We spent fourteen nights at this wonderful hotel in La Caleta, Tenerife. Our room, a Junior Suite with a Panoramic sea view, had all the comforts and facilities you would expect from a five star hotel. Our private balcony with two quality sun loungers enhanced our experience. The biggest asset the hotel has is their staff. Whether male or female, cleaners, restaurant workers / bar staff, pool or reception staff they were all amazing. Smiles abounded, cheery helpfulness was the order of the day, day in day out. We were touched and incredibly impressed. The hotel’s facilities were all five star. The rooftop pool was a delight as was the main pool at ground level. Breakfast choices were amazing. Everything you could possibly want or need was available. Smoothies and fruit juice selections complemented breakfast. The jewels in the crown were the hotel’s two Michelin starred restaurants. The two star, El Ricon De Juan Carlos and the one star, San Ho. We dined at both these fantastic restaurants. Both nights were memorable. The food, wine and service exquisite. I have reviewed both restaurants independently. As an adults only hotel I have to say that our stay was both tranquil and thoroughly relaxing. Without reservation I would recommend you stay at the hotel

The most incredible hotel. Spotlessly clean, adults only for us, two pools, one rooftop, both heated to the right temperature. Here on a half board basis, with the food exceptional, breakfast as good as anything we've enjoyed. Evening half board offering, changes every night, with local produce, oysters, fish....the list is endless. We had a room with a hot tub, with a view of the bay, what a joy. Rooms, huge, clean, beds turned down nightly. However: the real gem are the staff. They are the most engaging, delightful, friendly and caring hotel staff we've ever met. They are a credit to the hotel and the island. Probably our favourite resort in the world we've ever stayed at.

As stated this is our third visit to this fabulous hotel. Jan 2020, Jan 2022 and Jan 2024. It ticks every box - great staff willing to help, the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in (and I mean worldwide), comfortable modern rooms, fabulous pool area, amazing buffet breakfasts, I could go on. The only slight disappointment is the evening buffet at Nao restaurant - was never as good as the breakfast buffet but that's a tough order. My husband's small gripe is that the room is open plan with only a frosted glass sliding door for the loo for privacy. Thank goodness for the terrace to adjourn to! Thanks to all concerned for making our stay so wonderful.

Just returned from seven nights at this wonderful hotel over looking La Caleta. Our room on the 4th floor was a Junior Suite . It was large, modern, with a great balcony and so "comfy" sun loungers. Lovely to sit and watch the sun set. House Keeping was excellent. What made this hotel special is without doubt every member of their staff. From the pool to reception to house keeping. Everyone was efficient and friendly and willing to help. A real credit to the hotel and its management team.🥂. We tended to spend the day on the 5th floor with its infinity pool. No problem in getting loungers in the morning but could get full later in the day. There is a nice bar and snack menu. We also enjoyed drinks in the evening at the bar on the 5th floor. We had dinner at their La Trattoria Italian restaurant. This is located in the "family" hotel and worth visiting the hotel to see the amazing reception cut into the rocks. Food and service was great. Breakfast had a mixture of buffet and menu items with waiter service and the selection was excellent. So much choice. We enjoyed Yoga and other classes in the morning with Olga. Very gentle and a nice way to start the day. We like to venture out of the hotel and La Caleta has plenty of nice restaurants for dinner and lots of other restaurants a short walk away. The Royal Hideaway Corales Beach is a wonderful experience not to miss. All staff went further than we have ever had. We were always met with a smiling face from morning to evening. Food, Spa, staff, everything about this hotel, wonderful. My husband has mobility issues but this was not a problem as staff were always eager to help and were compassionate. We'll definitely return for another holiday.

I never thought we'd be people who visit the same hotel year after year but this hotel is so special. I travel to Tenerife on business and there is no better hotel that combines the best holiday and working facilities. Highly recommended.

We stayed for 9 nights. We had a junior suite which was huge. The room had its own private balcony with sun loungers looking out over the village to the sea. We were cleaned every day and the room was like the 1st day every time. They steam the bed linen so it's just perfect and tidy. The breakfast was great, any thing and everything on offer you could possibly want. Every day they made different smoothies which were delicious. Every remember of staff could not do enough for you. They are all brilliant and made our holiday just perfect. The guy who runs the adults only pool deserves a special mention. He never stands still, making sure everyone has what they need. Organises the sunbeds, towels and adjusts the umbrellas for shade. He remembers everyone's names and made everyone feel welcome. We ate at El Ricon De Juan Carlos the x2 Michelin star restaurant. There are no words to describe how wonderful this meal was. It was the best meal we have ever had in our lives and we have been to some lovely Michelin restaraunts in the UK. This was the best. It's an expensive treat but worth it. A meal we will never forget. All in all and wonderful holiday.

**Hotel Review** Upon arrival, the reception staff were great. We were greeted warmly and offered a glass of champagne, which set a positive tone for our stay. Our first impressions of the room were amazing. It was spotless upon arrival and cleaned thoroughly every day. To our amazement, the room was also tidied again each evening, adding a touch of luxury to our experience. The food overall was lovely. However, I would recommend adjusting the evening dining experience. The main meals, cooked to order by the chefs, somewhat let the quality down. It would be much better if the main meals could be ordered from a menu rather than having guests go up and order directly from the chefs. During busy times, it's challenging for the chefs to cook and remember all the orders simultaneously. Despite this pressure, the chefs did a brilliant job. The friendliness and politeness of the staff were outstanding and truly a highlight of our stay. They are a real credit to the hotel chain. During the day, the atmosphere was relaxing but would benefit from some background music. It doesn’t have to be loud, but at least something should be played. The same goes for the evening. There was no entertainment whatsoever, only the occasional guitar singer during the evening meal. While it's understandable that the hotel is in a residential area, a bit of music during the day and night would greatly improve the experience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the hotel, with just a few tweaks to enhance the dining and entertainment experiences.
