Hotel dengan Bar di Adelaide

We stayed here last night as we were going to The 10cc concert. Arrival was swift and easy and the room was already available. Our room was a junior suite facing North Terrace, it was clean and quiet. We enjoyed 2 complimentary drinks from the bar. They have refurbished the hotel but I think the bar looks a touch bland and not welcoming. I would have thought that there would have been sanitiser available on all levels by the lifts and in the room also. The shampoo, soap etc no longer comes as individual packs but huge bottles and being still in Covid times I thought this a bit off putting. Breakfast was ok nothing special and luckily we had ours included or it would have cost us $42.00 per person and it was not worth that much. The pre-made pancakes were freezing cold. There was a good range of cereals and the fruit plates were nice but had defrosted and tinned fruit also. I found all the supposedly hot foods not hot but cool venturing on cold and they need to do something about the baked beans as they were nasty. We had a slight hiccup on leaving as we were almost charged for two glasses of red wine which we quickly told the receptionist we never had. She amended that quickly so all good.

Der Start war nicht schlecht, nette Begrüßung bei der Ankunft und Hilfe mit dem Gepäck. Das zugewiesene Zimmer war auch ok, wenn auch schlecht geputzt. Am Abend nachdem wir nach dem Dinner zurückgekommen sind, viel uns die laute Klima im Raum auf. Wir informierten die Rezeption, aber es war zu spät noch etwas zu tun. Am nächsten Morgen kam der Techniker vorbei und bestätigte die hohe Lüfterlautstärke, aber es war technisch bedingt. Im Anschluss suchten wir mit einem Mitarbeiter der Rezeption ein neues zimmer. Nach mehreren Versuchen haben wir eines gefunden, soweit so gut. Aktuell wäre ich somit bei 4/5 Punkten. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach und von geringer Qualität, extra bezahlt hätte ich hierfür nichts. Somit einen punkt Abzug und ich würde dem Hotel 3 Punkte geben. Am letzten Tag ist mir nach dem Aufstehen ein hochgerutschter Matratzenschutz aufgefallen, typisch deutsch wollte ich ihn wieder rueberziehen und schaute, leider, auf die Matratze. Die Matratze war stark verschmutzt, einfach ekelhaft. Ich habe nicht weiter geschaut, bin aber sicher das sie komplett dreckig war. Das geht garnicht für ein 5Sternehaus mit entsprechenden Preisen. Somit der 1 punkt, am liebsten würde ich 0 Geben.

Perkhidmatan yang sangat baik dari hotel ini. Membawa portacot apabila diminta dan tinggal untuk bercakap dengan bayi kami. Sangat mesra dan mesra.

I stayed in a private room (with shared bathroom) at the YHA in early January for 5 nights. It is in a fantastic location, very quiet and close to everything you need in the CBD and buses to and from the airport. My room was clean, with ample storage, a comfy bed with nice bedding and air conditioning. The staff were welcoming and friendly, providing suggestions on what to do and storing my luggage upon check in and check out. The reason I have given 3 stars is that the bathrooms are in serious need of upgrading. They are old, moudly and felt dirty - if I was to stay again, I would book an ensuite room. There were a few stains on the floor in my room and only one set of outlets (way across from the bed which was a pain when charging my phone at night). I think if they upgraded the bathrooms and made a few thoughtful changes to the rooms, it would be a 5 star spot to stay on a budget.

Location is good. Close to Chinatown and the Central Market. Many choices of food. For those who have missed Chinese food after a long trip, it would not disappoint him. The hotel is close to the free tram service. Excellent for short trips and save some walking energy. The breakfast was good. I note that there's some changes of the hot meal everyday. It keeped our appetite especially we stayed there for quite a few days. There was also a self service machine for making fruit/vege juices. This is good especially for those health conscious guests.

Kakitangan hotel baik dan mesra. Bilik adalah kemas dan kemas. Terdapat ruang untuk penambahbaikan dalam menyediakan perkhidmatan pengemasan yang lebih baik. Pengalaman keseluruhan adalah menakjubkan. Pasti akan tinggal lagi!!

The attention to detail was shown from when were greeted when we got out of the car and taken to reception.The location of the hotel was convenient to get to our business calls as well as walking distance to shops and restaurants.My only disappointment was the club access which l felt was not up to the Pullman standards we have experienced at other Pullman hotels. I would still recommend this hotel when staying in Adelaide.

Suited our needs. It was clean, not noisy even though on a busy stretch of road. Staff were very helpful. Car parking was handy, the car park was small and height of vehicles max is 1.9. Location is perfect. Restaurant is an added bonus.

Luxury & stylish furnished. Room is spacious & comfortable. Staff are attentive but not over doing. Perfect location with walking distance to restaurants and shoppings. The only disappointment is their over-rated restaurant Garçon Bleu.

The hotel is located on a side road which is easily missed.We had to take another turn to locate it. Car parking is at a public location just down the road. The hotel which is fairly new is well equipped and conveniently located within walking distance of Rundle Mall and the train station. The only complaint I have is that the water draining from the shower area may overflow into the toilet area and entrance to the toilet. Apart from this minor issue,the hotel is excellent in most aspects. The staff are responsive and pleasant. As a side note,Club 129 down the alley and opposite the train station,serves a decent meal with promotions throughout the week.
