The experience at Best Western Dynasty Premier was excellent. The conference rooms were classy and we didn't have any interruptions. The meals during the conference were also yummy. I also had a good stay courtesy of the wonderful and cordial staff and amazing rooms. I can't wait to come back again. This is a good place to be. I d definitely recommend it to my friends and family

Mahlet Gezahegn, the front desk representative, deserves commendation from management. I forgot to request a rollaway bed, and although the situation was quite complicated, she went above and beyond to turn my stress into a happy smile. It's people like Mahlet who leave a lasting impression. I will share this story with numerous other travelers, as her exceptional assistance deserves to be rewarded and celebrated. Having stayed at hundreds of Marriott properties, her service stands out in my memory. I will always choose this hotel whenever I'm in Ethiopia. Thank you, Marriott, and thank you, Mahlet! This hotel is the nicest in the area and its a one-step shop and you will be happy to have stayed here. All of staff is amazing and have friendly smiles. But what Mahlet did stood out. And also, a young gentleman by the name King from the executive lounge - deserves to be commended too. You can tell he enjoys what he does and wants happy guest. So please acknowledge them both!!!

Very nice place. Very homely people and the staff is really good and very cooperative for foreigners, especially I would like to recommend the service by David David bar supervisor- the bar supervisor and Teddy, okay. Miki is very good person in serving the best cocktails in the world. I enjoyed, and I had a great time as they made me feel at home.

On May 24th, 2024. We planned to do our family wedding venue place in Check In Hotel. It really was a standout out for us of several wedding venues we went so far we found check in hotel to be one of the most incredible venue ever. The foods was very delicious, savory, heavenly and mouthwatering I have to give a big of applause to Chef Mesfin and Chef Teshome, they really did serve amazingly. They were fast and looking to the dishes that ran out but within a blink of an eye they rush to make everything full. Especially to chef Mesfin OMG wow..he was really well orientated about what we want for the food and he delivered them perfectly cooked and in a spectacular way with being careful. The venue hall is so big and lovely as well the bathroom are so clean and chic everything was so great. I would love to thank the waiters as well Tsion and Abebech for servicing our guests in such mannered way and shout out to Abel the F&B controller for being very attentive listener and on point even Alemshet as well though he is a bit stiff but I can understand why he also happens to be an excellent worker. And none of this wouldnt happen if it weren't for the fabulous Rahel Assefa the marketing manager. She made us felt like home and really really did show us moreover she actually gave us an idea of how we can run our plans with decor venue. She really did shine us through her magical works. So I really do recommend to stop going on the city to find a wedding venue and head straight to CHECK IN Hotel right to Rahel and book your venue there. This hotel is the type that once you found it you will return to, any time you are in town. The staff are so warm, making any issue disappear, giving advice about your visit and always there for a friendly chat or to play with our child in the foyer. The rooms are super clean, great beds, hot water and internet that is always there. It's close to the airport and a taxi ride away from most of the major attractions in the city. Locally their are some nice restaurants, shopping area and plenty of coffee shops. Just want to thanks all the staff for their welcome and hospitality once again, you all made our trip that much more special.

I stayed at Holiday Hotel from 22 to 29 December. The staff were phenomenal. Many amenities to include airport shuttle, free breakfast, room service, laundry service, and a wonderful restaurant and bar. The room was clean and had modern amenities. Bed was very comfortable. I was treated so well for my short time there. If someone wants to support small business while getting all of the perks of a chain hotel, I recommend Holiday Hotel.

I stayed in Hotel Lobelia for a total of 5 nights during 3 separate times in July. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10min drive from Bole international airport, & a free hotel airport shuttle is provided. This was perfect for me as I had to fly in & out of Addis Ababa a couple of times as I traveled around Ethiopia. Besides being close to the airport, the hotel is also very close to many other establishments, such as restaurants, cafes, shops, mall, etc. There is also an ATM just outside the hotel lobby so this was extra convenient. The 3 different rooms I stayed in during my 3 separate stays were all spacious, satisfactory, & clean. The bed was quite comfortable, & the wifi worked well in the room. There was also a separate seating area. A menu for the restaurant, as well as all the services offered by the hotel are also conveniently provided on the desk in the room. The bathrooms are quite small, however, and can use some upgrades, but overall it was fine, and the hot water shower was great. On one of my stays, I did end up getting upgraded to one of the suites, which was a very big room with a very big bathroom. They serve a buffet breakfast which typically included traditional Ethiopian dishes, and sometimes eggs & pancakes, in addition to toast, fruits, juices, coffee, & tea. Besides breakfast, food is available all day at their restaurant, as well as room service. The food at the restaurant is quite good so I did eat here a couple of times. Laundry service was also good – I dropped it off just before 8:30am & got it back just after lunch. They also have luggage storage, which I used to store my big backpack, while I traveled to other parts of Ethiopia with just a small backpack. The overall service is really good here; plus, all the staff, from the reception to the restaurant to the shuttle service, are really nice, friendly, & accommodating. There was always someone to answer any questions and provide any assistance needed, which I really appreciated. This hotel is definitely good value for a short stay in Addis Ababa with easy access to the airport.

Room need update very poor facilities but i can't request anymore orther than country conditions I appreciate workers cooporation and listen to customers and breakfast and meals were very good taste 👍🏾👍🏾 like coffee and papaya juice Thanks for short stay in transit time
