Amazing service from the entire team at The Hub. Gashaw and his colleagues, the team in the restaurant, great service. I like the neatness of the rooms. The staff are warm, and very kind. Right from the driver that picked me from the airport to the housekeeping staff. Very warm.

I am overlanding through Africa for almost a year now and this hotel has been a fabulous experience for me. The check in went smooth and I was allowed in early. The staff is exceptional! From the front desk to the wait staff of the restaurant, which has amazing and well priced food, to the maids. Bravo to all on a job well done. The spa is also lovely. I very much enjoyed a steam, sauna and massage by the incredible staff worker. I would recommend 100% to stay here. The location is great. I feel safe. The Wi-Fi and room is amazing. Thank you 😊

In general I am satisfied visiting the hotel. The hospitality of front desk staffs special Merkeb and Dawit the bellman and Gashew the Reception. Besides this I also mentioned the breakfast you are delivered are very delicious with many varieties

It was a present experience from start to finish. The staff was well mannered and accommodating. The property is element, yet feels like home. The food was better than I expected. I might even come back here just for the food. Overall, it’s definitely a safe choice.

Standard 3 star business hotel. Staff have limited English ability, but are friendly, caring, and go the extra mile to give you as much of personalized experience as possible. Don’t miss the coffee ceremony (available on request)!

The hotel is situated very close to the Bole airport. Hotel rooms are very well maintained, the hotel staff is friendly and helping. I reached hotel at around 2am the hotel still managed to serve me some food at that point of time. Hotel resturant is good. Food quality is good however you won't get spicy food to eat if you are Indian. Washington rtpcr facility is just 5 mins drive. Money exchange at 5 steps walking distance. Airport shuttle is 24/7 available without Amy additional charges. Can take you to/from the airport even if you are alone.
