ran out but within a blink of an eye they rush to make everything full. Especially to chef Mesfin OMG wow..he was really well orientated about what we want for the food and he delivered them perfectly cooked and in a spectacular way with being careful. The venue hall is so big and lovely as well the bathroom are so clean and chic everything was so great. I would love to thank the waiters as well Tsion and Abebech for servicing our guests in such mannered way and shout out to Abel the F&B controller for being very attentive listener and on point even Alemshet as well though he is a bit stiff but I can understand why he also happens to be an excellent worker. And none of this wouldnt happen if it weren't for the fabulous Rahel Assefa the marketing manager. She made us felt like home and really really did show us moreover she actually gave us an idea of how we can run our plans with decor venue. She really did shine us through her magical works. So I really do recommend to stop going on the city to find a wedding venue and head straight to CHECK IN Hotel right to Rahel and book your venue there. The standard of hotel is like a five-star-hotel, but the price is not like this. If you are looking for a hotel with a lot of comfort for a suitable price, you will find it here. All kind of service is available, staff is very friendly and engaged to deliver service. The location is not at much far from center. In the surroundings you find all kind of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. But no need to go, all this you will find inside of hotel. Of cause, I will come again.

Saya tinggal di sini selama hampir sebulan. Pengalaman minggu pertama adalah malang kerana saya terpaksa melakukan kuarantin selama 7 hari dan bilik tidak selesa. Ia tidak sebersih mungkin sama sekali. Tingkap itu tidak mempunyai cahaya yang menjadikannya sangat sukar untuk bekerja dalam talian, terutamanya apabila anda mengadakan mesyuarat dan mesyuarat video harian. Bilik itu sangat sangat sejuk dan tiada pemanas. Beberapa lampu juga tidak berfungsi, kilat boleh dipertingkatkan. Ini menjejaskan kerja saya Pembinaan bertentangan dengan tingkap agak menyeramkan kerana ia mencuri semua cahaya semula jadi dan ia kelihatan agak menakutkan. Pada minggu pertama, saya diberitahu maklumat yang berbeza oleh kakitangan yang berbeza yang mengelirukan. Malangnya keputusan COVID saya lewat, yang menyebabkan saya terpaksa melanjutkan penginapan saya untuk dua hari akan datang. Walau bagaimanapun kakitangan memohon maaf dan pengurus secara peribadi menghubungi saya beberapa kali. Selepas kuarantin, saya telah dipindahkan ke bilik yang lebih baik dan bersih, yang membolehkan saya bekerja dalam talian dengan cahaya semula jadi yang baik dan kemudahan di dalam bilik. Secara keseluruhan kakitangannya ramah, saya dapat melihat chef memasak dengan langkah-langkah kebersihan dan semua orang mengamalkan kebersihan makanan, mencuci tangan dll. Cadangan : Saya meminta seseorang menelefon saya pada tengah malam dalam 7 hari pertama saya untuk mengatakan bahawa dobi sudah siap. Saya terkejut kerana masa tidak boleh diterima untuk memanggil tetamu pada masa itu. Mungkin latihan yang lebih baik perlu disediakan. Pernah saya ingin minum di restoran/bar dan pelayan memberitahu saya perlu minum di dalam bilik saya. Kemudian saya melihat orang lain minum di bar. Mereka harus berkomunikasi antara satu sama lain atau dengan pengurus untuk melihat perkara yang dibenarkan atau tidak. Kakitangan harus lebih banyak berkomunikasi antara satu sama lain untuk pemahaman yang lebih baik supaya mereka boleh memberitahu pelanggan perkara yang sama dan tidak berbeza. Kakitangan harus faham bahawa kadang-kadang Jika pelanggan berasa tertekan, anda perlu mengakuinya dan tidak memberi alasan. Mungkin kerana COVID, kemudahan hotel yang lain telah ditutup kerana saya diberitahu bar di tingkat 9 ditutup, tiada spa, kedai barang kemas dan cenderahati ditutup, gim tidak boleh diakses. Lokasi di lokasi yang sempurna di Bole, berhampiran dengan restoran dan kafe. Terdapat kafe Infiniti betul-betul di sebelah hotel yang hebat. Secara keseluruhan, saya rasa kakitangannya ramah dan membantu dan cuba membantu apabila mereka boleh. Beberapa kakitangan adalah lebih baik dan benar-benar meyakinkan seperti seorang kakitangan di meja depan yang membantu saya menukar ke bilik baru dan mengarahkan saya ke pusat membeli-belah Edna dan membantu dengan pengangkutan dan lain-lain. Beberapa kakitangan menunggu sangat ramah dan selalu bertanya bagaimana Saya dan bagaimana hari saya yang manis dan baik. Hotel ini selamat dan terjamin dengan langkah keselamatan. Pengurus juga mendaftar masuk beberapa kali dan menghantar saya secara peribadi ke lapangan terbang yang meyakinkan dan baik kepadanya. Saya berharap untuk kembali tidak lama lagi dan saya akan tinggal di sini lagi apabila saya kembali ke Addis.

