首先酒店大堂很小，一進去就不太舒服，所以早餐廳也特別小。然後一進房間，光線不好，還一股味道，我衹能一直開着窗睡覺。凌晨3點多垃圾車開始工作，很吵。然後火車的聲音，飛機的聲音，根本沒法睡覺。傢俱也很舊，再也不會去了。

I used the last of the money I had to pay for a room for two nights for myself and my 1 year old. The woman at the desk refused to allow me to check in because I didn’t have more money for the deposit. She also refused to let me stay for just one night instead or give me my money back. My son and I were in my car that night. No compassion or humanity. Zero stars.

We spent one night here and really enjoyed this best western plus! Clean rooms, great beds, friendly staff, and a very good breakfast!

Everything was great. It was quiet, clean, and had lots of little conveniences. It was a great location and the Texas shaped waffle was a nice touch.

We were by an exit door which slammed shut until the wee hours of the morning. Some guests were loud.

It is located in a very convenient area of Dallas. It is not too far from downtown Dallas or north Dallas locations.

Was not happy with our stay. No A/C working in the side bedroom. It was SO hot and we got no sleep. Beds and bathroom were dirty. Asked for more towels and was told that they didn’t have any. So our family of six (which was stated in the reservation) had to share 3 towels. (He did bring us one extra finally once my husband and mother both complained). Bathtub wouldn’t drain while shower was going and by the time you were done my feet were covered. Spigot was loose and made noise when shower pull was on (I have pictures). Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Would not recommend even though it was nice to have a room that fit us all. That was the only positive.

Everything was great until about an hour from check out, which is 11am. At 10:15am, I was just out of the shower and the cleaning staff walked right into my room. Total safety issue because I was very scared and someone could get really hurt just walking into a room. Other than that, everything was great. The breakfast was good, waffles, bacon, eggs, sausage, cereal, muffins, toast...lots of choices. TONS of places to go within walking distance.

Had to drive from Lubbock to Dallas to avoid a snowstorm. Good place for me for a night. Lots of food options around area

Friendly staff, great free breakfast, clean rooms, cheap rates what else could you ask for from a hotel 10/10 i will be back for sure thank again for another great experience

It was disgusting and messy, mold in the shower, stains on the bed, hair on the bed, stains on the carpet and couch. smoke smell in a non smoking room. I asked for new bed set and they didnt have any clean ones (surprise), but they assured me it was cleaned. Pictures say it all

I booked two connecting rooms with two queen beds with no stairs, for my two disabled daughters. When we got there after midnight, we were told that our rooms were on the second floor and the elevator was broken. I never received any notification that our special request could not be satisfied and there were no rooms on the first floor with two queen beds, connecting or not. We ended up taking the rooms on the second floor because we had no other choice given the time of night. My girls had to struggle to get up the stairs which caused them an immense amount of pain. Would have been nice to know ahead of time that the elevator was broken so I could book another hotel.
