Location is wonderful, close to the centre of the town and many wineries. As it’s the last minute booking, we got the last unit left which is an inter-connected double bedroom unit, it got two sets of everything with a shared shower and toilet. Each room is quite large with beds, table & chairs, TV, fridge, microwave, kettle, plates and bowls, etc. most of things a traveler needs. Plunger and instant coffee, fresh milk, tea bags and biscuits are provided. It's nothing fancy at this place but it’s practical and clean, as well as comfortable. BTW, Shower water is good with plenty pressure. The TV in the room is rather small, with my eye sight, I won't be able to watch it from bed. But I'm not there to watch TV, so it's no drama.

Does your favourite hotel have flowers and wine and a sunset ocean view waiting for you on arrival? Mine does🙌 The Coast Motel and Apartments is super clean and comfortable and truly the best place to stay if you are visiting South Australia. Jacqui and her team are like family and go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need for a perfect stay including lots of hangers AND an extra rack to hang your clothes. Three women…lots of clothes lol. Thank you for making us feel right at home (again!) in room #12 while we sipped the best McLaren Vale wines and explored the fabulous beaches of the Fleurieu Peninsula. Until next time…

After a disastrous start to our trip to Adelaide, we missed our early flight to for a wedding but made it intime for the reception. We checked into Mick O'Shea's, around 8:45 pm that night, and my wife and I were tired being up since 3am, my left eye was sore, and all the shops had closed so i couldn't get any eye wash. Michelle at reception booked us in to our room and checked the first aid kit for some Saline Eye Wash which fixed my sore eye, we proceeded to our room and the beds were so comfortable we slept like babies. The great service didn't end there, we came for dinner the night before departure and Michelle looked after our meal booking and gave us a complimentary soft drink while my wife played on the pokies, Michelle came over for a friendly chat…the meals and wine were fantastic, we have never experienced this kind of service before... Michelle thankyou thankyou for making our weekend experience in Adelaide a pleasurable one we will definitely stay again.. highly recommend...

This new contemporary home is beautifully presented and is spacious but has warmth. The views along the coast are fantastic. Situated 100 metres from “your own” beach just walk out the door, across the road, down the ramp and you are there…the beach. This coast line is very popular with para-gliders and wind surfers. Join them or just watch. What ever you chose it is right at your door. Port Noarlunga South Beach and the Onkaparinga River Mouth are 500 metres up the road enjoy peaceful walks along the wetlands or canoe and fish the river. Enjoy shopping or a coffee at nearby Seaford, Noarlunga or Port Noarlunga all minutes away.

Reading previous reviews I was wondering what I might find but this is quite an ok place to stay. Yes it is dated and paint not perfect. Our room looked like it had had updated floors. It was clean. Daily maid service. Free toiletries and tea coffee etc. The kitchenette was adequate for heating up microwave dinners and baking garlic bread. We never used the stove top but I’m sure it would have been fine for anyone wanting to boil a vegetable. The pool wasn’t warm, but good temp if you want to do a few short laps. The restaurant food was delicious and staff very friendly and helpful. Open 4 nights a week but a short walk away you can get great food at the pub, Indian restaurant and Chinese a little further up the road. Foodland is a minute’s walk with post, chemist and other shops in the small centre. If you have a car, you are 20mins from the city, closer to some of the wineries, safari zoo, Hahndorf and Victor Harbour. Other reviewers complained about the gaming room. Gaming is everywhere in SA and considering there’s a large retirement village across the road, the gaming room may help pay for some further refurbishment of the rooms. If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable place out of the city, this place fits the bill.

My family & I had brunch at the Esplanade Hotel, Brighton SA this morning. Because we were a large group of 6 adults & 5 children, I made a booking online during the week, any easy process. Our table was ready when we arrived. Our order was taken promptly. The food & drinks were came quickly considering the number of people that were there. All our meals were great. The service from all staff fantastic. They were friendly & helpful. We are happy to recommend the Espie Hotel.
