A truly fabulous hotel. We've said so many times before which makes it difficult to compliment Fiona and her wonderful team more than we have already done so. Having just returned from another fantastic week we really cannot exaggerate how superb RGVs is. We think the reason is simple...every guest, whether they be regular visitors or staying for the first time, is looked after with such warmth, generosity of spirit, professionalism and kindness....simple but incredibly hard to achieve and sustain without exception. We have never known RGVs to be anything other than truly excellent. Top class hospitality delivered by lovely people in extremely stylish, comfortable and luxurious surroundings. Just brilliant. Just returned from seven nights at this wonderful hotel over looking La Caleta. Our room on the 4th floor was a Junior Suite . It was large, modern, with a great balcony and so ”comfy” sun loungers. Lovely to sit and watch the sun set. House Keeping was excellent. What made this hotel special is without doubt every member of their staff. From the pool to reception to house keeping. Everyone was efficient and friendly and willing to help. A real credit to the hotel and its management team.🥂. We tended to spend the day on the 5th floor with its infinity pool. No problem in getting loungers in the morning but could get full later in the day. There is a nice bar and snack menu. We also enjoyed drinks in the evening at the bar on the 5th floor. We had dinner at their La Trattoria Italian restaurant. This is located in the ”family” hotel and worth visiting the hotel to see the amazing reception cut into the rocks. Food and service was great. Breakfast had a mixture of buffet and menu items with waiter service and the selection was excellent. So much choice. We enjoyed Yoga and other classes in the morning with Olga. Very gentle and a nice way to start the day. We like to venture out of the hotel and La Caleta has plenty of nice restaurants for dinner and lots of other restaurants a short walk away.
