Went for a family holiday to relax and it didn’t disappoint us. Very friendly staff can’t do enough for you. Very clean and food was lovely so much chose. I would recommend this place if you want a relaxing holiday, they bring drinks to you at the pool area too.

Not going to lie but probably one of the worst holidays to date. My friend and I who are 30 years of age so more patient than some of these reviews…. So let me begin We came here for a weeks holiday. The bar staff and the cleaner absolutely lovely. I didn’t have an issue with the bar staff being rude, I did have to get up to get my own drinks but things like that don’t really bother me as the bars are all of 20 seconds walk away For the full week the “fizzy drinks” were completely flat so you cannot get a fizzy drink from the bars. The only fizzy drink is in the restaurant which of course is at eating times. Our mini bar did not get stocked up until 4 days into our trip when the guy came into our room to tell us he was stocking it up. At this point I told him we’ve not had any since we came and I had to keep going to reception for more as stated above all the pop was flat during our stay anywhere else. Food is very basic nothing to die for but it’s fine for a week. We did get a taxi to a restaurant 30 min away called “ZAZ” very cheap and worth the trip out. Now for the bed. Well shocking, rock hard. I slept on the sofa for 3 of the nights because the bed is so hard I couldn’t get comfy and I’m not really a moaner for beds etc but it was awful We were on 2nd floor and the entertainment kept us up till early hours as me and my friend are not night clubbers and in all honesty the singer is a bit rubbish so not even worth being kept up for. Woman in the shop looks like someone’s given her bad news every day and not friendly what so ever. I don’t recommend this for a main holiday. Save your money or just stay a couple of nights. The dogs on the beach are cute though. That was the highlight of the week in all honesty

I stayed seven days in the Tikida Beach Hotel in Agadir, I was enjoying my vacation but after four days the vacation turned into a nightmare, I was in the hotel elevator to go to my room when the receptionist entered the elevator and asked me, he said to me "This work is tiring" I smiled at him but he started harassing me I resisted him and pushed him away, I couldn't believe what happened, I ran to my room, crying and trembling with fear, I didn't tell anyone about it, I returned to my country I tried to forget but I couldn't, since the day of the incident I can't sleep and I entered a depression, he was like a predatory animal without a conscience, I still remember his name which was on the badge hanging on his shirt, his name is Jibran or jabran, brown-skinned and tall. I do not know how to recover from that evening now, it is difficult for me to live with this dark memory, my message to you, girls, do not use the elevator with someone you do not know.

Literally just arrived and already down at reception complaining. 1) In a room directly above a nightclub. 2) Room is clean but nothing special. 3) Pillows are musty smelling. 4) Safe isn't safe at all...not even screwed to the wall, I can literally pick it up and take it out. 5) Air-conditioning remote is broken and needed adjusting with my penknife. I haven't seen the rest of the establishment yet (it's 1am), but if they (TUI) can't move us to a quieter location, we'll be requesting a full refund and a flight back to the UK. We are agreed that we would rather be at home in our own bed than have to tolerate this noise. Terrible value for money.

Just returned from here having spent 9 nights. The crappy weather aside - take note if your a sun worshiper as no one ever seems to write about the weather in Agadir!!! Cloudy and foggy for the majority of the holiday - apparently this is the norm! Only 2 full ish days of sun despite all the weather apps stating it would be sunny. Go to Marrakech if you want uninterrupted sun and heat! Weather aside, I was not impressed with the hotel, had a room luckily away from the night club! It was quiet and had a sea view but no balcony. Majority of the lights didn't work, the air con didn't work and the fan didn't work. Quite dated and is in need of a spruce up! Cleaned every day, however the toilet roll and tea and coffee were topped up sporadically. The main let down were the staff...we quickly found out from other holiday makers that if you tip at the start of your holiday you'll get amazing service. However I tip for good service not to get good service! The staff were underlying rude! Walk into the breakfast/ lunch and dinner hall and you are ignored and have to find your own table. Then sit and wait until someone can be bothered to come over and ask what you want for a drink. (This isnt a culture thing, as we previously stayed in Marrakech at a TUI Blue hotel and the staff were brilliant and helpful.) Everything seemed to be an effort for the staff. Yet we saw some people palming them money left right and centre and getting treated like royalty. The main rudness came from the pool bar staff, don't even say hello, don't look at you and dump your drinks on the bar. However if you have tipped or are French/ German they seem to be happy to serve them with a smile and basic manners. When a drinks order was wrong and asked for the correct one the staff member just walked away. When asking for an ash tray they huffed and mumbled in their language and dumped the ash tray down. The never ever smile or make you feel welcome. I had a staff member push the main door to the toilets in my face, when I pushed back and went in she was stood in there having a personal wash with her trousers down! The general consensus from other UK holidaymakers was the same, the staff were equally as rude to them. Also if like myself you are heavily tattooed be prepared to be rudely stared at and have people taking pictures of you without your consent. The clientele of this hotel are a lot older than myself, but the other older nationalities treated me like some sort of freak show the entire time. I will however praise the lady that worked in the bar in the evenings. She was wonderful, was polite and lovely from the get go, always remembered our drinks and made us feel welcome - that's how you earn a tip. The evening entertainment was hit and miss - we went because it's adult only, didn't realise it was going to be a much older clientele. The entertainment reflected this. The majority of the time was a local "band/singer". Which was ok. They did have a local night

First of all the rooms we got put in the first night were shocking. One was directly over the nightclub and the music was ridiculous the rooms are not soundproof at all. The second room was nothing like the pictures advertised online it was old and had a musty smell. We requested to move rooms and were told we had to stay the night as there were none available until the following day. This problem was resolved later the next day. I would not recommend this hotel to younger adults. Staff completely ignore you at mealtimes (even though they attend to everybody else around you) they huffed and sighed when we asked for water or cutlery. The entertainment is not very accommodating to everybody it is very boring and repetitive, a signer performing most nights it seemed more appropriate for the elderly. Daytime activities were little to non, there wasn’t even any quiet music played around the pool. The hotel as a whole is beautiful and the bar staff were lovely. The food was nice but again repetitive and basic. I would recommend this hotel if you would like a completely relaxed and laid back holiday as there isn’t much to do at all.

I wanted to write here regarding what could have been a completely different review if I had not been lucky enough to stay at this Hotel. On the last night of my holiday sadly I was rushed into hospital with a severe kidney infection and swollen Gallbladder. I ended up with a 6 day stay. Lauren my Tui Manager ( She is beyond amazing) and her team were beyond exceptional as well as the hotel Team from day staff to management. Lauren visited me, txt daily, looked after my husband and made sure we had a room till we came home. There's no words to express how phenomenal they all were. I never be able to give enough thanks. Don't hesitate to book this very welcoming and warm hotel and her staff. Thank you 🩷