Very nice place. Very homely people and the staff is really good and very cooperative for foreigners, especially I would like to recommend the service by David David bar supervisor- the bar supervisor and Teddy, okay. Miki is very good person in serving the best cocktails in the world. I enjoyed, and I had a great time as they made me feel at home.

The hotel discriminates against white people. Employees communicate harshly and irresponsibly. - transfer from the airport was not provided, although I wrote to them in the comments to the booking, on the website, by email, on the WhatsApp phone number provided. They didn’t meet me, I took a taxi at my own expense and they simply said “sorry.” - they demand payment ONLY in dollars, and they want to give change in birr, under the pretext “we have an official exchange rate.” But under the pretext of “take birr at the official rate,” they refuse to white people. One of the employees said “you should pay in dollars and take change in birr to help our country.” - there was no hot water in the room, they tried to fix it for an hour before moving me to another room. I spent half a day waiting. - cockroaches. - water is leaking from the shower - I asked for a transfer to the airport, because they didn’t meet me, they said “sorry, the transfer is only for international flights. Sorry again that we didn’t meet you.” - I paid for the last day, but since the plane was delayed, I didn’t stop. They refused to return the money, because “everything is already in the system,” but they also refused to provide a RECEIPT! Blatant lie, everything goes into your pocket! At least give me a receipt and pay your taxes! Or for the sake of a good relationship, you can return the money! Guys, I'm sorry to leave a bad review.

I stayed in Hotel Lobelia for a total of 5 nights during 3 separate times in July. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10min drive from Bole international airport, & a free hotel airport shuttle is provided. This was perfect for me as I had to fly in & out of Addis Ababa a couple of times as I traveled around Ethiopia. Besides being close to the airport, the hotel is also very close to many other establishments, such as restaurants, cafes, shops, mall, etc. There is also an ATM just outside the hotel lobby so this was extra convenient. The 3 different rooms I stayed in during my 3 separate stays were all spacious, satisfactory, & clean. The bed was quite comfortable, & the wifi worked well in the room. There was also a separate seating area. A menu for the restaurant, as well as all the services offered by the hotel are also conveniently provided on the desk in the room. The bathrooms are quite small, however, and can use some upgrades, but overall it was fine, and the hot water shower was great. On one of my stays, I did end up getting upgraded to one of the suites, which was a very big room with a very big bathroom. They serve a buffet breakfast which typically included traditional Ethiopian dishes, and sometimes eggs & pancakes, in addition to toast, fruits, juices, coffee, & tea. Besides breakfast, food is available all day at their restaurant, as well as room service. The food at the restaurant is quite good so I did eat here a couple of times. Laundry service was also good – I dropped it off just before 8:30am & got it back just after lunch. They also have luggage storage, which I used to store my big backpack, while I traveled to other parts of Ethiopia with just a small backpack. The overall service is really good here; plus, all the staff, from the reception to the restaurant to the shuttle service, are really nice, friendly, & accommodating. There was always someone to answer any questions and provide any assistance needed, which I really appreciated. This hotel is definitely good value for a short stay in Addis Ababa with easy access to the airport.

I had an amazing stay at TH-bonerosl hotel From the moment i arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and hospitality. The room was beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. The breathtaking view was an unexpected delight. The hotel's amenities, including the spa and gem. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was memorable. I can't wait to return and experience the exceptional service once again.
